The desserts are out of this world! The food menu also had some really excellent choices. The building itself is gorgeous and decor is simply stunning; the unique chandeliers throughout the place add that extra flair. I’ve tried Sara’s desserts over the last few years on many different occasions , and I promise you , you will fall in love.
This is a nice bakery that just opened in Orchard Park. We ordered a cupcake and some cookies. The cookies were delicious, but the gluten free cupcake tasted off. The buttercream tasted like it was made with shortening, and not all butter. That tasted strange. Other than that, everything was great. I also visited another time and I enjoyed their salads.I will definitely be going back. I love the location.
I tried Ginger Snap for the first time last week. Loved the coffee eclair - so delicious! Also enjoyed the Paris Brest. The hazelnut filling and toasted almonds were so good! Colleagues said the mini raspberry cheesecake was very good, too.
I came and got a cold brew, eclair, chocolate chip cookie, banana nut mini loaf and a brioche bacon egg and cheese sandwich! I LOVED each thing I got, especially the GIANT chocolate chip cookie. Such an amazing space & will DEFINITELY be here again. Amazing Sara!
Ive tried many of their amazing pastries, the cookies, cupcakes, a wedding cake, and chocolate cake for a birthday. I cant pick a favorite! They were all so delicious! Visit the Patisserie soon and treat yourself, you will have a wonderful experience from the moment you walk in.
My only complaint is this place isnt open all day everyday!!! My husband and I are regulars here now. Its my favorite place to grab a dessert and chai latte (hot or cold!). I absolutely love the new addition of the grain bowl too. It will be my go to!! They are also very accommodating. My 3 year old wanted a grilled cheese and we were able to get it with just one cheese we know she eats and she loved it! The owner is so nice and friendly and the staff work hard to bring the food out quickly.Definitely recommend grabbing a dessert after lunch. Its delicious! Huge cookies and the tarts are mmm mm!!
Went to Ginger Snap for the first time this week. I’ve been meaning to go for months. So happy I finally made it here!! It was so delicious! Originally I had brunch plans elsewhere on Sunday but quickly changed my plans and going to Ginger Snap instead. I’ve tried other new places in the village and it doesn’t compare to Ginger Snap.
I have been to Ginger snap a few times now and it has never disappointed. It has something for everyone, sweets to salads. The staff were kind and patient while I took entirely too long deciding what yummy snack I was going to land on. Worth checking out ! You won’t be disappointed:)
This place is incredible! Best espresso in town, hands down. The bread is fantastic. And the pastries... unbelievable. Its hard not to walk out without buying everything in the case!
Ginger Snap Patisserie is a charming bakery. I called them this week to see if they could make a cake for my moms birthday. They did not hesitate and the gentlemen was so kind and helpful. And when I picked up the cake the place is just exquisite- the classy decor, the smells, the delicious and beautiful desserts and treats that seemed to greet me. The cake was moist, flavorful and so gorgeous! My family are dessert snobs and they loved the cake! I am beyond excited that this patisserie is so close to my home! I cannot wait to come here for coffee, lunch, and for more desserts! Thank you!
LOVE! I feel like Im Emily in Emily In Paris walking into a cafe in France! The latte is the best in town. The breakfast sandwich is amazing. I cannot wait to try their lunch and all the desserts! Great place to work remotely. This will be my new favorite place to be! Cannot wait for this summer to sit on the front porch with a coffee :) Orchard Park needed a place like this and Im so happy its here!!
The best tomato soup, grilled cheese and cinnamon roll I have ever had. I can’t wait to try every single thing on the menu. Plus the decor is so beautiful and the staff are so welcoming. Can’t wait to come back!!
Ordered the breakfast sandwich on croissant and received it on a bun. Order delivery in a bag and the sandwich was wrapped in foil like something youd get from a food truck. The bacon was cooked very well and was meaty. The cupcake frosting was very heavy buttercream, not worth the $3.25, also served in a plastic container...
Very beautiful place and great food. Im not sure why a patisserie would not have a croissant. They have a croissant roll/bun, which is different. Cant understand why they dont have plates, not even paper ones. My sandwich was handed to me in a paper bag, and was wrapped in foil. I sat there eating off my paper bag like I had just ordered fast food.
Fabulous place! Desserts are delicious!! Lunch is amazing!!! Sara is such a sweet lady and all the staff is so friendly!!! Amazing prices for quality food and treats!! Definitely my new favorite place in the village!!
“Qu’ils mangent de la brioche,” Let them eat Cake!This reminds me of the Patisserie’s I visited in France, I swear the baker must have studied there. So good I asked them to do my wedding. I can’t wait to kiss the bride and cut into the 5 tier white cake.I drive an hour and a half just for the carrot cake. The cream cheese frosting is to die for, and the cake is always fresh and moist. It reminds me of a perfect Easter Sunday. I hear the Hummingbird cake is even better I can’t wait to give it a try.The best part of waking up isnt Folders anymore, its their cappuccino. The sweet foam and aroma of fresh ground beans excites the palette before a sip of warm smooth espresso. The coffee cake with its crunchy top and moist inside perfectly complements any brew.My mother always makes cinnamon rolls for Christmas morning. Sorry mom step aside, this stomach isn’t big enough for the both of you. Wow, so soft inside. These will be the star at our next Sunday brunch. I can’t wait to see the smiles.Not just sweets! The chicken sandwich is made from generous cuts of roasted breasts, crispy thick cut peppered bacon and homemade pest aioli. Sandwiched between fresh and soft baguette. I can’t wait to try to other lunch items.Chocolate lovers’ heaven, the brownie is. My sweet tooth hurts so good.I can’t think of a reality in which this bakery puts out something bad. I will be back again and again.
This is an absolutely adorable bakery which offers so many different varieties of delicious baked goods. The staff is friendly and helpful.Orchard Park is lucky to have this new sweet shop as part of the village.

