Brian K. serviced my heating system today. He was on time, polite, professional, very thorough, and very neat. He did a great job all around.Once again Brian K. serviced my plumbing pipe. He was thorough, professional, polite and very neat. He knows what hes doing and I like his work ethic, something many young people dont have.
Before you even consider this company, call an area plumbing warehouse and ask what they think. do some research and on their history. do this before you have an urgent need because thats when they will take full advantage of you like charging $1,800 for a new toilet and clearing a stoppage (my experience). there are many reputable, ethical, hard working plumbers out there, ask a friend or neighbor who they use. if you believe their 5 star reviews, then youre just the person they are looking for.
The problem I have is NOT with the serviceman. It is with the service. I am left with no heat for this week because it has been determined by the boss that their is nothing to be done.I was told it would be $89.00 plus $125. to come out and possible not be able to fix the problem.(And I have a primo contract)Go Green will say that they are trying to save me money by çomming to this conclusion but I feel I have wasted quite a bit of money by the following1) buying a new furnace with full service contract.2) replacing a copper pipe with brand new.3) still no heat on extremely cold days.Right now I have no heat and Go Green will only come here if willing to pay them for a problem they admittedly cannot and will not fix.Sorry Go Green I cant possibly give you any kindof a good review
I felt like they was out to get my money by any means necessary. The tech kept referring to me as his brother and that he didnt want me to pay a lot of money for my unit but it turns out it was much cheaper to get my unit replaced than what they quoted me for. Also they said my unit was damaged but yet its been running fine for weeks. I would never use this business again. Scam.
Brad did an amazing job as always. Took pictures to show me what the problem was, gave me an estimate of when job would be completed, techs cleaned up area after they were done, and gave me options on work I needed and wanted done. Amazing service!!! Would totally recommend to my friends.
Responded to Early Bird Special for AC Tune-Up priced at $89 for a service that normally cost $169. The cost of the Tune-up turned out to be $302 not including taxes. The Inspectors Notes on the invoice did not include anything beyond what would I would consider a normal tune-up.Beware of false advertising and check with the Better Business Bureau first.
Phil was nice. Sounded knowledgeable. Went straight to the super high prices, I guess so that the lower price seemed good. I asked for a copy of the estimates and he said he emailed it to me. I looked, no emails. He stated he didnt want me to compare to the competition. I should call him to see if they can match the prices. I will not deal with anyone who doesnt seem truthful. Ive already had some estimates done and I always get the estimate on paper. Will not use your company. Also stated he only had one business card.
Technician Casey stop today to give me an estimate for work I need done. He was extremely polite and knowledgeable. W3 talked about the work and gave me some options to consider. He knows his field and assured me that if there was any questions he could not answer he would reach out to a colleague that could. I want to thank him for the time he spent clarifying some concerns.
My ductless heating/AC was put in the downstairs area of a raised ranch a couple of years ago and is working great. This year, a new AC was put in for the upstairs area, and that is working great too .The work was completed in a reasonable time, and every representative of Go Green that I was in contact with on these projects were professional and a pleasure to have working on my house.I would recommend the company, and would use them again.
Go Green Express Home Services provided efficient, quality service. I had a bursted pipe that caused a rainforest in my kitchen! I was devastated. Phil arrived on the scene to lead the scope of work and was compassionate, patient, transparent about every thing. Not only did he and his team repair the pipes but he also found the causes of other problems I was experiencing and made recommendations for that and upon my approval addressed it. He isolated the problem, explained the issue and presented multiple approaches to correct the problem. During the repair work, there were several challenges which Phil dealt with quickly and professionally. Phil is a trustworthy professional providing dependable. Lastly, he gave me recommendations for prevention. The most touching thing he said to me was I dont want this to happen again ! I will definitely look no further for my future plumbing needs... Go ! Green!
My GGE tech, Casey, was a knowledgeable, skilled, and polite young man. He quickly figured out the problem I was having and clearly explained it to me, along with offering me 3 options to solve it. Once I made my choice of solutions, he jumped right in and efficiently took care of everything. Since I was in a time constraint, he did part of the job, and then returned to complete the rest another day (Mon,, after starting on Sat.). I am so pleased with the service, and I also quite enjoyed my interactions with this personable young man.
They told me to pay them for a consultation after they came over when no one told me it would cost anything on the phone upfront. Also the guy spent 5 min looking at my pipe, so I don’t know why just looking at it would cost 300. Also he spent more time talking about his personal life then explaining what he was planning on doing. Additionally, they won’t email you their estimates and want you to agree to the gold/platinum/silver/whatever on the spot. It’s a complete rip off. I got an estimate for 1500 less for the same job with a person (not with this company) who thoroughly explained the task and emailed me the estimate.
Service was good but I wont use or recommend this service again due to their prices. Astronomical prices for the repair.Edit: I have since had to call in another HVAC company to perform an identical repair. The repair was $457 vs the $3,125 that Go Green charged us. I have downgraded my 3 star rating to a 1, as I now realize how badly I was duped.Another reviewer mentions “predatory pricing”. That is an accurate description.
Go Green is wonderful ! I had an issue with my commercial plumbing, the woman on the phone was helpful and very courteous. After speaking with dispatch she called me back left the time of her call and what time I could expect the technician. Cole arrived on time and also was extremely courteous, kind and very professional. He got the job done in a very timely manner and while he was there we had another issue come up and he was able to take care of that as well. I’m very appreciative of their service and recommend them highly.
