Buyer BEWARE!!I usually do not write reviews. But this place tortured me so much with delays and lack of communication that I had to do this. So others do not make similar mistake as mine. Apologies for long read...We started off very well at this store. Found what we needed for our house renovation - tiles for kitchen, bathrooms, hallway, vanities with tops/sink for 2 bathrooms, and shower doors. We placed our orders well in advance (Feb 2021). I ran into some issues due to permit delay so I had asked them not to deliver until I was ready. They always promised delivery within 2 weeks. However, when it was time for delivery, things started to go sideways. They kept delaying and delaying. Absolutely zero communication with updates or any notification of delay. I had to call them every few days inquiring when they would delivery my items. When I challenged them on their lack of communication, I was told I never gave them chance reply to me because I call them every few days. I am trying to get work complete so I can get inspections done and move in. So few times, I waited for them to call me with updates on my deliveries, more than a week pass by, and, you guessed it... NO CALL. NO UPDATE. After delivery, I was missing some tiles. So again more delays on sending in my missing/short items. Note, I moved from Chicago with this house purchased early Feb 2021 but havent moved in it due to renovation it needs.And, the final straw was when it came to delivering bathroom vanities. After months of delays, when I finally got vanity top and sink - both were WRONG - stone and sink shape. Obviously, I sent it back. 3 or 4 days later they came back with both vanity tops. Guess what??? WRONG again. This time they sent correct stone BUT with a tiny sink (14inch opening for a vanity thats 48inch wide). You could NOT even put your two hands in that sink to wash them. When I called to ask the rep about it, she started yelling and saying she WILL NOT DO anything for me because she already replaced it twice. Apparently, it was MY fault she could NOT send correct items either time. In fact, she sent me a picture of a sink that she thinks is the same sink she sent with my vanity tops. BUT it was not. Guys who did the delivery were like, nope, thats not same size . Worst part is that the fabrication shop never was given actual order paperwork. They were just being TOLD what to make/bring. I asked the guy and showed him picture of the order form - he said he NEVER saw that. Fortunately, the guy was a gentleman and realized this was not right. He offered to take them both back and bring it with correct size sink (I had to pay portion of the sink again). He did not want me to argue with the store and just simply offered to do the right thing. It took over 4 months to get delivery of two vanities with - TWICE WRONG, and the store Rep will NOT do anything. Her words - she never seen a customer like me because I asked for updates on my orders and expect correct items delivered on time. I gave them the benefit of doubt with these constant delays given the current situation. BUT it SHOULD NOT take over 4 months to get items delivered. By the way, they want full payment upfront. Now you are hooked with spending so much money and wait for them. Oh yeah, I STILL DID NOT receive drawer/door handles for those vanities. I ended up buying new sets because I need to get inspections done so I can move into the house.If I could give 0 or below rating then I would. This is the worst place of business I had ever dealt with.
Terrible customer service . Installers started the job them disappeared. Sent a new crew 3 days later . Zero floor protection on my mew wood floors when coming in and out with cement on their shoes . Chipped tiles o the wall . they cut window trim instead of cutting a tile to make something fit . . Ii called and called No one ever showed up .to resolve .Stay away they take your money then your just a number . Pictures for prof if anyone needs .
I was renovating my kitchen and decided to purchase all my materials from Amy in June 2020. Cabinets, counter tops, floor tiles, backsplash molding everything. Amy came to my house and took the measurements. She was extremely helpful. I gave Her half the amount as down payment, because she wanted to place the order For the materials. About two weeks after I called Amy wanting to know the status of my order. She told me to come to the office and pay the balance and she will deliver the Materials, which I did. After Amy received all the money, she changed from a loving person to someone I regret I have ever met. She promise she will deliver the materials. When she delivered the cabinets some were too large. She promise to resize the cabinets, this time they were cut too small. When she finally got it right and gave me a date for delivery, I waited two days. I got no delivery, not even a phone call from Amy. When I called she did not pickup the phone. I sent Amy a text, her excuse, her delivery guy had an emergency. She promise the next day she will send the materials. I waited all day, no delivery, not even a phone call. After waiting over two months, Finally I decided to go get my materials, and collect my money for the counter tops and back splash since she did not place the order. I will never recommend anyone to do business with Amy. She is very nice until she gets your money.
My experience at Glamour Tile was very positive. The choices were endless and the quality was exceptional. My bathroom is so beautiful.We will be customers for life and my contractor mentioned he has never experienced service that good. Highly recommended!
I am truly thankful for Amy and Rasha at Glamour Tile. They sat with me and worked out the best layout for my kitchen and 2 bathrooms. There was no rushing.The designs were very pretty and unique plus the process went very easy and smooth. They went above and beyond to make me happy. It was really a perfect decision to do business with Glamour Tile. Thank You!!!
The experience I had here at Glamour Tiles was absolutely atrocious. I was renovating my bathrooms and den, which required a lot of tiles. In the beginning, Amy was completely nice and sweet. She was incredibly helpful and helped me and my family pick tiles that we wanted. We also decided on getting bathroom vanities from her store.Once she received payment for all the tiles and vanities, everything went south. She told me that the vanities would be delivered on a certain day, but they never arrived. She stopped picking up phone calls and ignored my texts. Once I was able to get in contact with her, she kept giving me the excuse “I can’t get in contact with my driver.” After many months of chasing her down for my vanities, I got the wrong size vanity for one of my bathrooms, which was a whole other dilemma. After a couple weeks, I got the correct sized vanity. Additionally, I needed to get countertops for the vanities. Her men came in and measured the vanities. After another couple of weeks, the countertops were delivered. Lo and behold, the countertops were the wrong size. We had to get that remeasured, resized, and installed. Installation was a nightmare because when I confronted her about how disappointed I was in this service, she started yelling at me in front of my house.Please do not do any business with her because once she takes your payment, she changes from a sweet lady to rude, unprofessional one.
Amy is a excellent designer and a super person. She decorated our whole bathroom from tiles ,vanity, faucet, and bowl. I highly recommend her to do your next project at your home.
I really love this place, Glamour Tile. Amy worked with me designing my bathroom and she was very supportive and amazing.Amy was very professional from beginning to finish. Glamour tile is the best selection i have ever seen, very nice proffesstional customer service.
Very poor customer service. Amy is only helpful until you commit to buy the product. She told me my countertop will be ready in 10 days, it took 21 days which caused me so much inconvenience and an extra month of rent. Amy was very rude and disrespectful when talking with me. If I read the review, I would have never gone to this store. I would never recommend this store to any one!!!PS: when I confronted her about this she told me this is not India!!

