I ordered running boards for my van. I emailed them 4 times and call them twice. The phone kept ringing and ringing with no answer. After that they they emailed me and said there was a problem with my payment to call them with another payment method. My payment method was PayPal. After reading other reviews this kind of service seems to be par for the course for them. I was kind of skeptical when I tried to call them and they dont even have an 800 number. I would not attempt to purchase anything else from them.
VERY UPSET!!!Not only did I receive the wrong part, gmc, instead of Chevy. The box was opened, clearly a return from someone else dissatisfied. Also 1 clip was bent in the wrong direction . Was finally able to get somebody on the phone, waiting to see if they come through with their promises and will update accordinglyUPDATE: I will say they handled this terrible first impression well. Had my new, unused, correct parts within 24hrs, rather impressive. Provided me a return shipping label as well. Overall not the greatest experience, but they definitely did their best to fix it, which accounts for a lot.
I ordered a replacement part for my GMC Yukon. The part arrived damaged. I immediately contacted them for a replacement part. After calling several times, it was determined that no one ever answers the phone. I sent 4 messages via messaging system before I got a response with instructions to return part via FedEx. After part was returned (it arrived back to their NY location 3 days after I sent), I sent more messages inquiring when replacement part would be shipped. A week later I received a non descript email stating it had been mailed FedEx. After waiting 2.5 weeks for this part, I sent more messages demanding my money returned or part to be sent. I was emailed later stating they were mailing the part today.This is a terrible company with poor communication. I would never recommend anyone use them. I would have paid twice as much for this part rather than to have to deal with this hassle.
Ordered and paid for trailer mirrors and wiring harnesses. Received a corvette hood detail. They do not answer their phones, and do not respond to emails. Thank goodness my Visa card is crediting the charge back in full and working on their own to recover the fraudulent charges. Stay away from this company, they are completely fraudulent.
1 star is too many as they sent me a random part that I dont need. They offer zero customer service, and I have now had to order the correct part from another store. Ordered a fuel door. Received a random part instead. Tried calling and messaging, no reply. No answer on the phone number provided. 50 bucks down the drain.
I called GM Parts Warehouse and Edward answered the phone. Researched why my previous order had been cancelled inadvertently, and sent someone to determine if the parts I was looking for were in stock. Within minutes he had the parts, my order, processed and ready to ship. Well done. Very professional and courteous.
I ordered June 19 2020 a new passenger side mirror cover! And to no avail have had any updates, no call backs, no email response, and not even a pickup on any day of the week at business hours! I’m outraged and will be filing a claim this week if I don’t hear back. They are thieves apparently so I’ll be getting back my money and leaving this review in hopes, no one else gets stuck without when dealing with this poorly run unprofessional business.
Ordered 4 Chevy Bowties on the 28th of June. Order shows still in progress. No response to emails. this was my last order with them. Ill contact Paypal and claim.Update:Interesting! After posting my comments here, they deleted my account on their shop!Customer friendly sounds different!!!
This is a long review. I apologize. Its been a long process. I assure you, one star is too high of a rating.Also a side note, apparently GM Parts Warehouse is Eagle Cheverolet.1. Ordered parts online 7/2 - Order status never changed.2. Called to check status on 7/05 - No one available from Online parts Dept. So I left an online inquiry from the website contact information. - No response from the company.3. Called back again 7/10 @ 8:26am and 10:51am just to get the same response that no one from the Online Parts Dept. was available. Left messages from phone and again online - No Response again.4. Called again 7/13 - Order status still hasnt changed and I tried calling at 1:33pm. Same response - No one from the Online parts department was available. So this time I asked for a manager.... Well, he wasnt available either. Sent an online request for information again with no response.5. Called again on 7/16 (11:27am) and FINALLY reached an Online parts Dept. employee - and this time all I wanted to do was cancel the order. So the Gentleman on the phone helped me cancel the order - or so he said.I was told that he couldnt process the order, so I couldnt get a confirmation number or case number that the order was cancelled. I was told his manager had to put that information in and he wasnt authorized.So I asked for a phone number and manager name to call back if this didnt work out.6. By the time I got home from work on 7/16 (4:30pm) the order had processed and was being sent - AFTER I CANCELLED THE ORDER!!!!!7. I am extremely unhappy at this point. Called back several times and asked for the manager or supervisor only to be told that there is no one available. So they took my irate messages - and apparently did nothing with them.8. Still havent heard from them after Ive filed for fraudulent charges from my bank and cancelled my card.Needless to say, One star rating is too much for this place. I am not finished Mr. Migliore.
Terrible service!!! I do not recommend using them. Part was supposed to deliver between 1/7 & 1/9. Had to contact them 5 times before the part shipped! Did not receive the part until 1/13. No communication at all. Not great when you are trying to get a vehicle back on the road.
Zero customer service, contact number doesn’t even have a message answering service. Ordered an exhaust tip, was lost in the mail. Was told they would overnight a new one, it’s been 7 days, still not even a tracking number.I would give 0 stars but that’s not an option.