Nice people, shocking prices.I had 3 Heat pump installers give me estimates, then had Go Green Give me a fourth after one fo the installers proposed a system I didnt like. The first two estimates came in around the low 30s, Go Greens lowest was 70K. I was totally shocked. And the systems were comparable. modest alterations in size of heads but same number.I had my hopes up, I like supporting women owned businesses but there was no way I could pay double.Update: In fairness, they called me back after this review and offered a much more competitive price, saying they made a mistake with inputs into a calculator. Unfortunately it was still 8k over the other proposals I had.
They also installed a water conditioner. The installation was quick and very efficient. They took the old water heater and conditioner and left the house with no trace that they were here. Both techs were pleasant answered all questions and were very respectful. All in all a good experience.
The plumber was scheduled to arrive between 12:00 - 4:00. I traveled from Long Island to Newburgh and waited all day. Kept calling the company to get an ETA on the tech. They said he is going to be there soon. Finally I left at 5:10. Called the company and scheduled for the tech to come another day.. they came this time and gave an estimate of $4000. I told them it was too much. They charged us $224 and one full day of wasted time for nothing.. I wish I knew better and read the reviews before calling them.****Owner said he/she will issue a refund. I am yet to hear back from anyone. ****
Today Brian the GGEHS tech stopped by to conduct a yearly maintenance service on our boiler system. He was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain what he was going to be doing and also answered my questions in a comprehensive way. I appreciate the quality of the work you do. Thank you!!!!
You won’t find better service! Go Green has been servicing our heating system for years. Their technicians are skilled, responsive and reliable. If you need assistance there is always someone in the office who will answer the phone and respond to your needs. Recently, Go Green also repaired a split unit air conditioning system that was installed by another company. This unit was installed several years ago and never worked correctly. The company who installed the system tried to repair it several times and failed. Go Green was able to fix the issue and now it runs perfectly. Two thumbs up! Great company.
This is our first time dealing with Go Green and it has been an excellent one. All of the staff has been so extremely helpful with our issue. Id like to think Phil, Motty, and Hillary for there time and effort put into resolving our problem. They have truly been a pleasure to work with and very patient. We have an issue with our Gas Propane insert in our Fireplace and no one wanted to work on it because they didnt install it. Go Green never said that to me nor did they turn our business away due to the item not being installed by them. I would recommend this company to anyone and everyone. My thanks to all involved and wish them the best.
Miguel, the tech who came to our home, arrived within the time frame set forth in our appointment. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and safe. He performed a service on our oil burner in about a half hour. Left the place as clean as he found it! The office staff with whom we spoke was accommodating, friendly, and communicative. They called to confirm our appointment the day before it was scheduled. They also called to notify us that the tech, Miguel, was on his way and arriving in a half hour or so. Overall, we had a pleasant experience with Go Green. Thanks guys!
Go Green Express Home Services provided an estimate for a new heating system in a home i was interested in purchasing. Brian was great to work with, he was knowledgeable and professional. Provided me several options and took the time time to explain everything. Will look forward to working with Go Green Express Home Services again.!
Brian was our service tech. Friendly,Professional and Knowledgable. Took his time and neatly repaired our propane fireplace we also use as back up heat. Was very careful not to get anything dirty or items left behind. Will always use Go Green Express as well as referring them to others. Mike Hogan Susan Drive Newburgh
Casey took the time to come out on the memorial Day weekend to look at the water heater. He was professional, vcourteous and willing to answer my questions & concerns. An appointment was set up for replacrment installation the following day. Upon my cancelling afterward, the company called early the next day and addressed an electronic error in pricing for a wrong unit, offering an apology and an installation that very morning at 40 percent less than the initially quoted wrong price. Casey returned, was punctual and apologetic, installing the unit efficiently and walking me through the operational basics. I am satisfied with the service and would consider using them again in the futurem
Very unprofessional staff!! Dealt with Janahira (customer service manager) through the whole process, who has no clue what quality customer service is!! I have spent a lot of money with this company to than be treated in such a way!! First I would like to start by saying I scheduled an appointment with Janahira 2 weeks in advance who than made it clear what their policy is which is a technician will call you 30 min prior to them being on their way. This never happened I get a call from a technician named Brian, when he was in front of my home in which case I acknowledged to him that I thought someone was going to call me 30 min prior to arrival? He blamed dispatched saying I thought they did there’ seems to be a big miscommunication. I told him there will be someone at the house in 15 min he than Stated I have to call dispatch to see what they want me to do, and I will call you back but I can’t see why I can’t wait. I than get a call back from Brian stating that dispatch said he can’t wait 10 min and he has an emergency call to get to? If this isn’t terrible customer service I don’t know what is!!!! You can’t wait 10 min especially knowing that you never called me 30 min ahead of time to let me know you are on your way which is your policy? I than call the main office and leave a message with Laura who stated someone will call me back. Shortly after I get a call back from Janahira who mentioned she was the one working dispatch and that it was her mistake that I never got a call 30 min prior to my appointment because she forgot to call me??? During our conversation I mentioned to Janahira that it is poor customer service the fact that a technician can’t wait 10 min for someone to make it to the house due to your human era? She stated “ he has things to do with his life you know” if this isn’t unprofessional I don’t know what is!! She than stated it seems like we left a sour taste in your mouth so I don’t know what you want to do moving forward????? I wonder if the owner of this business will condone a customer service manager speaking to a customer in such a way. This is clearly a company who wants your money and after they get it they will treat you the customer like pure crapppp!!!!!!! Not sure if this is an isolated incident or what but it’s not something any customer should deal with !!!!!!!
