Amazing space and staff. They provided us great assistance during set up and during celebration. To host the event in 2 floors and escorting guests through the process was a great service. They helped us with lighting during transitions. This venue is clean specially the bathrooms. They also have great wine selection. Of course the view is spectacular.
I recently hosting an event @ The Glasshouses and had the absolute pleasure of working directly with Wilson, Diego and team. Wilson was extremely helpful throughout the ENTIRE process of leading up to the event as well as the prep day and actually event day. Communication was AMAZING as Wilson and the team responded to every question I had as well supported myself and my team with any questions, concerns or needs we had. The location space was absolutely beautiful and lived up to my every expectation! I would highly recommend the venue to anyone in the NYC area wanting to host an event. Thank you to Wilson, Diego and the entire Glasshouse team for making this an amazing event!

We recently had our wedding at the Glasshouses, and it was a beautiful and incredible event. We looked at 5 other venues in the city, and they just didnt compare to the Glasshouses. We had around 140 people with a sit down dinner on the 14th floor and the reception on the 21st floor. The views from both floors are unobstructed, stunning, and inclusive of all of Manhattan. The space is very clean, and honestly doesnt require much decore - let the views and the city lights work for you!Even with the beautitful space and views, the best thing about Glasshouses is the manager, Perry, and his wonderful staff. From our first visit, Perry was nothing but patient, helpful, and fun. He made the reception planning experience as enjoyable and stress free as possible. He lined us up with a caterer, helped with the furniture rentals, gave me advice and a great price on a wine upgrade, etc. He was there the entire evening, and he really cared about making sure everything went well. For example, some of the food wasnt delivered on time, and Perry went and picked it up at the last minute. The Glasshouses staff is very kind and respectful. We are already planning on having our 10 year anniversary party at the Glasshouses!
Myself and a group of hospitality management students from Auburn University visited The Glasshouse Chelsea for an educational tour and talk of the event space. We were joined on the tour with tourism students from Fort Hays State University. First off, when I contacted Mr. Perry to set up this tour, I had no idea he would have responded so quickly and so positively to have a group of students walk through the event space. He sent along the virtual reality tour of the space and tons of pictures. I can use these for two classes that I teach (hospitality information technology and catering and event management). Second, even with the research we conducted prior to our visit, we had no idea Mr. Perry would have given so much of his time to not only show the space and the types of events commonly booked, but he gave our students a master class on client management and vendor relationship management. We were so fortunate to have him share his experience and the many nuggets of advice passed on!! It was just outstanding and I was really appreciative of how much he poured into our group. Perry and his team were absolutely outstanding. We had about 10 days (probably less) to put together a big company announcement (morning corporate event and an evening social event).GENERAL OVERVIEW: We hopped on a call with Perry 10 days before our event and gave him an overview of our needs. He had us in contact with an AV company and caterer by the end of the day. Anything we needed, Perry was able to get it for us at a great price (caterer, AV, beverage, furniture, etc.).This is truly a unique event space. Spectacular New York views. The space itself is sleek, modern, and clean. The great thing about this space is it’s gorgeous as it comes, or you can totally customize it since it’s a blank canvas.DETAILED OVERVIEW: We had a morning corporate event followed by an evening social event and we had 10 days to plan it all. We gave Perry a call and he was ready to get to business the second he answered. We utilized the 21st floor as our main event space and the 14th floor as a green room and interview space. Perry has chairs, stools, and high tops available to rent in-house that are in great condition and provided a modern clean look to our event. Perry and his team were always available when needed. They were flexible with us whether it was a last-minute beverage order, our branding company coming in to setup, last minute room setup changes, etc. They were always there to help with a smile on their face.After the morning corporate event on the 21st floor, we had to flip the room over to host a social event that would take place a few hours after. I gave Perry a timeline and his staff were standing by ready to make the necessary moves. The Glasshouse team was always around to check on us to make sure our event was running smooth. We had executives and VIPs in attendance and they were all very pleased with the outcome.I 100%-absolutely-definitely-without a doubt-recommend Glasshouse Chelsea.
I recently got married at the GlassHouses, what a magical space!! I had my ceremony on the 14th floor and the reception on the 21st floor. The space is kept and run like a 5 star hotel. Its perfect, modern and clean. You really can make the space your own and the view is the best in NYC!!The manager Perry and his staff were amazing to work with. Everything was taken care of and they worked seamlessly with all of my wedding vendors.There is also a parking garage right across the street which makes it great for your guest.I cant wait to have my next party here!!!
The Glasshouses is one of those NYC venues that any event producer has looked and proposed to clients. It is beautiful and in a perfect location in Manhattan. Having finally had the pleasure to produce an event there, the experience exceeded expectations. There wasnt a single person - vendor, guest, talent - who did not comment on the beauty of the space and of course, the spectacular view.Jane was wonderful to work with leading up to the event and Wilson and his team did everything they could onsite to help make my job easier as well as assist clients and guests alike. Such a beautiful space with amazing views!! Perry and his team was so accommodating and patient with all of my out-of-town questions. They went above and beyond with making our event special while recommending hotels and restaurants in the area for this out-of-town guest.
If you really want to WOW your guests - the Glasshouses is the place to be. I held my wedding there in June and my guests were in awe. The floor to ceiling windows offer stunning north/west/southern views of Manhattan and the Hudson River and the space itself is meticulously maintained.Perry went above and beyond to make sure my needs were met leading up my wedding and Wilson made sure everything ran seamlessly the day-of.
This venue has incredible views and super clean, and easily accessible event space. Perry and his staff are not only professional, but also extremely supportive and easy to collaborate with. Looking forward to creating another successful event here very soon!
Our non-profit held a fundraising dinner here, and it was amazing. Perry and his staff are wonderful to work with, accommodating, professional, and fun. The space is gorgeous, and our guests had a beautiful experience. I highly recommend it!
The Glasshouses 14th and 21st Floor were absolutely amazing, the floor to ceiling windows provided a magnificent backdrop as my clients danced the night away!!! Perry was wonderful to work with and always available to answer all of my million questions. On the day off both Wilson and Gerard were a godsend. You really can’t go wrong with The Glasshouses, it’s absolutely beautiful

