Excellent service from quote to design and then installation. Patio looks great and you can tell it is high quality and will last for years.

George Brothers replaced an old entrance and walkway with stamped concrete. I was very pleased with the results and believe if I ever sell, it will enhance the value of my house. They were extremely professional and, although it was a small job, I was treated with the same consideration given to some of their commercial clients. The work was done on time and I felt the price was very fair considering the amount of work involved
George Brothers is the top company in the Capital District for decorative concrete and resurfacing. After over 10 years my walkways and resurfaced patio look as good as they day they were installed.
Mike and Mike were very professional. Went about making our old floor look great with the charcoal fake epoxy floor. They were quick but took time to answer questions. The end result is a beautiful garage floor that will be easy to maintain and stop all the grit from coming into our house
Hands down, best experience Ive had with contractors!!.....EVER!!5 Stars across the board!! Communicative, courteous, prompt and very polite. No contractor attitude, I loved that. My project was estimated last fall but due to the precipitation, the job had to be held off until this spring. George Bros Inc communicated their concern, wanting to do the job right, explained to me and my wife that the job would have to wait until drier weather. We were one of their first jobs this past April and again, due to rain, had to complete the last details a few days ago.They kept me in the loop the entire step of the way, did exactly what they said they were going to do and the workmanship looks fantastic.Thanks guys! If I have another project, ill give a ring.
We had our basement floors sanded, stained and sealed by George brothers and they came out amazing!! You would have never known there was ugly concrete underneath the beautiful colors that they created for us.. Love it!! I would highly recommend these guys. The workers were polite, professional and they left everything spotless too!! Thank you :)
They installed our custom concrete 9 years ago. We had another contractor reseal the concrete and it did not hold up like the original. We called George Brothers and they felt that they could bring out back to like new. They applied the sealer last fall in the spring its still didnt look right. I called back to George Brothers, they came receiled again, at no additional charge. The concrete now looks like new.
Your company did a wonderful job. They did everything on the contract and more. They produced a beautiful product. Our thanks to Rich and the guys he brought with him. George Brothers transformed our muddy backyard into a welcoming destination oasis. They were true to their estimate and timetable. George Bros. Concrete is the ONLY company I would recommend for all types of concrete work. They did an excellent job on my epoxy garage floor, also a 10 x 10 stamped concrete pad next to my work shed, and a concrete apron around my pool using a stamped thinCrete surface with an antiqued finish. Each job was perfectly done, on time and on budget. Rick, Diane, Mike and their entire team are pleasure to work with.
This company installed stamped concrete on my driveway and sidewalk 18 years ago. I had to have the driveway repaired almost every year, because of the poor quality of work done by this company. The contractor who repairs my driveway informed me several times that I have the problems with my driveway because this company improperly installed the concrete, not putting enough stone under the concrete. I heavily recommend not doing business with this company! Not only did they do a very poor job but they are not all responsive.
Our stamped custom color ( colors) concrete patio is on its 15 season. It still looks great!

They are busy so it took a long time to get on the calendar, but once we did the work moved quickly. It was worth the wait. The company was pleasant and easy to work with.
Had a concrete patio installed by Increte several years ago. Was happy with how it turned out. After a year there was spots that started to crumble. I called and asked to have them come out and repair these spots. I was put on a list and called several times over a 2 year period to see when someone could come look at, to hear I was on the list and that they couldnt tell me a definite time frame. I was told they had a list and they would fill in the repairs around their schedule of new clients they were working on and it could take some time. Well needless to say they never came and I gave up trying to get them to come out.

Recently we have been interested in replacing our old wooden deck with a stamped concrete patio. I wanted to see some examples of this to determine if this is the option I wanted to go with and a family friend suggested checking out the George Brothers (Increte) showroom that they knew of. I checked out their website beforehand and noted that it said they have a large indoor showroom for the publics viewing. He had even been there before to see it. The hours are not ideal, I had to take a few hours off work in order to be able to go. Upon arrival, the woman right away told us that we were not allowed to view the room unless we were already a signed customer. I could not find this anywhere on their website - it explicitly states that it is for the publics viewing, not for customers only viewing. In good faith, she would not even let us take a look to get an idea so we could request a quote. She was incredibly rude and we left with a bad taste in our mouth, and will not be engaging this company in a quote for the job.
Everything they did was top notch. The work quality was great and they kept to the schedule. All of their personnel were friendly and courteous. Working with them was a great experience.
If their attitude towards craftsmanship or responsibility at the job site is at all reflected by the way they behave on the road, I would steer clear.
The owner of this company is probably the one who cut the semi driver because they dont careAnd I am not a customer but if you choose this company and something goes wrong you best bet is that they are not going to own up to it they will probably call you a not a customer I hope this company gets shut down for cutting semi drivers off
Imagine hiring a contractor that will brake-check 20+ ton semi trucks because they have the audacity of just driving in their lane with cruise control on.Thats the mindset of the person youre hiring.