Service technician was great. Very professional and informative. Thank you!Update: just had my furnace serviced and once again, very pleased with service and technician.Update Jan 2021I stand by that the original tech was very professional and informative. However, due to an error on the part of Go Green, I am very frustrated. The office manager has been very kind and helpful. I am hoping that the issue is solved and I do not have to pay more out of pocket. Waiting to hear if I get reimbursed. Hoping they are the 5 star business that I thought.Update Feb 2021Issue resolved. Thank you.
I am really happy with the level of customer service that Go Green Express Home Services has provided to me so far. The Denise was quick to respond to my online query allowing me to schedule an appointment quickly. Patty called me the day prior and day of my scheduled appointment to let me know when the service technician would arrive. As a technician, Brian was thorough in explaining my furnace equipment to me (because I was clueless) and answering all my questions. He even covered his work boots when walking through my home which I really appreciate. All in all this team rocks!
Used them for many years. Had a service contract in fact. There were alway issues with lateness for service visits and attempts to sell unneeded replacements but I stayed with them figuring that it was just the nature of the business. During the pandemic, there were no service visits which was ok as I was taking precautions. I recall one or maybe two voicemails from them to schedule “ a free plumbing check” which I did not return because it was unnecessary to have a plumbing check during the pandemic. My service contract included annual AC and furnace tuneups which did not occur. Nor was I ever contacted to schedule them as they had done in the past. When I recently called to schedule the AC tuneup, they refused to schedule it unless I paid them over $100 claiming I owed them that for the past year as per the service contract. Apparently the credit card on file had expired. Since they provided absolutely no services to me over the past year and had not notified me regarding the credit card, I told them that was not fair but I was willing to renew the service contract going forward However, the rude snarky person I was speaking to said her supervisor said no and said “there is nothing we can do to make you happy”. At that point, they lost me as a customer. I had been a good paying customer for over 15 years.
I got a quote for $3,000 to install 2 feet of insulated pipe to an patio faucet. Then told that if I sign up to their membership that cost over $20 a month it would be around $500cheaper. I got a nother quote by a licensed plumber for $300. I feel so bad for people who dont know any better that will pay those prices.
I have a regular service contract with Go Green Express and have always received very professional and thorough service. Our most recent service visit was for vent cleaning with techs Casey M & Joseph L. They were excellent. They kept us informed on the process and answered all our questions with patience and and a smile.I also appreciate the updates on when to expect arrival during the service time block. This is very helpful.
We had a pipe burst over the winter and had a tough time with the plumber that we initial started working with... so we looked into Go green and it was the best decision ever. They have done an amazing job, very professional, and on top of the job. We will not use anyone else and we signed up for their yearly program to help us keep peace of mind that our plumbing and air conditioning are I good shape. :) highly recommend!
Had Go Green service my air conditioning units. The technicians arrived on time, and were conscious of wearing masks and social distancing. Their work was very professional, and was completed in a minimal amount of time. They completely cleaned the units, and made sure the surrounding areas were also clean. I was very satisfied.
Phil, senior technician, is very knowledgeable, courteous and efficient! I have had 3 major jobs with Go Green over the last several years and I rely on Phil’s expertise. It seems to me that his apprentice, TJ, has a bright future ahead of him as well. Thank You both for your work here today.
I cant express how amazing Go Green Express Home Services are!! This is my second home project (redoing the whole kitchen plumbing) that I am doing with them and they have gone above and beyond to address my needs. I had to postpone several times the day of the work due to issues with the installation of my countertops. Go Green representatives were beyond patient and attentive, checking in from time to time on the status of my project. Furthermore, my countertops were finally being installed on a Saturday and my technician, COLE, was not only unavailable but was on vacation BUT, HE MADE AN EXCEPTION AND VOLUNTARILY DECIDED TO DO THE JOB THAT SATURDAY. If thats not DEDICATION TO CUSTOMERS, I dont know what is. Go Green is amazing. Ask for Marie shes amazing with scheduling and encouragement, sweet spirit!! And I HIGHLY RECOMMEND COLE!!!! Beyond responsible, professional and a sweetheart to say the least! Thank you Go Green!!!
Brian came over to inspect our system and some quick routine service. He was easy to deal with, a good people person. He didnt press us into purchasing new equipment. He helped us set an appointment to review our options at a later date. It was a pleasant experience all around. I would recommend this company and Brain specifically.
{Philip was very pro and kind. Spectrum had messed up and blew my fuse to the air- unit ( denying it of course but Philip showed them what happened even though they denied it.) he was correctly checking all possibilities as to what had happened and corrected the issue promptly
Go Green Express consistently exceeds my expectations. Always professional, on time, and always recommending the best options to resolve emergent issues. Over the years they have performed routine maintenance, installed a new boiler, fixed plumbing issues, and now a new hot water heater. Phil Giangrasso was awesome!! Aside from the actual work which he completed quite efficiently, he took the time to explain the heaters functionality, what the problem was, and options for fixing it. Very knowledgeable, personable, and answered all my questions. Highly recommend. A very satisfied customer for almost 10 years.
Go Green installed a heat pump for me over a year ago and I couldnt be happier with them. They have consistently provided great and professional service. Brian was the tech who did a recent service and he was professional all the way. I have met many of the techs through the install and service and dont have a bad thing to say about any of them.
After buying a house in Walden, I needed to find a new HVAC company, after calling a couple of companies to set up an appointment, some never called back, and the others were very rude. Then I called Go Green they were very friendly, set up the appointment. Brian K came on time and was very friendly and professional, he was explaining what he was doing as he went along. Very satisfied with the service and would highly recommend.
John and his team were very knowledgeable. They took precautions to protect my floors and cleaned up after the job. They also took the time to explain the split airconditioner remote functions. Most importantly I feel confident that go green express will back up the quality of their work. They arrived on time. Go green express is a bit more expensive than their competitors but my piece of mind is worth it.
