Outstanding and rapid service! They worked seamlessly with my insurance, provided a brand-new compact loaner at no cost, communicated closely with me, and had my car ready a week ahead of schedule. Washed and detailed.
Had my vehicle for 7 weeks and when I went to pick it up I was t happy with the assembly so they kept it another week and was perfect when I went back to get it. They even covered the cost of my rental car so it didn’t come off of my days with Geico. Excellent customer service! Would have given them 5 stars if they didn’t have my vehicle so long. But they really did make every effort to get it right. Highly recommend!
Excellent service. Fast, reliable, updated me throughout the time my car was in their shop. Handed the car back to me before schedule, clean and driving well. Will definitely bring my car back here if I require collision repairs again.
Over the last few years my wife and I have had Carubba Collision on Northern Boulevard perform repairs on our vehicle. On each occasion we found their work to be excellent and their customer service to be outstanding. I took my car to Carubba this morning to get an estimate for repair. I met with their customer representative, Fionn, and she had one of their estimators, Jack B, look at the car. After doing so, he told me that it was a minor issue and took care of it this morning - free of charge. When you add such honesty and accommodation to a business that does excellent work and has great customer service, you get Carubba.
Several months ago i made a trip from Ft Drum because of this service center’s reputation. I am very pleased with the work this team performed on my vehicle and the quotes/prices are reasonable. The dents in my front/rear driver doors were removed and there is no visible damage. Everything is clean and aligned.Also, the customer service was excellent!The team went above and beyond by diagnostic testing and transporting my vehicle to Cantech Auto (without trying to nickel & dime for fees) to help resolve another unrelated issue.
Very courteous staff. They finished the repairs on My truck 4 days ahead of schedule and also an additional cosmetic fix beyond the insurance claim. I paid out of pocket for this and the price was very reasonable and all repairs came out looking like brand new!I would definitely use Carubbas again and will recommend them to anyone I know in need of collision repairs or cosmetic touch ups.
Carubba Collision exceeded my expectations not only with the repair itself to my car, but they also buffed out some exterior marks and cleaned up the cabin, at no charge. Additionally, I was emailed the status of my repair job every step of the way, letting me know exactly when to expect the work to be done. I was reluctant at first to take my car to this shop (never heard of them) and now my baby needs to be fixed after a rear end collision. I thought the dealer might be able to do better. NO WAY!!The employees were very friendly, helpful, professional and compassionate. It really makes sense to have Enterprise, Geico Adjuster and Auto body shop in one convenient location.I picked up my car tonight and I was extremely pleased. They did a great job,not a speck of dirt inside or out. You cant even tell I was in an accident.Kudos to a great organization, most of all the people!!

By far the best place I have ever encountered. The best employees and manager. Beyond my expectations and so unexpected in this day and age. The manager was extraordinary. He made sure my car was safe to drive before giving it back to me, even when it wasn’t an issue I brought it in for. I will never go to another repair shop. This place was absolutely amazing!!! You could not ask for anything better. I drove my car in falling apart after hitting a deer. I walked out with a loaner vehicle and knowing that in a fairly short amount of time my car would be back to looking like brand new again. The staff is absolutely incredible, the place is so clean its hard to believe the kind of work they do. I just can not say enough about this place. I had never heard of them before and now it is the only place I would go.UPDATE - well 6 months later and my paint is bubbling and rusting. They said I must have dinged my door and that caused it. Really. Your paint job was terrible. Good service does not make up for crummy work.

I had an absolutely terrible experience with Carubba Collision. I dropped my car off on a Saturday and they suggested it would be ready around Thursday. They did not got me a quote until Friday. Three weeks later they called and said the car would be ready to be picked up in two days. Two days later they called to tell me they hadnt even looked at the mechanical problems. It took a month to finish the repairs the. When I got the car back there was absolutely no gas in the car, there was an extremely loud squeal coming form one of the bearings and they had broken a piece of trim off and just set it in the cup holder. I will never go back.

Carubba did a great job on my van. It took longer than anticipated to the extent that I was getting worried that something must have gone wrong with my vehicle. Eventually when I got it back, it was worth the wait.
I just picked up my vehicle. My bumper needed to be replaced. Geico referred me to Carrubbas. From the moment I stepped in there til the minute I picked it up was a smooth experience . I dreaded the time it would take for an accident that was not my fault. Geico and Carubbas Collision couldnt have made it any better. Pleasant employees who worked diligently to get me taken care of quickly with getting the loaner to returning it. My cars interior was cleaned as well as the exterior. I felt like I was driving it out of the dealership. They went over and beyond. I would definately recommend them .

