2022-04-26Is there an option for 0 stars ? I am a disabled, young, female who used their transportation services for the first time today. On the return trip the dispatcher made me wait for 1 hour in the cold. Told me that one car of a specific color with a license plate was coming, 20 minutes go by there is not a car in sight for pick up. I contacted the dispatcher Joyce again who tells me the car is another color and would only provide the last four numerics of the license plate. He then proceeds to tell me to walk to the opposite end of the hospital I was at because it is easier for the driver to pick me up. If in fact I COULD walk such far distances, do you think I WOULD be considered disabled ? Or more importantly using their services. They are terrible, rude, unsafe and unreliable. PLEASE save yourself or your loved one from the headache of using this poor establishment.

2021-11-30Arranged TRANSPORTATION at last minute notice. However, I wheeled myself to my appointment simply because I didnt chance being late.
