The Best Bagels in town and the nicest Family Business. My experience with this place is only Excellent I always bring my(many) students here if they need a coffee or Bagel Break. We are Luck to have this family in the neighborhood Feed us.
Hands Down one of the best bagel stores i have ever been to. Everything is fresh and the place is clean, They keep the line moving fast so wait time is never an issue. They are always so generous on the portions, especially the salad!!! Everyone is so nice and friendly, I highly recommend to anybody looking for a better quality Bagel joint. And they have the best location when going or coming from JFK and the freshly squeezed fruit juice which is made fresh right in front of you, is just plain addicting.

Prices are fine on egg and cream cheese but tuna is high I think like 8:50 for a bagel egg is 4 in comparison delicious fast service!
If you like hard as bricks bagels dont come here! The bagels are absolutely delicious, the cream cheese is fresh & you get service with a smile. Prices are decent and the store is very clean. Come here for a quick bite, you wont be disappointed.
Horrible bagels zero flavor. Even their cream cheese wasnt good. Tasted diluted. Definitely not worth the trip. God forbid they wipe the 3 dirty tables outside.
A very friendly and clean place to eat-in or take out.. They have very good pizza, salads and sandwiches.. Everything is always nice and fresh. One of my favorite things i enjoy is their avocado sandwiches. I recommend Giant Bagel to everyone.. 😊
Good store. Difficult parking around breakfast and a little pricey. Other than that, the staff was pretty friendly and the service was fairly fast even during rush hour. Good seating options and depending when you go, not too noisy.
The best bagels in town, and the best pizza I ever had (seriously)!!! Their food is just delicious! And to top it off, Motty is one of the nicest men I found on this planet. Keep it up!

Friendly staff.5. Excellent place to treat your family with a hearty breakfast.CONS1. If it gets crowded you wont be able to have a seat as people will be crowding over your head,unless you have a seat in the corner which can house 6 people.2. Depends on what time you go will decide when you get a parking space. Terrible service! I usually don’t write reviews but this was important. My mom and I are African American. This is a kosher bagel spot. We are on line and notice people are ordering bagels at the register where you pay. We wanted bagels so we went to that line. One man asks us what we want, my mother is in the process of telling him, the man at the register then proceeds to tells us we have to stand on the other line to order because this is to pay. When we watched two people just order AND pay at this register. I told him that he argued with me. So nope. Won’t be spending our black dollar here ever again.
The pizza here is worth the hour trip.
FINALLY!!! They hired a normal pizza guy. The new guy Steve is amazing making new and delicious pizza. i had the stuffed crust (old guy never made) and it was so good. the old pizza guy was rude and made the same simple pizza. Out with the old in with the new great job!!

Decent food, but terrible service! The tables and floors are messy and the employees behind the counter arent very efficient at helping people. Its as if everyone has a single job description and doesnt like to help with anything else.
The only place to get a real authentic bagel i think for dozens of miles and this is ny were talking about. Id give them 4.5 stars if i could only because of the wait sometimes.it can get a little slow. Great bagels.i mean awesome.great pizza and tons of unique items prepared by eric the pizza guy. Not very clean, however bagels are pretty good and prices are reasonable when you factor in the kosher tax. Wins back points for having very helpful staff - just keep your orders simple.
I felt like nothing fresh over there I tried the cream cheese bagel was not fresh and then the tuna bagel as well extremely expensive tuna bagel it’s $10 Overprice...
Must experience bagels from here. I am from California and was in town for work. This was my first NY bagel. We dont make bagels like this. I forgot to take a pic. I got a two egg with cheese on a everything toasted bagel. I will be back.
Decent food for a reasonable price. Very slow moving in the morning. If you think youll stop in for a quick bite on the way somewhere, this place will wreck your day.
Their customer service SUCKS... The cashier rang up my order, never expressed the total, held out her hand for my debit card, turned to talk to her co-worker, and while continuing to talk, and looking at her co-worker, hands me my receipt, and turns her back!..... (How about good morning, would you like to add a beverage to your order, Have a great day, please come back again.... NONE OF THAT!!!! YOUR CONVERSATION IS NEVER MORE IMPORTANT THAN THE CUSTOMER!!!!!
This place is so Underrated!! Definitely the best pizza in the 5 towns! They should definitely market themselves more as a pizza place rather than just bagel.
Was charged for a cheesless slice as a specialty slice and they can’t understand why I was upset about it. Register guy is a jerk. Manager explained to him that it’s not a specialty and he should charge the same as regular pizza.I Still can’t understand how you charge for cheese-less the same as a regular slice

A most excellent restaurant for any dairy restaurant or catering needs. My special favorite is the [scrambled] two egg with home fries breakfast special.

2022-07-12Great food. Generous portions. Came in very handy for my flight out of JFK.They packed my other sandwich deconstructed so the bagel wouldn’t get soggy. I definitely will be coming again.

2022-06-07Horrible customer service....I bought iced coffee large paid $8.69Yes its kosher and its not normal to charge this amount I told the guy who who in charge he laugh on me and said its kosher.I eat only kosher and understanding but to make a joke its kosher and ots good and over pay $9 for ice coffee its crazy !!!!Be aware !!!

2021-03-08My place to go when Im around JFK airport, best place to grab a bite, pizza or breakfast sandwich, coffee, juice or soda they also offer salads, pizza is really good, generous pizza slices with plenty of toppings to choose from, hopefully Ill see my avocado pizza suggestion, dont hate it till you try it, bagels are really huge, good assortment and fresh.Last time I tried the nova lux bagel on onion bagel, weighted a ton !!! Toasted with lots of cream cheese, lettuce tomatoes, onions but on a personal note Ill hold the onions next time.

2021-06-22The pizza was super oily and salty. They also let kids run around the restaurant jumping on all the tables/chairs, like its a playground, touching everything. They were even playing with the soda fountain machine. And no one said anything. Not cool during covid.