My daughter is going to college at SUNY E.S.F. and we live out of state (Texas), when someone hit her car and didn’t say anything about it (uninsured motorist claim).I asked our insurance company (Nationwide) for a shop “in their network” and they gave me a list of shops; I reviewed each shops online reviews, reputation and repair credentials... ZERO STARS! This is the auto body show Geico suggested for me! This was the worst experience of my life. My car was neglected and came back in worst condition than going in. The work was done half ass, parts used were horrible quality, paint job did not match, chips and they glued my fender one. When I spoke to a Carubba employee about the condition of my car I was blown off. They broke the locks on my door and gave me the car with out fixing it. Yes they have a life time warranty but my car was in such horrible condition that I did not let them touch it again. This company came to Syracuse to do half ass work for Geico (Save 15% on insurance and get 30% of the work done at Carubba). All I can say is this company operates on pure Negligence! The worst part is that they couldnt admit their wrong doing.
My car had a lot of damage from hitting a guard rail but they did an awesome job and my car looked brand new. The staff also gives u a breakdown of the work they did which is nice.
Someone opened their car door into my front, passenger side door leaving minor scratches and dents. During the quote assessment, the technician grabbed some 3M rubbing compound and buffed out the scratches right there on the spot. Then he gave me the number of the guy they use for paintless dent repair, which is all that would be necessary in this case. All in, it cost me under $200, and caruba collision didn’t see a penny of it. On the other hand, another large, local garage in the area gave me a quote for $945! Definitely plan to take my vehicles back to caruba because of their impeccable customer service and honesty!
We had a great experience with Carubba. The Jeep was fixed befor the expected date. We were kept notified of any changes. Awesome customer service!
First, I did not choose carruba collision, the insurance company did. Second, this has been the worst experience I have ever had with a collision company, Northside is far better and that is not saying much. I will express my concerns with the insurance company and will never return to carruba for any work. I will also express my experience with family, friends and co-workers.
Former employee. 0 stars! Worst place I have ever worked at. They lie to get ppl to work there. It took months for me to get what was promised when they hired me. They treat their employees like trash and under pay them but expect them to stay. Very unorganized there. God forbid management steps in to help out when asked. Then again why would they put their cellphones down long enough to help out when they take advantage of certain employees to do their work for them. Alot of unprofessionalism there not only how they treat their employees but also when it comes to customers. Wouldnt recommend anyone taking their vehicle there. Im ashamed to have my name even associated with the carubba collision company..

Bad repairs. Had my car for 3 months and came to find out they sent it to another shop. My bumper wasnt place on right and was told there wasnt enough clips, and thought it was okay to return to a customer even though they knew.

2022-03-14This place exceeded my expectations. The staff were friendly and helpful. They created a timeline for the completion of repairs and finished it earlier than we expected. After getting my car back every aspect of the necessary repairs looks better than before and they washed and painted it so you cant even tell anything happened. 2022-04-27They they did a great job repairing paint damage to my roof. They were super respectful and understanding on a couple of minor issues after the repair. They fixed the minor post- repair damages free of charge and provided a rental. They have a great working relationship with enterprise and Safelite right next-door.

2019-08-19Im not sure I would even give 1 star. Highly disappointed with quality of work. I have been told my car was completed and today is the 4th time Ive come to pick up my car and its still not right. Dirt in the paint and orange peel all over where they repainted. Dont bring your vehicle here to be repaired.

2021-10-31Had a rust issue that resulted from some body repairs done a few years back by a Gerber location in another state. I was really impressed that the Gerber here in Syracuse worked with the other Gerber location to honor the warranty, and fix the problem, and they even covered all costs including a car rental. Bottom line, these guys stand behind their work and so you can feel secure in knowing that.

2019-03-14At first I was very pleased with Carubba Collision in that when I brought my car in they looked it over from top to bottom and found small bits of damage that neither I nor the first collision repair place I visited saw. However as the repairs progressed more and more delays kept happening. First they didn’t complete the tear down on schedule so the parts were not ordered on schedule. Then they delayed again and explained that the wrong mirror cover had been received. When I called one day before the newest completion date to check the status and see if they could finish it 1 day ahead I was called back later to explain that the tires they received were in worse shape than my already damaged tire and it would be delayed further. They finally called me a few days later while I was at work and left a message saying that the incorrect mirror cover had been received again and that they wanted to have me come get the car with my original, damaged, mirror cover and when the new correct cover came in and was painted they would have me come back and make the switch. I had communicated to them from the very beginning that my job has odd hours and they could call my fiancée. They did not call her. Instead later that day they called and said my car was done and that I still owed my deductible. I was not in Syracuse until the following Wednesday at which point I picked up my car and when I brought up the fact that they had continuously delayed my car and had it at their shop for almost 5 weeks, longer than I had had the car since purchasing it, they stated that there was no amount of my deductible they could cover. While the car looks great and they did a fine job making it look new I was very displeased at how long it took them to complete the repairs on just a little over $2000 worth of damage. I had two friends get in much more costly accidents and their repairs were completed in a much more timely manner elsewhere. I will not be bringing any of my vehicles to Carubba Collision nor would I recommend them to anyone.

2021-02-20Finished my way way quicker then I ever expected and it looks new again. They even washes it and had it in the garage so I dont have to brush it off. Very good customer service front and back. Will go back if we ever have to get a car fixed.

2018-08-30I am very pleased with the work they did. This was the first time using them too. Excellent customer service. They had a loaner car ready for me when I dropped my car off. Their price for repairs was cheaper then the other collision places I got quotes from. I really like the life time warranty that they have on the work they did as long as I own the vehicle. I would highly recommend them to anyone for body work.

2019-02-05This place was great! I was not without a car at all. They have Enterprise rental cars on site so that when you drop off your car you are into a rental car within minutes. Same speedy process when picking up your car. The repairs on my car were amazing. It looks brand new. Extra bonus is a thorough cleaning outside AND inside.
