Definitely do not recommend!! I ordered a turkey sub with a select few condiments and all they did was slop it on the bread and call it good then I called to have it remade and they did it, but turned out worse than the first one. They put extra of all the condiments and didn’t spread them out and hardly any meat or cheese. And I also got mozzarella sticks and they were not even fully cooked. Will never catch me ordering anything from them again.
Even though they had a full place they were getting orders out quickly. I was in and out in a timely manor. With good food.
The girl behind the counter was very rude & inconsiderate. The food wasnt that good & they are very expensive now . Not like it used to be there . Very unpleasant trip there
Ordered in 2 nights in a row. The owner was very easy to work with over the phone and remembered my hotel and room from the previous night. He gladly accommodated multiple requests for special dinner items and the food showed up on time and was hot. The food itself was genuine Italian style and the ingredients all tasted fresh. I got the stuffed shells and sausage the first night and a bacon burger with crumbly blue cheese on the second night. Cooked perfectly medium rare as ordered.

Good service. I am not a fan of the interior nor their thicker crust on the piece, but its good. The service is somewhat quick, menunis alright and they are offering curb pick and delivery. I wish they would have some automated system to let you know when the food is ready for pick up.

The fish fry was either 100% frozen before cooked, or they don’t know how to cook fish. I was so disappointed receiving this because they show that their fish fry had an award :( the fish itself was dry and watery at the same time and the breading was hard. The mac and cheese was so mushy but had good flavor. The curly fries were good but I’m sure those were frozen as well.
Overall it was a good experience. The food states very good. The staff was professional and they were following strict protocols during the pandemic to make sure they are safe and their clients are safe as well. The waiting was exactly like mentioned. The prices are overall relatively higher than competitors and thats the only inconvenience, but the food was worth it.

The suicide wings were legit, super tasty. They might be too hot for those who dont do hot & spicy food, but if you can handle hot, they are the flavor to get

This resturaunt used to be a 5 star but their wing quality has gone downhill, I ask for extra crispy and they gave me barely cooked and under sauced wings, pizza is good tho.

In the past, my family has purchased a make your own pizza kits. The kids loved creating these. Today, my kids have friends over and they wanted to make pizzas, so I called to order some kits. Unfortunately, they have taken them off the menu. Hopefully, they’ll return to the menu soon.
Ive ordered from here three times and I have been disappointed every time. First time I ordered cream cheese poppers with our order and received cheddar poppers. Second time ordered a salad with our order and never received it. Third time ordered our pizza crispy and again received a soggy pizza. The rest of the order was bland. Its sad that I would recommend the maple city bowl food over an Italian restaurant. Not to take anything from the bowling alley because their food it delicious. If your looking for poor service and mediocre food this might be the place for you.

Stopped here because I was craving lasagna and Italian villa was closed. Really glad I tried it. Been eating their pizza forever ( delicious) , but had never tried any of their entrees. Lasagna was delicious and its a big portion for a very good price. I will definitely be trying some of their other entrees.

Called at 6:20 ordered for 6 people. 4 fish frys were missing thier sides. We called back minutes after they were dropped off at 7.15 after i had time to go threw it at 7 18 i called to fix. Its now 8.40 pm they havent arrived and my guest left annoyed. They always take awhile to recieve typically its good food and worth the wait. It its a friday and thats exspected but almost 9pm not fixed and a 89$ bill kinda sucks
Everything here looks awesome, and I ate here two nights in a row while in Hornell. Wish I couldve try the buffalo wings and the pizza, but decent dental work necessitates eating soft foods for awhile. That being said the lasagna was worth going back for a second night! Great staff, very fair prices and great quality food!
So ive ordered from these guys 3 times.The last 2 times i ordered thr chicken wing pizza.Well. Both times the chicken on the pizza tasted so bad like it was spoiled. Im pretty upset cuz theyre pizza isnt cheap. But if its that much. It should definitely not taste like the toppings are spoiled.
I Ordered a sub from here and they got my order wrong 2 times now I ask for one thing and they leave it out even tho I specifically told them to ad extra of that item they totally left that item out youre better off going to wegmans
Take out only as of now,,my wife had a salad and while there was an enormous amount in it, the lettuce was brown and should not have been used.

I placed my order for delivery, I believe all was good to go was told 30mins. As I sit here waiting the phone rings. WE DO NOT DELIVER TO THERE YOU WILL HAVE TO PICK IT UP OR DRIVE DOWN THE ROAD TO MEET US. what the hell? Im not even 6 miles away? We wisconsinites take great pride in our beer-batter fish. The wilderness. The Wisconsin Dells. Friday night fish. Thats Wisconsin. All Im allowed to say in order to keep my Wisconsin citizenship is that Ive never had a better or more perfect looking fish delivered to a hotel than Giovannis just did!