The first time I had an issue with my boiler I contacted Go Green and they sent a technician over within a reasonable window of time (Step up your game, cable company!) The technician was courteous and his appearance was neat. He also knew a thing or two, which was awesome! I wasnt crazy about the cost but in fairness I didnt have a contract and Go Green was on par with some other service providers in the region. Outstanding service does come with a price, so that was totally fine. I did wind up buying a service contract afterwards, but I told the technician that I would feel more comfortable talking to someone higher up in the company first to get the full scope on them. He was completely understanding and put me in touch with Brian A and he went over all of the costs for service calls and possible forseeable repairs on my unit for its age with vs. without a service contract. It has been so worth it! Ive had to have a few repairs done since having the contract and Ive saved a fortune! I couldnt imagine what kind of money I wouldve had to shell out had it not been for the amazing work these guys do and the savings on calls and parts that the contract saved me. For professionalism and peace of mind, Go Green and dont look back!
My first experience with Go Green was excellent. They called to let me know time of arrival, came on time, and Brian did outstanding job of servicing our heat pump system and humidifiers. Open, honest, skilled and experienced. Impressed and pleased, we signed up for annual two visit service.
Go Green Express calls us every year to schedule our yearly furnace maintenance. Every service person has been professional and competent. This year our service provider was Brian K who performed a thorough maintenance, checked to make sure the furnace functioned as expected after service, and provided the information I needed to understand the service performed. He was mindful of our home at all times and he was pleasant and polite. Thanks!
My experiences with the technicians at Go Green have been consistently good and today Brian did not disappoint! Brian impressed me with the effort he made to protect my home, walking around the property to get to the yard rather than going through the house (much easier) which would have tracked leaves and dirt on my wood floors. Brian was professional and pleasant and I look forward to seeing him again.
Mari(hope the spelling is correct!) is the best at what she does! An asset to your company, and more importantly for the customer! She’s attentive and helpful, and answers all your questions patiently and thoroughly. A welcomed voice during tough times(having my furnace replaced). Brian, the tech, is great, polite and professional. His work was diligent and clean. He also goes above and beyond to address the customers needs and concerns. A pleasure and would gladly have him back for a future services. Thank you Go Green!
The team at Go Green Express were terrific. I have used them twice now in emergency situations where one of my tenants had a heat issue due to a failed boiler. They clearly explained the options available, either repair or replacement, and provided very fair and competitive pricing and follow up service. Jared, the owner, handled my heating issues directly and went out of his way to get heat back on as quickly as possible. In both instances the down time was minimal due to his over the top efforts. I would highly recommend Go Green Express, they are extremely knowledgeable and more importantly to me.....trustworthy. Thanks to Jared and his team, you saved me!!!
I am very happy to say that Mr. Brian, the Technician that came out to my home was very nice, precessional, and most of all very helpful. He handle my issue, and gave me valuable information. Most of all he fixed the problem.I am very happy that I chose Go Green to service my problem. Mr. Brian, spoke to me, and explained everything that needed to be taken care of.Mr. Brian is an asset to Go Green, and is very knowledgeable in the work he do.Thank you Brian, I greatly appreciate you.
Phil is a great tech. He has been servicing my home for a while now. Always prompt, professional and explains whatever needs to be clarified, whether I’m home or at work. Great repair service today as usual. Came into a mess fixed the issue and left the work area cleaned up. Very happy with this company and their service. Patty and Mari are my usual customer service reps and they know me by name and are always professional and on point. Thank you.
Technician Phil from Go Green Express serviced my A/C. He was very professional and explained in detail what needed to get fixed. The company has also installed a new furnace and hot water tank, and I was happy with their work. They are very clean as well and have respect for your house. I highly recommend Go Green Express.
I used Go Green Express this morning to take care of a plumber issue I had. They responded promptly and were very professional. Phil the Service Technician took the time to explain to me the issues That I was having and gave me advice on how to properly maintain the plumbing system. I highly recommend this company.
Excellent. I dont usually do online reviews. But this firm is an exception. The Tech listened to my needs and concerns and delivered a quality experience. He took the time to answer my questions about how the unit works. My original call was for an annual cleaning and tune up, but it turned into needing replacement on some of the electrical parts. But that was OK because the unit (boiler) is old and I am not ready to replace it yet and that would have been way more $$. He was able to do the repair service the same day. This is my first experience with this company after using a local heating oil/heating maintenance firm for many years. I am so much happier with this company and look forward to using them in the future (hopefully just for an annual tune up this time)
From Mahdi who answers the phone, to Jared, and techs Brian K and John H, this company sets the standard of excellence and professionalism that others should model. Brian and John were very respectful of our home and took great care in cleaning our heat ducts. They thouroughly explained everything they would do and gave much appreciated advice to improve the quality and efficiency of our heating system. I believe that in todays number of unfortunate misrepresentations and rip-offs we need to make a special effort to support the good guys. Go Green are the BEST! We highly recommend them.
Very pleased with the quick response I received. Your technician arrived 2 hours after I found your services on Home Advisor. He was extremely helpful in taking care of my problem. Within 2 hours, my sewer line was cleared. The fee was a little pricey but well worth it for solving my blockage. Thank you Phil..Great employee.
Highly recommend Go Green Express. The service man Phil G was very knowledgeable, diagnosed my plumbing problem literally in under a minute and within 5 minutes we had it solved. Also appreciated learning more about the environmental value prop Go Green brings to the table. Great company and service!