Just got engaged in the Glass Houses location and it could not have been more beautiful! The room was set up exactly to my fiancés specifications and it made the moment perfect. The views were beautiful and the venue immaculate.
From initially meeting Perry, seeing the space and lovin it to party planning with Perry and the ultimate party, the experience was FIRST CLASS!We through a Birthday bash as my wife turned 50 and I turned 60. Perry made the experience fun and easy. All his recommendations were perfect! Never tension or miscommunication. Perry is the best at what he does.The party was spectacular! All our guests could not stop raving!I recommend Glasshouses and Perry in the highest possible terms. If you are having any type of party, this is where it should be!
A lovely place on West 25 St. Walking down 25th St one would never noticed this regular building till you take the elevator to the 21st floor. Walking off the elevator and stepping into a magnificent white room. Everything is white, the walls, the tables, the chairs and the bar. I wish it was my apt. There is a wide window and a separate patio for entertaining. They can easily hold 75 inside and 25 outside. There is a bar and a kitchen to serve food and liquor. The food served tonight was quick pass arounds, The steak skewers were cold and served with a spicy sauce, the dumplings were a tad greasy, the mac & cheese was cold and tasteless, I dont get why they toss it in a edible crust, it has enough calories. There was some soggy shrimps also.Now the best part was the bathroom view, Yes, its one of those bathrooms that has a huge window to make you feel that you are taking over NYC!! I hope no one was looking in.If you want to rent a space, choose here. The elevator is slow and one was broken but its worth the ride for this spectacular view. I posted a pic of the sunset over NJ.
If you are looking for a unique wedding experience this is the place. The views are breathtaking and the space was flexible so we could create our own individual experience. I would strongly recommend you check the Glass Houses out before booking any other wedding venue
Manhattans best kept secret. Perry and his staff @ the GlassHouses are incredible! This is the second time weve used them for a corporate event, and theyve done an outstanding job both times. They were extremely accommodating and professional, giving our guests white glove treatment.
Nice space, great views. Outdoor balcony is great. Smaller than expected but still fully function. Kitchen area.Great for shooting interviews with cityscape as your background.

I have been to two weddings in this venue and both times they’ve been absolutely beautiful. The staff is well run and accommodating. If you’re planning on having an event here, you made the right choice.

Lovely space always graciously decorated and good food. But why do they keep it so cold? Ive been there at least 10 times for different events and its always freezing
This is a beautiful venue with floor to ceiling windows on three sides of the four-walled building. Theres a beautiful view of Lower Manhattan and the Hudson River.

The wedding of our friend was fantastic because of this place. We were amazed by its nice interiors and decors. Food was excellent with an exceptional service.