6 weeks of zero contact - Glamour wouldn’t answer any of my calls… Finally reached them and they blamed us as well as mentioned that some clients spend 10k plus so they get preference… Rude and entitled.🤷🏻♂️Beware!🤦🏻♂️
Very helpful in the choosing of tile process and taking of your credit card information. After that, its all downhill. Date promised for tile did not happen until 2 weeks later. Lies were told about grout being delivered and that didnt happen. Dont respect people that cant tell the truth.
Glamour tile expertise and service helped to make the process of choosing our tile and backsplash for our kitchen and bathroom very smooth. The staff is very knowledgeable and professional about their products and had wonderful design ideas.

I CANT SAY HOW NICE AND HELPFUL AMY WAS HERE! SHE WAS SO PAPIENT AND NEVER PUSHY AT ALL. I WENT TO ABOUT 3 OTHER TILE PLACES AND EITHER THE PEOPLE WERE IMPATIENT OR THEY DIDNT HAVE WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR. A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE! FROM SHOPPING THEIR SHOWROOM WITH EXPERIENCED SALES PEOPLE TO RECEIVIND OUR ORDER AND FINISHING OUR BATHROOMS. I REALLY RECOMMEND THIS TILE PLACE TO EVERYONE!

2021-09-13We consider ourselves very lucky to come across Glamour Tile and Amy. They had a very nice selection of higher end tile that we were looking for and Amy had a great sense of design and style and wonderful and easy to work with personality. In addition to the tile, we purchased a beautiful floating vanity, sink, LED medicine cabinet and shower partition. After a disastrous install with a terrible local contractor, all my beautiful Italian porcelain tile had to be ripped out and redone. Amy worked for us to replace the gorgeous tile quickly and at a reduced cost. She was even able to get us a top-notch contractor to replace the one I had to throw off my job. We truly are very thankful and recommend a visit or call.

2022-04-25Best Tile Displays in the area! Amy provides great service and is also an interior designer. She really knows how to help if you are uncertain about a design. She has tiles at all price points! We were very satisfied with her services and the tiles we received. Many compliments on the tile we purchased. 2022-06-19Do not trust this business, they will order you incorrect parts, lie to you and not answer the phone to avoid speaking to you. They ordered 2 incorrect parts and did not properly store our tiles so we couldn’t take them in the house without cleaning them off. Its a shame they are allowed to operate. Their owner is unprofessional and will yes you to death to make a sale. There are plenty of other good business around to use that will help and support you

2021-12-05Despicable experience. I understand the current supply, delivery, and production chain issues but this place just wants your money and could care less about negative reviews.When you are shopping, they are so kind, friendly, helpful and understanding. When you are ready to make the order they tell you that if you pay with credit card its a 12% up charge, for taxes and credit card fee.This is where they get you and have no recourse to get your money back; lesson learned. Once your order is in, if they promise you a time frame, expect longer, way longer. They cannot even give you an update, and will not take your calls as they screen them from their caller ID.I called up the wholesaler that they order from and turns out, the tile was ready 4 weeks ago, but they never sent their driver to get it, which is indicative of them not caring about your job or progress. They send out the driver when multiple orders come through.Another sign that they do not care is, look at the bad reviews, no response on their part, at all.Remember once you place the order and pay cash, they got you.

