I had recently retained George Dippels services for my coop purchase in long island. George has been a true professional throughout the entire grueling process and made sure he took the time to explain everything to me along the way. Extremely responsive and always available, I cannot recall a time when he did not pick up my call. My purchase also did not involve any brokers and so George even handled certain tasks and communications that normally a broker would have been responsible for. Nearing the closing date, George made sure everything was in order for a smooth closing, consistently following up and pushing for answers from the bank, management company, and sellers attorney. Needless to say, I cannot recommend George enough.

I would recommend George Dipple with great enthusiasm! He helped my sister and I out with a difficult coop sale. The closing took a long time because of issues the buyer had.Throughout the process George was supportive and patient. He was great at communicating - calls and emails always returned quickly. Worked closely with our real estate broker and the coop management.All of this at a reasonable fee!