Outstanding experience. From the walk through at their showroom to the completion of our walkway we were extremely pleased with their professional courteous service. Would recommend this company to anyone.
Dangerous driver and they dont care trying to kill your family. And if you check other post about it, youll understand that if youre not a costumer, they dont care about you.

Never got back to me with estimate. I called 3 weeks later and was told they werent interested in job because it was too complex.
Secretary refused to have someone look at the property before may - claimed it was too cold to have someone give an estimate for a repair - request was placed april 1st

2021-11-15Professional and friendly from start to finish! What an amazing transformation of our backyard. Diane was great with communication, Rick is clearly a master of his craft, and his crew were so kind. We overheard them debating small adjustments, like how much room would accommodate a chair around the firepit, or what height retaining wall would look better. They seem to really care about each job. We had a potential issue with a height difference that could have created a lip/step at the transition to our existing pavement. I was concerned it’d be a tripping hazard but they somehow sculpted it into a slight ramp so it’s totally smooth and even adjusted my gate so it would swing nicely over the new height! Great attention to detail which I so appreciated. Don’t hesitate to book them if you are looking for a high quality job!

2021-08-14George Bros redid our garage floor two weeks ago. They did a thorough job: repairing and sealing the existing cracked and pitted concrete, then putting 2 coats of new epoxy surface. It is beautiful; we are very pleased.

2022-06-09Requested a quote online to do my pool deck, got a call from a rather rude woman who wanted to know what i meant by that. And did i want a reseal or resurface, like Im supposed to be the expert on concrete options? I just wanted someone to come out and talk with me about what choices there were and what that would cost.Turns out that costs 50$, I turned it down because that really locks you into a commitment with them even if their prices end up being bad.EDIT: Well, I was giving you two stars, but the reply telling me you werent rude to me on the phone when you were cost you the last one. Good job. Ive got someone coming out from a competitor today to discuss the options for my project, for free, because thats how getting quotes is supposed to work.

2019-09-24The patio is great! We did have an issue with one of our bills but Diane got back to me quickly and they were able to resolve the problem efficiently and effectively. The Patio was completed in 2 days and we have been enjoying it for the last few weeks! We love our new outdoor space.

2020-07-17George Brothers Inc applied a vinyl chip epoxy flooring system to our garage floor this past week. We received a call a week earlier to let us know they would be coming the following week. Diane notified us each day to let us know when the crew would be coming. The first day they arrived timely and did the first step of this process. Each day they told us what they were going to do that day and also let us know that they would be back the next day and what they were going to do. The crew was very professional, polite, neat and courteous. It took 3 days.

2020-09-16George Brothers did a beautiful job on my stamped concrete. When i bought my new home built in the 50s it needed some love. They did a new pool deck, driveway, patio, walks and steps for us. Everything is absolutely beautiful. I recently had them back to add another patio area, and the service, skills and attitudes of all the employees is nothing shy of professional, knowledgeable and just a pleasure to do business with. It shows they all love what they do each day.

2021-07-27Excellent. This was our third experience with George Brothers, we keep coming back! Initially, we had a patio and firepit put in, then a walkway, and recently another patio and walkway which was attached to the first. The quality of the work is AMAZING. Rick is obviously experienced and knowledgeable. He gave me great recommendations on what to do with my new walkway and patio. The entire team was very professional- on time, courteous, and tidy. My backyard is now complete and looks gorgeous. We are ready to enjoy lots of fun summer nights. George Bros is top notch and I recommend them to everyone.

2017-04-16Absolutely terrible. Found out after the fact that they put a thin coat of color on rather than mixing into the cement.Patio installed in 2010. Never shoveled or used the snowblower on it. 4 years in it started chipping. Called increte and they took a ridiculously long time to accommodate and come to look at it. Then they said there was nothing to do.Bottom line - AVOID at all costs. They might only have 4 reviews on google but theyre all 1 star for good reason.Look at the chipping! UNREAL! Total waste of time and no support to fix it. How are they still in business?