Went for a walk with our kids and grabbed some cookies, which were delicious. Went the following day for breakfast sandwiches which were great as well. Weather is breaking so I hope they get their additional seating outside, as it is small and cozy inside.
The coffee, desserts, sandwiches, were all delicious, but my favorite was the tomato soup. The best I have ever tasted. Cant wait to go backGigi!
I stop in here once a week on my way home from training to quickly grab and go one of the yogurt parfaits! The homemade granola is absolutely delicious!
Have been there 12 times since they opened and every time I have been extremely satisfied! From the taste, quality, to customer service I am beyond amazed at this small business! Exceeds every expectation I’ve had! I highly recommend with 12 plus stars!!
I’m sure you’ve had cinnamon rolls before, but you’ve never had THESE cinnamon rolls. I almost fell off my chair. If I were in Orchard Park more frequently I’d have to throw out the scale in my bathroom and just shamelessly revel in my obesity.
I am infatuated with Ginger Snap!!! The Broccoli Soup, Tomato Basil Soup, Ginger Snap, Lemon Kringle, Oatmeal Cranberry, Choco Chip and The Butter of Peanut Cookies are so decadent!!! Gitcha a Blueberry Loaf with an Espesso!!! Sara is such a joy to talk to and be around!! Thank you so much for being here in our lil town!!!❤️

It was ok, thought it was a little pricey but think the other bakeries (Grange, Kaylena Marie’s) in town are too. Felt those other places were worth more of the squeeze you pay but will definitely give this another shot. May have just been a bit of an off day, glad to see more small business growth in OP!

2022-04-29Very disappointing bakery, would never go back. I wouldve gave it three stars because the cream cheese frosting was actually really good, but everything else was so disappointing I cant give this place more than two stars. The review is based on the following things: mini cheesecake, brownie, carrot cake, White cake, and a cinnamon roll. Both of us said the cheesecake was the worst we ever had, I actually spit my bite out onto the ground. It didnt taste fresh at all, it tasted like it had been sitting in a refrigerator that had other food in it and the cheesecake had absorbed the flavors from whatever else was in the refrigerator with it. Just awful, my friend swallowed his bite but he threw the rest of it away. The white cake was pretty good, soft and moist the frosting wasnt particularly flavorful but more of just a general sweetness, and was thick and creamy.. it was similar to Wegmans white cake except with a more dense frosting. That was probably the best thing we ordered, it was fresh and soft. The brownie was just meh. It also had that taste like it had been sitting in a refrigerator, it didnt taste fresh. The carrot cake was fairly good, the cream cheese frosting was great, the actual Cake part was decent, although it was hard and dried out on the outer edges. The cinnamon roll was the worst of all!, aside from the cheesecake, this thing was so stale and dried out and hard I couldnt even believe they sold that to us like that. I tore it apart thinking that it would be softer in the center but it wasnt, it was stale and dried out- the entire thing! So that also got thrown away, although it had a bunch of cream cheese frosting on top that I ate and it was great. Complete waste of money, if you want to experience a top-notch bakery, try the butter block in Buffalo.**response to owner- I wish you well in your business, I will pass on the offer but truly appreciate the generosity! I always give the most honest reviews. I understand taste is subjective but that cinnamon roll being so hard and dried out along with the outer edges of the carrot cake was unacceptable, maybe leaving them uncovered in a refrigerated case is drying them out? perhaps you can make adjustments to improve that in the future. Whoever picked up that cinnamon roll and put it into the box for us should have been able to tell just by picking it up that it was hard and dried out and never let that be sold to a customer like that. And yes the bakery did appear to be very clean and the front room was beautifully decorated with that chandelier! thank you for your reply!