The menu had a lot of variety! I bought a pizza slice special combo with a drink and the pizza was hot and freshly made, very tasty! Husband bought a full portion of chicken parmesan with pasta and red sauce, and the portion was very generous!
I love this place! It is the best authentic Italian Restaurant in the area. Their sauce is enticing, always the same, and once you taste it youre hooked. Youll be back! They have the best chicken wings, too. Very meaty and tasty. The salad bar is great, a lot of variety. When people ask, wheres the best place to eat? Three times weve ordered from here and three times its been inedible. While the employee in the phone and the delivery driver are friendly, the bread is stale, items requested are left off and items requested too be left off are loaded on. Every time. Contacting them will just get you ignored. I figured everyone has bad days but three times in a row of inedible food is absurd. Huge waste of money.
The interior and exterior havent been changed since what looks like the 70s...Salad bar had very little on it but the their pizza is really good.. so are the hot wings (sometimes).. staff is young and always curtious I would recommend to get your order to go though. .
The lasagna was too saucy and they must have changed the sauce to a cheaper one. Just wasnt impressed. I used to eat it every day for lunch and it was delicious, but not so much now.

They make everything super here. I have loved their pizza for a long time. Last week I had their pasta alfredo and it was just so creamy that I made it my new favorite.
We all got pasta to go, and it was EXCELLENT. I think the chicken Alfredo was the best Ive ever had.
So far the best pizza we have had since moving to Jasper. Unfortunately they are a bit far but when in Hornell will stop there. They have a small parking area and no on street parking

This place is amazing. The best chicken wings in Town. We always get our pizzas on time when we order delivery, hot and as ordered. The staff is busy so sometimes seem a little rude but it is ok because they do their job right

Well I ordered chicken parm and it started all pasta dishes come with garlic bread it was 9.50 only when she brought it out all I got was a piece of chicken no pasta and no garlic bread 🤬 who the hell wants to pay 9.50 for a piece of chicken !!!! Also ordered appetizers we got when they brought our food out instead of before ! I know where not to eat again that’s for sure !!!!!!

2022-05-04I order from here often. The food is good. The staff is awful. I ordered for delivery tonight and I only ordered 2 dozen wings. I called an hour after I ordered because it doesnt take an hour for 2 dozen wing to be cooked/delivered. When I asked what was going on the girl on the phone said there were 12 other orders being delivered including mine. I said my food would probably be cold by the time it got here. She said all the food got done at the same time so it would probably still be warm. I work at a restaurant and this is not very efficient. I told her this and she said okay great I hope you have a good night and hung up the phone. Needless to say I wont be ordering from here again and I hope other people wont either. Also, my food was cold when it arrived.

2022-03-15Nice pizzeria. The thin crust is still pretty hearty. The Salad bar has all my faves. I would go back just for the salad bar and bread sticks deal for eight bucks. Friendly and efficient staff

2022-05-31We went in and ordered Sunday evening. We were told the pizza would be about 15 mins. We sat down and planned to eat in the dining room. We watched other families come and sit for dine in. They ordered after us and some how still managed to get their pizzas before us. I then watched my pizza sit on the counter waiting for someone to grab it and bring it to us for at least 10 mins. I did finally walk up and ask for our pizza. They were very short and rude with us when I asked them to just box it up so we could take it with us, stating if I was just going to take it with me I should have ordered it to go! The sad thing is the food is pretty good, but the staff is quite rude!

2022-04-26I ordered a pizza for delivery at 8:04 after working 12 hours doing construction with nothing to eat all day at 9:30 I tried calling to see where it was got nothing but busy signal and I kept calling repeadly nothing but busy signal until 10:00 when they close I get told they have no order for me now at this point nothing else is open so I now go to bed with nothing to eat all day no attempt to maki it right or nothing I spend probably around $150 every week there not anymore they lost my business for good

2021-12-09Moved recently back to NY and was excited to get real NY style pizza again. Have been twice and it is good pizza. Today sadly, I went to get a few slices and it was cold. They were not busy, most of the workers standing around talking. But the slices were not fresh. Obviously been sitting a while. The first time it was good. Hopefully it was a fluke.

2021-10-05Sad, 30 plus dollars to the garbage.Terrible food, horrible OLD SAUCE, chicken parmigiana totally bad, besides having paid for a drink and NO DRINK not any utensils to eat…Living and learning, I should have given that money to someone in need.

2021-12-27Employees where rude and wings where double the price on the menu. Its the middle of winter and it feels like their running the ac in here. Honestly Ive lived here my hole life untill recently and the experience of this place always seems to be about the same. Not great.

2021-09-03This is the best restaurant with the most delicious pizza I’ve ever had. NYC quality in a small town. The owner and his daughter are super friendly and bend over backwards to accommodate customers. Love everything I’ve had here from pizza to lasagna to wings.