2022-04-06Similar story that everybody else has. I ordered some parts, but there was no movement on the order for a week and a half. Calls and emails did not get answered. Finally I sent a message to cancel the order and got a response within 5 minutes that it was cancelled. Im happy they confirmed the cancellation but I would rather have the parts a week ago

2022-02-25Accidentally order wrong part I noticed within 5 mins of placing order. I emailed explaining the mistake I made never heard back emailed again still no response. Called several times nobody answered and nobody called me back.Few days later I get email saying your item has shipped. This place is a rip-off all they want is your money by any means necessary. I will send back and I don’t care what restocking fee I have to pay I do not what to give them no more of my money then I have too. Stay far away from this sorry place. Wish I could give them no stars.

2022-02-11I am currently on my 5th email and 4th voicemail of trying to get a hold of someone. I ordered and paid for expedited shipping, but have yet to receive any additional communication. I have already contacted my bank to stop the payment. Do NOT order from this company! This is actually my second order. The last one was 3/19/2021 and the item I ordered is what I am replacing now. It is supposed to be under warranty but nobody is helping me. Pathetic!

2022-01-06I ordered a tail light wire harness and paid for expedited shipping. I live about 5 hours away and it took 4 days to get to me, then it was the wrong part. I contacted them immediately by phone and they dont pick up. I emailed them and 3 days later they asked what part they sent me. Apparently just wondering if the part was valuable enough for them to care because they have not responded since. I have emailed and called multiple times since. Nothing.

2021-08-31I wish I can give no stars. I ordered a part at the beginning of the month which was only a cargo net. Its the end of the month now and I have not received my order. It was already expensive for the net but I needed one. I sent multiple emails and no answer. I even called and left messages and no call back. I am about to put in a resolution through PayPal and try to get my money back due to no response. Update: finally received item after I posted this review and contacted PayPal. Still never received a response on why it took so long or why I never received a response to my emails.

2021-07-28I ordered a replacement key fob. They sent me the wrong part. No big deal, I sent it back. I had to reach out about my refund otherwise I wouldn’t have gotten anything. They refunded me but my refund was almost $10.00 short of what I paid. I reached out to GM letting them know I wasn’t refunded all of my money and got no response. I paid $37.18 and was refunded $28.16. I have never experienced anything like this in my life. How do you not refund a customer the full amount? You can’t just pick an amount you want to give back. I will never do business with them or recommend them.

2021-09-18The Good: They shipped the parts I ordered.The Bad: One part was damaged. I emailed, used their website contact form, and left a voicemail. No response.Pretty obvious they have zero intention of providing any sort of customer service. Rather than entering the abyss any deeper, I ordered the exact same part from another company and theirs was flawless.

2021-09-09I have been attempting to get a return label and return the parts I ordered for 7 weeks. No answering of the phone since initial call. No returned call for my messages. Horrible customer service, will never use them again. Its worth a few extra dollars to use a professional company.

2021-04-03Dont order from them. It took a full week for them to ship my order of 3 small trim parts. A full two weeks after ordering my parts I still havent received any of them. One says it will be here tomorrow, the other shows that it still hasnt left their facility.There are lots of online parts houses these days, choose a different one.Also they appear to be based in New York, if you are on the West Coast definitely pick a different supplier. Never again.