Not very happy. I had a scheduled cleaning and the tech told me I had high boiler pressure and went on to explain that one remedy was replacing my water heater, then he said it could be my pressure reducing valve needed replacing at a cost of $700 plus tax. I said if my water heater was leaking wouldn’t there be water on the floor, he couldn’t explain that. Additionally this is the second cleaning by you and I asked if my fire tubes were cleaned to which I was told it didn’t need it.so in two cleanings that I know of they didn’t need cleaning. I find it hard to believe that in the three years I’ve lived here they haven’t needed cleaning. Last year I had a scheduled cleaning and prior to the tech getting here my wife noticed a thermostat wasn’t working and i asked if it could be replaced during the cleaning. I was told yes and was charged close to $400 dollars to replace and install a $30 thermostat. Also on the visit I was quoted $1400 dollars to replace a $50 expansion tank and a $35 relief valve.I was able to lower my boiler pressure by adjusting it through the pressure reducing valve, a fix your tech never mentioned. No, I’m not satisfied.
Phil is without a doubt one of the best technicians we’ve ever worked with. His experience and knowledge in the field has been a tremendous asset. He has never pressured us into any unnecessary work, and his guidance over the years has kept our heating system running smoothly.
Phil is THE BEST. He is so knowledgeable and kind. He takes the time to explain and does everything he can for the customer.Brian came to help with some on going issues and he was super nice and very thorough.Go Green express is wonderful from the time you call and speak with Madde or Patty to the techs who come to rescue you it’s always a pleasant experience.
Clearly they have no values. The man tried to sell me a new system before he even entered my home for the evaluation. He explained my different renovation options and as he worked his way down to the Band-Aid option he assured me the system would be done in a few years. $1000 to get my heat and hot water working again. So I called around and found someone to come out the next day who charged me $260 and was finished in 15 minutes. He also reassured me that my system looks great and this is normal wear and tear.In short go green charged me $106 to give me a sales pitch on a new system. Disgraceful I am the mother of two young children and care for my elderly mother. I can only imagine how many other people they have taken advantage of.
Experience was great! We received same day service promptly to replace an old commode and the quality of the work by Phil was excellent. I called up at 6:30 AM and Melissa called me back within 20 minutes to talk to me about the service we needed. By 9 AM she called me back and confirmed that a technician would be at the house by 10. Phil put together 2 different proposals / options for us and the price was reasonable. I will call on this company again for future work.
I found Go Green Express on Home Advisor . They had an average rating of 4.8 starts out of 5. So I called to schedule a service tech to come out and diagnose a problem with the Honeywell Interrupted Electronic Oil Primary unit. Before Phil arrived to the house, Patricia called to let me know he was 15 minutes away from the house. I was appreciative of the call and she was very courteous. Phil arrived within the time frame given. Phil is a great guy. Very professional and knowledgeable. Personable too. After a brief synopsis of my issue it was determined after I did a reset on Sunday of the Interrupted Electronic Oil Primary unit I essentially fixed the issue. There were various reasons why it tripped that Phil confirmed for me.I also had the intention (and did) of signing a service contract with them on the spot after kicking our previous company to the curb. Phil advised that if it happens again to call as the unit might be defective or another issue might be present.Overall my experience with GGEHS was excellent. The price of the service contract, a knowledgeable service tech like Phil and the professionalism convinced me to sign on the dotted line. I would recommend GGEHS hands down to anyone else. Also a shout out to Patrice who I spoke with on Sunday to schedule the call. She was awesome! :-) Thank you!!
Go Green Express Home Services is very professional. The technicians were very knowledgeable and courteous! They answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable about using them! I needed a new compressor for my central air conditioning as well as the air handler, etc...I called them on Monday, and everything was installed by today (Thursday). I would highly recommend Go Green Home Services and my technician Abbas!
I would steer clear of them they are shady at best I was told I needed a new boiler when in fact it just needed to be brushed out and cleaned. They wanted $2100.00 dollars to clean a $2000 dollar oil boiler and $8000 to replace a $2000 boiler. It only took a brush and a couple hours to clean the heat exchanger out. Final cost $30 for a brush, oil nozzle and filter. Two hours labor. The tech told me it would take them all day two guys and it would be $2100.
Exceptional service. I Received a call notifying me of when the technician would arrive. Brian was very knowledgeable. He explained to me what was being done during the entire process. Made sure That I was given the opportunity to asked question or raise any concerns. The experience was hassell free and informative.
The same excellent service Ive become accustomed to since I started with GGEHS. Brian has just left after completing a maintenance checkup and enabling my third heating zone, which has not been turned on for over 20 years. Im as happy with the work as I can be, and I would highly recommend Go Green Express Home Services to anyone wholl listen.Thank you once again!
Bill was not only knowledgeable and professional, he offered us several viable options to consider. He answered all of our questions and gave us his personal opinions after carefully touring our home. Perhaps most important in our experience was that he educated us on an option we had not considered. This is likely going to become our choice regarding our investment. I would highly recommend considering Go Green Express as a first choice in either solving a problem or upgrading an existing system.
Go Green has an excellent staff. The technician came within the window timeframe and quickly figure out why my house’s lower level was not reaching the temperature set in the thermostat. After that he checked the whole house to optimize heating. He was very thorough, informative professional and courteous. I highly recommend GoGreen!
