After years of accumulating numerous items, I found myself with a garage barely able to get a car inside. Decided that I needed a storage plan and went to the Gigglin Pig to talk with Jen about shed options. She helped design the perfect shed, made all the arrangements for delivery and provided fantastic support to get me just what I wanted. Shed quality is impressive and service impeccable. The Gigglin Pig has such beautiful furniture to pick from. We purchased an oak island that was custom made for our room and we absolutely love it!! We also purchased 4 swivel chairs that are great with the piece. The customer service is excellent and they delivered the pieces in a timely fashion. We couldnt be happier with our purchase!!
After a LOT of shopping around and comparing, I decided to purchase bedroom furniture from Gigglin Pig. The sales consultant I had was so very helpful. She helped me scour multiple catalogs to find the perfect bed, and used a sample I printed off my home computer as a model for nightstands I wanted created. With her help, I got the designs I wanted, creating a customized set that fits my space perfectly and has the look I had in mind. All this during a pandemic that affected how people shop, how goods are made, and how things are shipped! But, with only minor delays (that were well worth it!) I got furniture worth waiting for. Top quality construction and finishing. Delivered and set up by super friendly and knowledgable folks who are part of this family business. When I need more furniture I will definitely head back to the Gigglin Pig!

I love my leather recliner that swivels and glides as well. Its very classy and beautiful. Jennifer and her husband were awesome in the store. They werent pushy and answered all my questions. I went back twice before I bought the chair because it was an investment. But I truly think you get what you pay for. The only issue I had which was not their fault was delivery was extended because of COVID19 shut down. I sat in at least 100 recliners before I sat in the one I bought at the giggling pig. I knew as soon as I sat in it that it was the chair I was going to buy. I will go there again if I need to add or replace any furniture I have now. Everything they have is gorgeous.
We have been long time customers of Gigglin Pig -- very satisfied with every experience. This time they helped us out tremendously in our bathroom remodel. Special thanks to Jennifer for helping us to select and customize our bathroom vanity and mirror. We werent originally expecting them to have bathroom items, but took a chance and asked as we love the quality of their products.The original cabinet was a center mount sink with left and right side drawers and a center faux drawer. We needed the sink on the righthand side. Now we have a very lovely righthand mounted sink with an extra large left side drawer and faux right side drawer.They found the coordinating mirror from a different Gigglin Pig vendor who was able to match the finish on the cabinet.

I have been looking at the rest of the furniture stores to redecorate my small home. Ive driven by this place a lot, checked them out on the internet and decided to stop in. I looked around for a bit (2 floors) and an owner greeted me and asked if she could help. There are so many choices I certainly used her expertise. The showroom is divided into rooms which was helpful. She assured me that the materials and labor are from the Midwest and American made. The prices are a little more than the bigger stores, but so are the options. This furniture will last for generations. They have a lift to help from one floor to another. They have a ton of parking and they deliver as well.
We were very pleased with the craftsmanship and the delivery process. We ordered a custom shed and we were told 6 weeks for delivery and it was 6 weeks almost to the day. The delivery person was very professional and skilled and he placed the shed on its stone pad perfectly. We highly recommend Gigglin Pig, Heritage Structures and Shed Express.
I purchased a shed from Giggling Pig, although the built time was lengthy, I could not be happier with the finished product. I also had the site prep included and the work was done exceptionally well, considering the weather was getting sketchy with rain in the fall. I was very happy with the whole experience. It started when I went to the show room, a field full of sheds. And looked at several sheds, decided on one, emailed the company with my choice and received a response that same day, I was mailed a contract to sign, which I signed and returned with a deposit. The shed was delivered within a week, as they had to wait until I had a pad made. Delivery and setup was well done, with minimum repairs needed to fix the lawn, surprising as it was very wet and the sheds final resting place was between trees on a hill. And then when I called and asked for a different means to hold the doors open. They mailed me the device at no additional charge. Wow what a company, friendly, prompt and very experienced. It was a great experience and all my storage needs are meet with this shed. Thank you!!

My husband and I enjoy taking the occasional walk through the Gigglin Pigs showroom. We have been customers for many years.My husband was looking for a new chair to replace his aging recliner. He spotted a leather recliner in the showroom that he really liked. We left the store without buying it, but came back the following week to get the model name and number.As is our custom, we walked about the showroom and I pointed out a chair that he had not tested the prior week. It was a leather tilt-back chair with an ottoman. After a half-hour of comparison testing, he changed his mind and decided on the new tilt-back.The tilt-back chair has a taller back than the recliner. My husband is 64 and really liked the difference. The headrest was also more padded, better for napping. But the deciding factor was the gas-piston which locked the back of the chair into place. After the chair was delivered, I dont think the back has been moved since he found his favorite spot.As for the overall shopping and purchasing experience, the Mattice family was great. The chair was delivered to our family room without a hitch.

Recently, we ordered our first special order item and had it custom made for a small nook off our kitchen. Chris was extremely patient with us and worked with the builder answering some very detailed questions on measurements. When the jelly cabinet arrived, the quality was the usual, outstanding!! It fit perfectly and it was exactly what I had envisioned. This is my go-to place for that “special piece”. You cannot get professionalism, customer service, quality or custom built furniture like this anywhere. I highly recommended this family owned business! Gigglin Pig, you deserve a 10 star rating!!!

2021-11-03Great quality, Great people, Great PricesReview:With the cost of lumber sky rocketing, the dream of owning a shed was becoming difficult. Thankfully, I came across a Facebook ad for this location selling Heritage Structures. Previously, I had spoken to another distributor of Heritage and received barely any customer service. This ad had me hopeful for a different interaction/outcome. This was night and day! From start to finish this company answered all my calls and questions. Their responsiveness is top notch. The shed was not outrageously priced, and I was more than comfortable with my purchase. The quality of the shed is also incredible and beats those that can be purchased at your big-box stores. Their team was incredible with the communication regarding delivery and assisted with securing the permit from the town. The delivery day came as expected, and they left little to no marks on the lawn. The delivery guy even took the time to ensure the shed was left level. Impressed by the entire transaction is an understatement. They even threw in a sample of maple syrup from their store. Truly wonderful people! I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a shed!

2021-07-19My husband and I decided after a number of years to replace our old family room furniture with a whole new look. After shopping around Rochester in all furniture stores for a few months, we were disappointed in both the high prices and quality of construction in what we saw. We were looking for a store where we could pick out all of the furniture in one place, coordinate colors with assistance in interior decorating and find well-crafted furniture made in the USA. We found the whole package at the Gigglin’ Pig and couldn’t be happier! Jennifer was great to work with. As we were picking out various pieces, looking at fabric, she would provide very honest advice on what might work or not work. Any questions, customer service has been outstanding. We also picked out a gorgeous kitchen table and chairs hand crafted by the Amish. The delivery of all pieces was handled very professionally with care. Since then everyone who comes to visit raves about our new room. We couldn’t be happier and will be back in future!