2022-05-13GSP is an adorable, eloquent bakery with an abundance of delicious, high quality baked goods to choose from. The staff and customer service is a lovely welcoming vibe as soon as you walk in. Grabbed lunch today as well and a cinnamon roll, and you have not had a cinnamon roll until you’ve had one from here. They are PHENOMENAL! Both the inside and outside dinning areas are gorgeous, was able to enjoy the beautiful weather today while having a nice relaxing afternoon in the outside seating area. Will definitely be one of my go to spots throughout the summer!

2022-06-10Its so exciting to have such an amazingly cute pâtisserie right here in OP! 😍 We ordered a lot of options but I was too excited about trying everything to take more than two photos lol. Everything was amazing from the cappuccino to the salad to the desserts (yes, plural- it was too hard to choose just one 😰) The interior is beautiful but they do offer both indoor and outdoor seating! The front can get a little crowded when its busy so if youre uncomfortable being close to others its a good idea to visit during less busy times, but its a very brief period from ordering at the front to finding a seat and theyre happy to bring your order to your table! And the staff were all so sweet!! I was a little sad my caesar salad didnt have chicken but that was completely on me for not realizing I needed to ask for it, which really makes sense! My friend mentioned their chicken is really good so Ill have to remember that for next time! Im excited to start frequenting here! 😍💯

2022-04-09We finally have a real bakery in the area!! Pastry’s are delicious and you can taste the high quality ingredients!! Such a great staff there! I will be recommending this place to everyone I know! I wish I found them sooner! Can’t wait to try the espresso next time we are in!

2022-06-10Sara made some assorted desserts for me to transport to Ithaca for my daughters college graduation picnic. She packaged everything specifically for cooler transport so they would stay lovely, which they did. Everything was beautiful and delicious and just as I hoped for. Sara herself spoke to me when orderering and was extremely gracious and easy to work with. She also came out and introduced herself when I picked up my order. I was very impressed by the professionalism and attention to detail. Her place is adorable and Ill definitely be back to try lunch. It was jam packed the day I picked up! Sadly I couldnt present the desserts as I hoped at the picnic bc of bugs, but luckily they were in clear plastic containers! Thank you Sara for your attention to detail!

From the moment you walk in you are drawn into the delectable treats in the beautiful showcases. The choices are endless, but more importantly each one is incredibly delicious! The staff is friendly, helpful, and greets everyone with a smile! Sara’s quiche by far is the best you will ever taste! Excellent breakfast and lunch options for dining in or on the go as well! If you need a specialty cake there’s no better place than Gingersnap Patisserie to masterfully create any design or flavor! Bravo!

2022-06-21Amazing patisserie and bakery ran by wonderful people. We are French Native and we know what good patisserie and great “baguette” look and taste like - we were so happily surprised to find such a an unique experience with Ginger Snap patisserie, especially being so far from home ! Also we would never forgot how Ginger Snap patisserie turned the dream of our oldest son into reality when they baked the birthday cake he designed for his little brother! The cake was a perfect replica of the drawing and it tasted wonderful - such a magical moment for our family ! If you haven’t tried this experience yet make sure to get in sooner than later !

2022-04-28Something different… I felt like I walked into an alternate world, everything is clean, crisp and fresh. I enjoyed the French toast with real maple syrup, pecans and fluffy cream cheese. It was the perfect size portion for enjoying such a delicious and sweet treat! I sipped my coffee while the background music played and watched life go by outside. The little touches create such a feeling of happiness and peace. What an awesome addition to OP, this place is a step above!

2022-04-15I was very excited to try this new place out! My husband and I came in for breakfast and everything was delicious! Nice to see an upscale bakery in the area. The only complaint I have is that our breakfast was served to us in a paper bag while we were dining in. Would be nice to eat off of a plate given the great atmosphere.