Phil and his guy (sorry I didn’t ask his name today) -They did a good job to remove the old tank and install the new tank. The new tank is water heater / water tank (for hot water).Judging the written date on the old tank, it said March 12, 2012, if it’s true or about the date then it is old. My hot water started to be not available one or two weeks ago. They installed a new tank and done everything about 2 pm, Phil told me to take time until hot water worked. At 3 pm, I came back with Burger King’s meal via drive thru, I tested all hot water in the rooms - you know what? Hot water worked! But they do have super hot water, which is good!———————Phil - He used iPad to type and communicate with me. I wrote on the papers (with the pen) to communicate him too.We discussed some information that I didn’t know about or I was confused with. It’s about AC, hot water / water heater in general.I was informed differently from previous owners about AC was there being available in my house but it was not. It had ‘AC’ word on the box but it’s for heat only. It’s Honeywell. My house didn’t have AC unit or machine. Only small switches. No wonder I couldn’t make AC work but make heat work because AC was not available to use.He made some offerings for me to accept or decline. He’s cooperative well. Also he explained me differently, so I could understand and learn new things. He’s good.Phil and his guy showed two different tanks: one for old tank, another one for new tank. It’s amazing to see them! They are really good!Denise - she contacted me; and communicated me a lot via text for the reminders, appointments, confirmations, and questions including how do I satisfy with the technicians and the service. She’s good. She does a good job.Mari - Mari did communicate and contact me via text for the reminders, appointments and confirmations. Mari is good and does a good job too.Costs? Slightly expensive to me, though. But I only paid for water heater once today. That’s reasonable and fine.Overall? All is good, help, effective and reasonable.—————By the way, I’m deaf (with sign language). My house doesn’t have the service for the phone and the internet since April 2020. So I only use my mobile (iPhone) to use its internet, email and text. It’s better than nothing.Verizon for homes is closed temporarily, due to Coronavirus, Social Distancing.I just recently moved in New York and owned a first-time house. The house is OK but I will use it for a while until then.———Thank you so much, everyone and Go Green Express Home Services.Everyone, go get “Go Green Express Home Services” if you need help with your home. Thanks,Willie D.
I got immediate professional service and Joe came within an hour. He was very patient with my questions and extremely informative. Explained what I needed, he was not pushy. As a first time home owner I am very pleased with their services. My pipes were banging so loud and I was very concerned of possible damage to pipes. Well my pipes dont hammer no more LOL and the price for the services was reasonable. Thank You!! 😁😄
For my HVAC appointment Jamison was on time, thorough, explained everything to me succinctly and easy to understand and fixed the problem with my heating furnace. The companys sending a plummer in a few days to work on other issues we have and if the experience will be this good again, Ill be very happy. In fact more so than other companies I worked with before.
Go Green had done some work for me about a month ago. Yesterday it started to have a small drip. When I called, they had someone over that morning who fixed it, and it was covered under the warranty. The tech was courteous and professional, and he did the work quickly.
I cannot begin to say how unbelievably grateful I am to Go Green Express. Yesterday, the water pump, in our house, burned out and almost started a fire. My husband was out of state, for work, and my daughters and I were frantic. Go Green Express sent an extremely knowledgeable, patient and helpful gentleman over to assess the situation, that very day. He even pointed out the electrical issues and helped set us up with a great electrician. Then first thing, the following morning, a wonderful crew was at my door, and completely replaced and repaired everything. They were so friendly, courteous and professional, it really helped calm my nerves and made the situation so much easier to get through. I definitely highly recommend Go Green Express.
I was unable to get hot water from my pipes so I made an appointment for Go Green to come out and identify the problem. Within 2 min the tech Mike told me that i needed a new system for $4,000. He didn’t try to see if there is any other option or solution. Well…. he also suggested that I replace the coil for $2,200, but he strongly recommend that it would be smarter to purchase the $4,000 system. I was left without hot water for the entire weekend. I spent $166.00 (discounted fee) for the tech to come out and look at the boiler. I felt as if I was duped. Another Company came out and gave me an estimate of $845 to replace the mixer without charging me an initial fee to come out and look at the problem.
Brian was polite and thorough. He explained what he did as well as the condition of my furnace. He even put on disposable plastic booties over his shoes in order not to track up my floors --what a guy!!!! Have great confidence that he and his company will take good care of any repairs that my furnace may need in the future.
I found Go Green online after making some research. My boiler blew the pressure relief valve. I had replaced it a year prior but still, its always been running close to 30 psi. I called Go Green and they showed up within an hour. I know that some are saying that these plumbing companies charge too much money, but here is my take. They are a business, with overhead and payroll and so on. People have to understand that if one isnt capable of fixing their problem, then a pro will do it for a cost. What is important is the quality of the service. I want to say that I have learned that my heating system was limping along on life support. I have no idea how it was still working. GoGreen spent a day in my basement making sure everything was in top notch working order, they replaced my hot water heater and serviced the entire system. I want to say that everything runs so smooth, no more temp fluctuations, I actually have proper HOT water and so on. I want to mention that Phill, Mike and Brian did an excellent job and I will gladly use them again.
First i would like to say i called 4 place before i called Go Green. The other places went to voicemail. I was press for time and the customer service lady calm me down from the stress i was feeling as a first time home buyer with a water leak and i did not know what to do. They came the next day and fix my problem fast. Cole who came out was very nice and knowledgeable
I had a great experience with this firm. They responded to my questions, concerns and suggestions promptly and with an open ear. The system is running smoothly. The job did take a little longer, but it did not bother me.I would use them again.I trusted Abbas, Jason, and Paul, who I was able to keep working on my project from beginning to the end. I also like to mention Matt, who is a very competent sales specialist.
