This was my first accident ever had no idea how the process worked or what to do Gerber took care of basically every aspect of this for me except filing the initial claim, very professional and helpful, my car was done a few days after my expected pickup but that’s only due to shipping speed; the car looked the same as it did before the accident so all in all I’m happyIf I had to pick somewhere to do it all again I’d choose Gerber hands down!
We are extremely impressed with the AMAZING job that Carubba Collision did to repair our car after our accident! Not only does the exterior look amazing but they went above and beyond to make the interior shine like new! We will highly recommend Carubba Collision to our family and friends! I was very impressed at how great my car looked after the damage from an accident was repaired. I was receiving frequent updates on the status of the work, and it was completed before the original date stated. Getting the rental car was so easy, as the car was brought to Carubbas, and picked back up afterwards. No need for me to go out of my way. Great experience here, got myself into a fender bender the week of Thanksgiving but had my car back the week after. My insurance is through Geico and with them and Carubba I was able to get an estimate, have my car repaired, and have a rental car ready all there. A seamless, no fuss process.

Had to have my car repainted and a dent taken out from a neighbor backing into my car and I was nervous about it because my cadillac has a limited edition paint color but these guys figured out a way to get the exact color and they did an amazing job❤️ They really made the ENTIRE car look amazing! I’ve never seen my car look this good! If i could give 10 stars I would! Thank you!!
Not only was I impressed by the body work done on my car, the detail work both inside and out gave the car a just purchased look. Best quote, great workmanship and detailing that would cost close to $100.00 if taken to a detailer. If body work is in your future, Carubba Collision of Amsterdam should be your first stop.

The people at carruba did a fine job on my truck; it was clean as the day I bought it when I got it back and the customer service throughout the time they had my truck was great. They had it back to me guick too. There was some cosmetic damage that the Geico inspector missed and it didn’t get repaired but that’s not the fault of carruba, I was very happy with the work they did.
Great place to deal with! From the moment I walked in the door they cared and that means a lot this day in age. You are a person and not a number. The whole staff was fully accommodating through the whole process with my vehicle. Cannot say enough good about them and there willingness to work for and with the customer.
My fiance got into a weather related accident a while back and after dealing with a bunch of problems with the Mancinis trying to force us to keep our car there after towing it. We called up Gerber Collision and got us right in! They went above and beyond cleaning the mess that was the interior and exterior of the car after the accident; even going as far to clean out all the debris on the interior and cleaning the hot chocolate stains that were all over the vehicle and waxing up the whole car! Happy that we went to Gerbers!
Carubbas went above and beyond to help me get in a rental vehicle after I was tboned. They even contacted the rental company to help make accommodations and reservations and more. Just got my vehicle back from Verns this week after having accident repairs completed. Repairs involved bumper, fender, and light replacements. I was thoroughly impressed with not only the quality of the repairs, but the professionalism and friendliness of the staff, as well as the fact that they went above and beyond in washing and waxing the vehicle after completing the job! Would highly recommend Verns.
Great overall experience. Staff was friendly, and very knowledgeble. My car was fixed in record time, and looks like a brand new car. Definitely recommend to anyone who is in need of auto repair.

So Ive been getting text messages from them informing me that my car is ready but when I called to make arrangements for pick up they tell me my car isnt ready and needs to be scrapped 😡😡😡
The receptionist was very helpful and friendly. The work they did was fantastic and very fast compared to the estimated time theyd be done. The building looks sketch and run down but dont let that deter you.
They we’re very informative and the details of my car plus when I got my car back it was cleaner than when I gave it to them They were always friendly even when I didn’t have the answers for them and they found out the answers for me great job

2022-02-02They did a phenomenal job My car had front end damage from a deer hitting me..before the accident my car was brand new...and after gerber repaired it it was brand new again!!! Also my car was ready 3 days early and after they repaired it from where the deer hit me My car was shiny and prettier than Ive ever seen it!! Not only did they do a great job fixing it but they also did a great job cleaning it ...ts never been so clean in its short history with me! Everyone at Gerber treated me so nicely and they promised me they would do a great job and they definitely delivered! I will definitely recommend Gerber to anyone who needs any type of repair on their vehicle!!

2021-06-08I had called to schedule an appointment for an estimate for my elderly father & the woman I spoke to on the phone (I believe she said her name was Mikayla) was an absolute delight! When my father called me after his estimate he could not say enough good things about his experience. He said the woman at the desk was so polite & helpful and the young man that did his estimate was extra helpful in explaining everything that needed to be fixed. I am so happy that he is having his repairs done to his car there because I know that those two will take great care of him. 2018-09-21Top notch professionals at Carubba! Jeff immediately scheduled an appointment and my car was perfectly fixed that same week! The manager Sherry dealt with the other insurance company, my rental company, and kept me informed on the progress of the repairs. Not only was my car washed when I got it back but it was cleaned and detailed inside too! Very happy with a quality job excellent friendly service. Made the whole repair process painless. 2019-06-23I am really delighted by the professionalism, the great customer service and the way they proceed to save the customer time loss with the rental company.More than that, they repaired my car in less time that the insurance had called for and, they cleaned my car inside out. They did an impeccable job! Wow! I am impressed!!!Sadly, this is my second no fault collision in 8 months and, I went to Toyota for the first one and, I cannot compare both places because, you cant!! 2018-02-26Im a fan. They are honest, and do great work. I always feel comfortable taking my car to them. The only thing stopping me from giving them a 5 star rating is the fact that they are a bit pricey -- but I guess you get what you pay for. Worth a few extra dollars for the great service and confidence.
