Great price and wonderful drivers. But some of the despatcher need to change the darn nasty attitude. The are so rude over the phone and give wrong information for that reason I gave a 3 star.

The few drivers ive had are nice but the dispatcher is a ignorant fool! He radioed the driver and asked if yuh already dropped off the antiman. Ah should bugga yuh daddy and show yuh what ah antiman is.

They trying to steel your money if you ever wanna order a cab for your grocery or after your shopping never call them for pick up because they wanna charge you extra money if you carry your grocery bags or your shopping bags with you it’s the first time I ever had that experience from car service who wanna get the extra money for grocery

After using this company for years I’ve come to the realization that they are horrible, horrible with time, horrible drivers, horrible dispatchers. I’ve waited more than 30 mins before for taxis from these guys. They don’t care obviously, thank god for Uber and Lyft.

Worst taxi service, these guys are thieves, they always overcharge they customers, each taxi driver charges you a different price, the dispatcher charge me one price and the driver charge me another price didn’t know who to believe they’re just not honest ... Your better off taking UBER or Royal where you will be sure of the price and won’t over pay