Just wanted to say a big thanks to Brian K.From Go Green express home services. We have a preventative maintenance package in which the company comes out and does prevantative maintenance check on your plumbing & HVAC throughot the year. Brian was super thorough and very knowledgeable he checked from A to Z. Brian was very friendly and courteous. He even wore protecting shoe coverings as well as taking them and off throughout the house. Great job Brian at Go Green Express. 5 star rating and well deserving of a recommendation.Danny & Amanda GrecoPoughquag, New York
It was a major conversion from oil to gas of a steam residential system. The technicians were courteous and competent. In a large install like this there might be problems, but the sign of a good company is how they respond to the problems and how efficiently they are handled. I felt I was valued as a customer. I highly recommend Go Green Express.
Brian K serviced our oil furnace on 11 27 18. He was thorough and professional. We also discussed different heating and cooling options for future considerations. The information he gave me helped me sort out the different possibilities that I have been considering for some time.
Phil and his trainee came to my house to do a previously quoted repair. Everything went smoothly and and quickly. Everything is working again and my house is already cooled off about 10 degrees before they even left. I am very happy with the quality, and promptness of service from both Phill his trainee, as well as Go Green Express.
Total rip-off, Stay away from these guys. They are nothing but bunch of thieves I guess. They need to find a better way to rob people I think. Take a look at the quotation they slammed me with. I can understand the reasonable difference between different plumbers. But this is nothing but total rip-off. Within 10 seconds since I posted my requirement in Angies list, These guys called me up and offered their service. How desperate. No matter whether they work or not, you need to pay them a $99 fee. Which I paid and got back, I guess they didn’t want me to write a bad review. But folks, we should discourage these rip-off guys and stick to our neighborhood JOE the plumber. Their quote was around $1900 and I was able to get the same job done by $200 plus $100 in materials. So think about it….
The people are nice but the price is outrageous! Bait and up sale! Go Green Express charges more than $1300 just to clean up and tune up a boiler which was clogged and not starting. I just gave the technician $99 for trip charge and pass by. Maybe $99 trip charge is their business mode. Then called a local contractor who did the same work for $300 on the same day.
I am a new home owner in the newburgh area and my kitchen pipe froze. I called go green express Home Services and they came the same day. Phil Giangrasso and Pat came to my home and explained in detailed what they were going to do plus price. And started and unfroze my pipes in no time. Thank you Phil and Pat go green is amazing. Friendly and fast service . I recommend go green highly thanks Phil and Pat I will be seeing you in the future for all your other great services .
Jackie was extremely knowledgeable and was able to answer a lot of the questions I had concerning the option of geothermal heating. Even though her best instinct was that it may not have been the best option for my particular house situation, she still was willing to get the estimate done and consult with someone in the company for a second opinion on the feasibility of going forward, which I completely appreciate
My Service person Brian was on time he was friendly and comfortable to be around as a woman being home with a child. He didnt mind me asking crazy questions regarding the heater/water machine thingy or the central a/c. I appreaciate his step by step of what he was doing and what it meant if it wasnt taking care of soon.Brian was honestly and outstanding with the way he explained the mechanism of all three components including the break down of ordering a three new components. He made it simple to understand and that is a plus. The price was high bu i will do my research but i have a feeling i will be back at Go Green ExpressTo Go Green Express Brian is an Asset to your company.🙂Mgeorge
I had Brian come out and for one was very professional and second friendly. He was very informative and gave me what i needed to know in regards to all installation i was gonna have put in. CENTRAL AC/HEAT PUMP, NEW FURANCE AND ZONE OUT MY HOUSE. Keith was also great in getting the deal i needed that fit my budget. And it fit very comfortably in my budget. When it was all said and done, the guys that installed everything very professional and cool easy going people. Work was great. I am extremely happy with everything this company has provided for my family and I. LV
This is my second home that go green has serviced. They are professional, courteous, prompt and understanding. Ask for Brian or Phil. No other company can touch my homes pipes. Make sure you buy the plan it will save you money in the long run and it gives you 24/7 access to them.
Jared provided me an accurate variety of services and products based on my needs and budget. Jamison installed perfectly my new water heater tank. Jason replaced flawlessly all old part in my water pump. After 3 weeks, the new water tank and the old water pump run efficiently. Thanks Jared, Jason, and Jamison for your excellent service and quality products.
Do not recommend. They lie, cheat and steal. Service tech told me my warranty didnt cover any parts - LIE. I was given a verbal estimate for parts and labor to fix my central A/C. Technician didnt know how to fix so he spent 45 minutes on the phone with someone trying to get it fixed after he replaced the part. After he left, I contacted the manufacturer and found out the part was indeed covered under my warranty. I also found out I was charged a FLAT RATE, and not according to parts and labor. Since the part was covered under warranty, it turns out I paid $533 labor charge on a $50 part. Thats more $$ per hour than my lawyer charges. These people are deceitful and deceptive. They make money off their expectation that the customer will be an idiot. There are plenty of honest, qualified, experienced service people out there. You dont need to do business with a company out to rob you.
Excellent company and service. We had heating and air conditioning units put a while ago by Paul and Danny who were real professionals and did an excellent job. Then we had hot water heater put in by Leonard and Hucan (not sure of spelling. They all did a great job. Now today they did repairs on pipe and installed pressure regulatosr by Leonard who did fantastic job. They all take pride in what they do and they always leave the place very clean.. I definitely would recommend this company for any plumbing/heating/air conditioning job. Phil explained everything when came for estimate, and when the guys come they explain everything and go above and beyond to make the job correct. Everyone in this company are very professional. Thank you. The Panessas
Replaced upstairs and downstairs furnace and AC. Team was professional and performed a quality installation. Initially upstairs AC could not maintain temperature. They returned to put more refrigerant in the system and everything is functioning fine now. I would definitely recommend Go Green.
