For them to still see patients the same way as before covid-19 is beyond irresponsible. Overcrowding that small space and forcing patients to wait for hours and hours is disturbing.
The service is just terrible. Even if you have an appointment your are being waited as long as 1 hr 20 min and counting. The so called nurses doesnt even know how to check bp. Never going back!Not even worth that 1 star tbh!
The Dr is awesome but all the receptionist are very unprofessional, they don’t follow the rules and regulations always skipped patients, bad behavior.
It’s sucks specially waiting time. Yesterday I came they said come tomorrow 9.30am. I came today 9.12am . Now it’s 11.51am still waiting. I don’t know when is coming up my serial. Also too many patients but no setting place.
My Right Knee ligaments is broken, I went to Mount Sinai Emergency Room they said I need to do MRI as soon as possible and MRI order should by my PCP Dr Rahman, I came to my PCP 1 st day after release from emergency room then the Front Desk people request me to come next day, I came on next day (Friday) now they requested to come on MondayI can’t walk without crutches & suffering pain but they doesn’t care about anythingI requested them just to give me an MRI order but they doesn’t listen anything, those people don’t understand what is emergencySpecially front desk people looks like human but their inside activity Like nasty animal.
Doctor over there is such a outstanding and awesome very nice and ready to hands on work to solved the patient problem but sad thing is that customer service is worst and the front desk person had a bad attitude that they treat so badly as well as asked the question so rudely felt like to switch the clinic but because of wonderful doctor no choiceEvery time visit make a awkward to conversation with front desk
Doctor Rahman doesnt send prescription to the pharmacy even after reminding him multiple times. Office staff never convey any messages to him or he just ignores them.
My appointment was at 3:00 pm. But a lady whose appointment was at 3:15 pm, spoke strictly. The stuff got scared and let her go. I waited for 3 hours for my turn, although I had an appointment.
Front desk people are rude not maintaining time people are waiting for 3 /4 hour worst place

2021-08-21This review is overdue. One of the worst place to go to doctors. They are super elusive never pick up their phone call. If they pick up they hang up right back again. If I had chance I wish I could give no star. Staff members at the receptions are very rude and disrespectful.If the doctor is reading this you need to rehire new staff that can take of your patients. These receptionist are under qualified. They don’t show no respect and importantly never picks up phone calls for appointments!!I travel far away for a specific doctor and always have to be treated very ignorantlyPeople STAY AWAY!!

2019-08-29The front desk workers have the worst attitude toward patients. They need to learn how to talk to a patient. They have zero knowledge on professionalism, they are very rude , disrespectful to a patient. I would never go to this place again. I spoke to few of there front desk workers, sadly they all got same attitude. One of girls doesn’t know how to speak English. The other one gave wrong information and telling me how I misunderstood.This place is a mess and if u want your day to start with positive attitude then avoid this place period.If I had a option to give zero star then I would choose that for these unprofessional FD workers.

2021-09-17Front desk receptionist very unprofessional and rude, you will never get them by phone. They will put you on hold or cut the call. I would never recommend anyone to go there.

2016-09-11They have the WORST customer service known to man. I am giving them two stars because of their doctors, whom are very understanding. Other than that, the staff are extremely rude. Talking to one of the staff members is like walking barefoot on lava: painful and intolerable. If you can resist the 3 hour wait-time (yes, even if you have an appointment) and can tolerate rude people solely for the doctors, this place is for you.

2017-11-17Note: You will die waiting here. Welcome to one of the worst clinic I know. Even if you dont die, you will certainly catch a severe case of headache after waiting so long. They take walk ins as well as appointments, so the place is crowded beyond imagination. They crowd the place, simply because for money. Careless, useless, worst, greedy, running out of words here.

2020-09-29WARNING !! PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF AND DO NOT GO HERE.!! Their staff is rude they do not even care about you here. I had an appointment here and showed them proof and they said “they don’t see an appointment here.” And did not see me at all... waste of my time and it will be a waste of your time too.

2016-03-15One of the worst customer service and the ladies in the front desk are crazy one you see in nyc . The shout at you if you ask something I know it may be busy attending people but you got to know that thats your work and if you cannot take the work pressure you shouldnt be working. Let some one else work and let people get what they want.Dont use this place its worth for nothing

2020-06-30The doctor is good thats why im giving 3 stars but the people some people in the front desk are rude and they should be fired and also whenever you want to give paperwork and you want to give it to the doctor directly they be like no i will give it to the doctor which they dont and they loose it and the the place is too small and crowded this is why im giving this clinic place 3 stars only 3 stars