2021-08-24Amy is very very scammer!!!!We went to the store & she offered to come to our house with few samples, measured the kitchen for back splash and gave us price for tiles as $18 per sheet and she said we needed 70 + sheets as they are each 1 square foot . To be on safer side with wastage we placed an order of 75 tiles she demanded full cash payment upfront for placing the order. It was Saturday and the order would be placed on Monday. My husband had $1000 on him so with a fuss she agreed to take $1000 to place the order & rest to be paid at the pick up time. Order was supposed to be in by Wednesday…. No news till Thursday she wouldn’t pickup our calls either….. finally I called from different phone so she said on Friday…. We went to pick up… she was not there but a guy was there , before even showing our stuff he demanded rest of cash. I had check book again with a fuss they agreed if I write cash on it. Everything was fine till now!Now the real story starts when he said he will give us only 50 sheets as the tiles came out are bigger than usual …. My husband asked him to show it so he could measure them …. They were .90 sq ft but they insisted they were bigger also a big scam revealed during measuring that they had replaced my tiles with similar but half price item!!!! $9.00 / tile looked very similar.Anyways they agreed to replace them and we had to wait again till Monday. Now again she disappeared from scene and this time they tried giving us 58 sheets that the tiles are 1.25 sq ft. (If I paid for 75 sheets and these are sold as sheets what difference does it make to them … of course it would effect our project if we run short ) I said I understand if you provide me what we pay you and we run short or more but you cannot change & give us less tiles because u feel they are bigger. ( just to confirm on weekend we went to few tile stores to find out the real size of those tiles and were told they were .90 sq ft and are sold as per sheet with same price as her ) so why was she trying to cheat us….she kept saying I don’t want to deal with it & if you want yr money back come back in 2 weeks I’ll deduct my visiting time and dealing with you otherwise pay me balance plus $300 extra if u want 75 tiles. We thought she will not refund our money so we had no choice but to pay her extra money and picked our order of 75 sheets of tiles.Please be careful in dealing with them they are sweetest poison on earth.

2021-07-09My review is long overdue. I found that Glamour Tile had the exact countertop quartz that I wanted and Amy gave me a great price for it. Amy was so nice and personable - I kept thinking about how I should have gotten so many more items from her, but I had already purchased elsewhere before I had met her. Thank God I didnt do more business with her! Amy said I had to pay for the countertop in full before installation could happen, and so I did. That was my last interaction with Amy - I never heard from her again. The countertop install kept getting canceled at the last minute, or I just wouldnt hear from anyone. She never picked up the phone when I would call. I finally would get through whenever I used a friends phone instead. After several delays and lots of aggravation, I was able to get a hold of the countertop installers number. He came with the countertop I ordered, and did his job - so at least thats the one star this place can get.

2021-03-04Owner Amy has large selection of titles and very beautiful material. She is friendly and a great help in matching and picking out titles. However after placing order with her I have learned through experience her customer service is horrible. It seems once orders are placed she just tells you what you want to hear in regards to availability and delivery but can not uphold her promises. We went into her shop telling up upfront we were in a rush to obtain title and vanity for bathroom and wanted items she could deliver quickly. She told us delivery would be same week yet almost two months later my job is not complete.When she delivered title eventually there was title missing. Then she delivered the wrong title. Then it took her 3 weeks to get our border title.We also had issues with vanity. Each time she said it would be delivered it never came after I waited home for it. She never apologies and avoids your calls as she has caller ID. When I call her from another number other then mine she picks up but not from my number. After waiting weeks for vanity she finally tells me vanity is damaged on door and it’s the last one in stock. I was so upset she offers to give me a custom vanity which I agreed to. However a week later she tells me she found the vanity someplace else. Delivery is again delayed and when it eventually comes it also has damage to front drawer (big chip). I refuse to accept damage piece and ask her to uphold her offer for custom piece and she refuses. She states she is going to cancel my whole order (we had also ordered a custom linen piece which I was waiting on production) because she can NOT promise I will get a perfect piece with no damage. She claims the chip in the door can not be called damage. She states I have to expect imperfections. I think it’s ridiculous that I have to pay good money and can’t expect a piece that is not damaged. You can see from pictures this wasn’t a small scratch or hidden on the side or back, it was a chip with the raw wood showing right smack on the front. Also see the text where she outright tells me I can’t expect it to be perfect.So now I have Collected my money will never do business with her again and after two months without a bathroom have to start all over again someplace else. Hope I can help someone else avoid the headache.

2020-05-11Renovating two bathrooms is an overwhelming task for the average homeowner. We had gone to several tiles stores before we found Glamour Tile. The selection and quality of tiles at Glamour was far and away the best we saw from other Tile stores. Ami was the Design Consultant and she took the time to show and explain the many different tile styles available to us. When we were ready to decide on the tiles, we made an appointment and spent an hour or so on each bathroom. There are so many details that have to be considered in the average bathroom renovation that it’s critical that you have person of Ami’s expertise to guide you. She asked us questions ranging from lighting to vanity size and style to fixtures. We received support and expert advice from Ami and Rasha throughout the process. We are now complete with both bathroom renovations and wanted everyone to know how pleased we are with the end result. We are truly grateful to Glamour and all of the help they extended to us during our project. Thank you.

2019-05-20Glamour Tile is the best selection in all the stores I have shopped at. They care about their customers from the minute walking to the store till we finished our project.
