I was becoming very frustrated with the lack of communication between State Farm and I regarding my policy and bill. Today I went to call and cancel all of my policies due to the unprofessionalism I was receiving. Alyssa is the reason why I am continuing my business with State Farm. It took a simple 10 minute phone call for her to explain what was going on and make me feel at ease. Because of her I will continue to refer people to her office, she truly showed amazing customer service today.

For anyone looking to replace their current car insurance State Farm is the way to go.Let me share a little bit of my experience, I was with Progressive Insurance and I was paying a huge insurance premium on a monthly basis, Ive called them time and time again no one wanted to help me, I keep hitting a dead end.I tried searching for a better rate when I got connected with Lauren everything changed. I was not only happy with the customer service but I was ecstatic with the all the help and options that she was giving me. I felt as if I was talking to a friend instead of an agent. There was a bit of miscommunication between my bank (was refinancing) and the office. I had to intervene to make sure we’re all on the same sheet of music. Alyssa Rivera was quite professional and understood my frustration. She quickly took steps to get the resolution underway and within 48 hours, my bank informed me They got what they were looking for. Alyssa seems to have understood the issue, took ownership and took the necessary steps to get the issue resolved.
What I like about State Farm is, they really help you. I spoke with Alyssa from State Farm and she was really nice, helpful and professional. She help me with getting my payment date change to a later date that was much better for me that I may continue to keep making my payments on time for each month. This particular insurance company is a complete scam. They give temporary insurance cards and then say underwriting found something on your license which is ran before they give you insurance. They then try and either jack up your rates or completely cancel your insurance. This place is a scam buyer beware. SCAM INSURANCE COMPANY YOU WILL REGRET WORKING WITH THEM DO NOT USE THIS PLACE. The staff there is great. And I have to single out Stephanie. She is by far the most sweetest, friendly, and professional person you can possibly deal with for anything. All my years of having insurance Ive never had an experience like the one Ive experienced with this agent, if I can give ZERO STARS THATS WHAT I WOULD DO! I believe its a combination of how state farm does business and the INCOMPETENCE of the agents office. Even though the manager was trying to help, but to it was too little to late. She couldnt even remember some of the conversations weve had, maybe thats because of too much damage control. IDK.BEWARE, LOOK ELSEWHERE!!!

Im in awe with Ms Quiñones and staff. They went the extra mile to help me with my car insurance when we had an overlap.I can even say that they went beyond of their responsibility to fix my problem. They arranged everything for us and made it very comfortable and easy for us when we had to go to DMV. Everyone knows that going there is not the best place to be, but working side by side with them made us feel that they were there standing by our side all the times. 2022-09-13This review to to let everyone know about Sebastian. I’m a firm believer in customer service and this young man is wonderful. I previously asked Cooperate for an office near me because I didn’t like the customer service here. Let me explain…my previous reps would say they would call back with info on whatever I called in about but there was never any call back or I get anything resolved without following up myself.Last week I called, got Sebastian to whom I explained my issues and he replied “ I don’t know, I would send an email to get the correct information and please give me until Wednesday to call you with an answer.” Well, that call came Wednesday @10.50 am and my issue seem to be resolved. Thx you young man! Well done, even if my issue wasn’t resolved, I would still write this review because you gave your word and kept it! Much Success!!

2022-08-25Id like to write this review prefaced by saying the 5 stars goes to Sebastian who helped me resolve an issue with my coverage after multiple attempts with other agents proved unsuccessful. After a few calls and being told new dates I would receive a call back regarding my coverage issue, I received no feedback from agents as I was told I would and the date by which this needed to be addressed was fast approaching.That is when I spoke to Sebastian who addressed the issue right away, calling me back a few times to keep my updated on progress of the resolution and fixing the issue within 24 hours. It was exemplary service on his part and what I needed to put my mind at ease with my cars coverage.I hope in the future to have better luck with service from the rest of this office, but know I will ask for Sebastian moving forward to handle all of my insurance needs. Thanks again Sebastian and keep up the great work!

Sabastian is truly the best agent ever! He makes, takes and gives extra time to listen and address his new and existing customers needs, questions and concerns about their insurance needs and policies! He never minds going the extra mile and or doing whatever it takes to make sure you understand your options! He will explain a lot of information in detail so you know what to do and how to choose what best fits your needs for now and how to possibly increase and enhance your policies and provisions going forward!! He a great sales Agent and a even better listener!! He makes me feel like having my little business is important to him, even though, I actually do need a lot of the services they offer!!