The most AMAZING venue we could have ever asked for. My husband, family, guests and I were in awe all night over the views from this venue. Especially at night. Not only is the venue amazing, but the event team is even better! Chelsee was my go-to girl during my almost year long planning journey. Chelsee was so responsive to emails, so informative and so helpful when it came to sharing opinions and ideas. Chelsee was so flexible and accommodating, even when changing my mind 100 times. Diego was our point person the day of the wedding and he was also spectacular! Without Diego and Chelsee I would have been lost! I cannot recommend this team or the venue enough! My guests are still talking about the space and it was the highlight of everyones night. Thank you Glasshouse Chelsea and the team for giving my husband and I a night we will never forget!!

2022-03-31What a stunning location. Have an event here that starts an hour or two before sunset and youll win the day with the best views ever. Food was decent, location is easy to get to and super simple to find.

2022-06-12Take the elevator to the 21st floor as soon as you get out the elevator you will be in the venue. Clean and nice decor. A lovely place to have a gathering under 200 people. There is an outdoor terrace. Large bar and unisex bathrooms. Each stall is separate with enclosed door for privacy. Friendly staff. This is great for a birthday party or small event.

2020-10-20I photographed a wedding shoot here and was completely blown away. To have a wedding here would be a dream. The are spectacular and would definitely be a wow factor for guests.

2017-09-29I was looking for a unique event space to hold a very important client event also hosting our executive team from London and the US. I was fortunate enough to find The Glass Houses. I went to visit the venue and it was beyond amazing - floor to ceiling windows and a perfect open space to design your own unique look. The space was immaculate and as a matter of fact they were washing the outside and inside windows and polishing the floor when I visited! (Thats a great thing ;)I met with Perry who was beyond AMAZING! He set me up with caterers, AV provider who were also AMAZING (Thomas Preti Caterers and PAV Pro Installations). We needed a special set up for a business meeting /cocktail reception after and in 2 minutes Perry showed me exactly how he could lay it out perfectly.Fast forward to the day of my event - I arrived about 5 hours before the event start and the room was already set-up and Perrys team were waiting for me. In addition Dave from PAV Pro was already set up and waiting for me. My linens and floral were delivered and my catering /staff had just arrived. I cant help using the word AMAZING over and over in this review because when I say I had to worry about nothing for this event it is an understatement.Everything was seamless and perfect an hour before my guests were scheduled to arrive.My guests and executives were so impressed with the venue that they all commented multiple times throughout the night. I looked like a hero and its all thanks to Perry and his team (and his exceptional vendors)..Thank you Perry for making our event so memorable that people are still talking about it and for making it so easy for me.In closing, I have done Events for many years for a very prestigious company and I will tell you that there is nothing like holding an event at such a professional venue - they take client satisfaction to the next level and this was by far the best and most seamless event I have ever planned. When your thinking about your next event (corporate, personal) nobody does it better!Thank you Perry, Wilson and the rest of the staff for everything ;)

2018-04-29I cannot say enough amazing things about this beautiful venue. My then boyfriend told me we were attending a corporate event at the venue and actually surprised me by proposing. Our city view proposal was absolutely stunning. Perry, Wilson, and the rest of the glasshouses staff made sure that the night went perfectly, as they were so kind and accommodating to our friends and family. The glasshouses is a gorgeous space and I can’t thank the staff enough for making my engagement such a magical night that I will never forget.

2018-07-04Absolutely stunning views of the Hudson, the East side, and Lower Manhattan. Place is perfect size for a small event or a wedding. There is a nice size balcony for the people to hang out and enjoy the view. Definitely worth checking out, and the views are incredible for being only on the 21st floor. Easy access to the elevators, and surprisingly on the weekends there is plenty of on street parking.

2017-03-01I got engaged at the Glasshouses last Friday (she said yes!). It was incredible to say the least! Everything went perfectly. The views are amazing. Perry and the staff were very accommodating and easy to work with. The room was spotless when we arrived. I couldnt have had a better experience. Highly recommended.

2015-07-13The Glass Houses is a fantastic venue for events. It is rare to find a space this particular size with a lofty, yet intimate atmosphere, and one of the best views in New York City. The layout is efficient and the space is clean. It is also a great value. The biggest bonus is that the management and staff are highly accommodating, flexible, and friendly. Perry Brocco is incredibly professional, accessible, and helpful – providing me with vendor recommendations and valuable support along the way. The team made us feel like our event was the only event that mattered, which made for a great overall experience.

2019-04-28A beautiful venue for special occasions. Gorgeous backdrops of Manhattan. And if planned right, the lower floor gets an incredible sun setting for great photo effects. I actually found street parking around the corner which was a nice plus to the evening. Catering was superb as well as the service.
