I am absolutely amazed with the work done to my car and the excellent customer service I received. I highly recommend them. My car looks brand new.
My husband got in an into an accident and had lots of damage. This shop went above and beyond. Everything was perfect. 10/10 recommended.

Someone hit my car in a parking lot and knocked my front bumper out. I brought it to Carubba, after my dealership told me it would cost $1000 to fix it. Carubba popped it back in in about 10 seconds and didnt even charge me for it! Will definitely use them again if I have the need.
Extremely happy with the repair and staff is very courteous. Daily text updates on status of the repair. Enterprise rental straight across the road (very convenient).

2022-06-13Secretary is rude. They are slow, and wont call and inform you when the service is going to take longer. I will be going elsewhere.

2020-08-18They are very polite and courteous,when I dropped my truck off this morning I had to wait for a cab to come and pick me up, after an hour one of the gentlemen offered to give me a lift home,which he did not have to do, in about 11/2 hours later they called me to ask me if they could send it to one of their other locations so that they could get it done in a Timely manner and I said yes.That is all I can say about it right now.

2020-09-23This place couldnt have made my experience any worse. Not only did my estimated wait time go from 2-3 days to then 3 weeks. But when I got the truck back the job was so poor they had it for another week to get it right. After the third time going back I decided to take it somewhere else. Save your time and money and go to another business.

2020-03-03Geico paid them over 4000.00 to fix my truck and they cant get stuff right. Ive been back 5 times since getting my truck back in January. Not to mention they let me drive off their lot with NO ANTIFREEZE IN MY TRUCK. People told me not to take the truck to this place I should have listened.

2017-06-23Very polite but did nothing to help me schedule a service appointment or allow me to have my insurance view the car there. Just easier to go to a shop Progressive uses.I used to use Daves Collision in Auburn for years, but they absolutely will not let adjusters inspect the car on their site.

2017-11-27Had a few issues when picking up car after repairs. Car was not washed as stated they would. Also noticed mud all over bottom panel of both driver side doors. After brushing some off, noticed numerous scratches still on paint remaining from deer hitting car. Manager notified and had to leave car for repairs to be completed. My request to have a discount of some kind for the inconvenience of having to leave the car was denied.Molly at front desk was helpful & professional