They are bunch of scammers. They charged me over $1300 dollars just to snake the sewer line. And the technician was very unprofessional. He broken part of the equipment inside my sewer line and now the water flow is very slow. I already disputed the charge with my card company and taking legal action against the company. Please be careful with this campany. They also sign me up for service I didnt even ask for. And then try to charge me again for cancellation.
Do not do business with these people! I shopped around and chose them because they could schedule my install within a couple of days. Well, there is a reason for that, and is not good. First, they incorrectly calculated the area that needed cooling which resulted in my purchasing a unit that was inadequate. When I called them on it, they refused to admit they made mistake. They also promised me wireless control of the unit but after about 10 hours of wasting my time, and multiple technician visits, they decided that they couldnt figure it out and it wasnt their problem because it wasnt their equipment! Wish they told me that earlier, I would have purchased a different unit. The multiple technicians that tried to fix the issues confided in me at how upset they were with how I was being treated. I insisted that another tech come out to recalculate the correct size air conditioner. This technician refused to tell me what his calculations found. Then, he had a long discussion on the phone with his boss, said that that situation was enough to make him quit his job, and told me someone would call me back with the calculations. Never heard from anyone again. Unfortunately, they had my credit card on file, so they just charged it anyway. So please, save yourself the trouble, and the dishonesty of these amateurs.
As a Real Estate Manager I am used to dealing with many different home service companies, many of which are less than ideal in quality, timing or professionalism, but I can honestly say that Go Green has exceeded my expectations in each area and I truly look forward to hiring them again for our next heating/cooling or dehumidification project. Thanks again Sean, Rich, Brian and Big Rich for going the extra mile!
RUN! We spent $14k on a new furnace and heat pump 2 years ago and we have YET to have it working correctly after too many service calls to count. This is the temp we came back to after leaving to run errands fora few hours. The system should blow cold air, it continues to blow HOT air on the cool setting. Its incredibly inconvenient when you have a 13 Month old! Never in my life have I felt more ripped off.
Complete Rip off!! called them and explained exactly what i needed . replace a uv bulb and sleeve total cost $89 they insist on selling a service plan and wanted 1600 to fix the problem. i was told the repair would go to a pluming supply to pick up part that never happened tried to sell a new water softener system and contract. Bottom line is this company is unethical, unreasonable and just out to stiff the customer.
Great experience. My AC stopped working as soon as this summer heat started. Guy who did the scheduling was great even though I called at a late hour. They were out the next day and by the night I was laying in an ice cold house. Would definitely use again and recommend to anyone.
Total ripoff! Have to pay $107.04 for the estimate or get a free estimate and pay for the work done. However, the prices for the recommended work were rediculous! I was given the choice of 2 plans: 1. Was to reseal the existing toilet for $568 (which retails for $25) Or 2. To get new toilet and seal for $1400. (Which retail for about $200). I dont know how they get away with such outlandish prices! Went elsewhere!
I used Go Green because I was told that the $100 call fee would be waived if they were making repairs. It turns out that in order to get it waived you also have to sign up for a service contract at $23 a month. I thought it very shady that I wasnt told this fact when I made the app. The guy comes, looks at my system and tells me a zone valve needs to be replaced, the cost is $618. I looked up the part on the internet right there and then, it cost $68. We agreed on $450 (which was still a rip off , but I felt like Id be going thru the same crap with another plumber) Because he didnt have the part (of course) he had to come back. Then I notice that my system was worst, before i was getting too much heat upstairs and downstairs was fine. Now the downstairs heat stopped working. I used the internet to try and trouble shoot it myself and finally wound up switching the thermostat face plates. Wow, the upstairs heat started working. I bought a new thermostat for $58, replaced the one that was broke and now everything is working. When I called Go Green and let them know that the repair guy was wrong they refused to return my $100. I was told basically that right or wrong a service call was made.
Go Green has pulled through for me AGAIN! I have had numerous issues from hot water leaks to sink leaks to AC issues and each time they were there timely and finished everything thoroughly. I also find them affordable being a single mom with 2 children. With multiple experiences with them Im starting to know the whole GO GREEN family! Thank you for your consistant reliability!
Philip came and told us what to expect to fix the leak in the shower. Arthur took out the old shower valve and replaced it with new in no time at all. No more leaks yeah !!!! and it looks beautiful. They did an outstanding job and we would recommend them to everyone. Semper Fi.
Brian answered all my questions, explained exactly what he was doing, diligently worked through all maintenance and checks, and provided the results with recommendations. I was alerted of his arrival in advance and received a follow up call after completion. All very impressive.
I worked for them for them for a couple of years. And being someone from the inside, I have to tell you they treat their customers like gold, they also treat their employees like platinum.. anybody working for them I promise you can trust because their job doesn’t rely on selling but it was a on doing the right thing for the customers and on top of that QUALITY WORK.. There is no one else in the Hudson Valley area, and I have seen a lot of other companies work, that I would refer to my family.. The owner Himself is more tHan a business man he knows more about this industry than anyone you will ever meet!!!!!!
HEEELP!!! Called them down for a leak, they came down and said that the charge would be $483 to break open the Sheetrock (1.5 sq ft) to see what the problem is... $483 just to break the Sheetrock open to see what the issue is?I asked what it would cost if its a broken pipe and he said it can be in the range of $1,500...I sent them away and got it all done for $250. Scary how these people have such a good rating with such craziness
Call someone else!!! Stay away!!!! Extremely unreliable and unprofessional. And as another review said; they LIE. I called to schedule service because I was without hot water and I was willing to pay extra for emergency service but I was told they could not get to me for 3 days because it was not cold enough to be an emergency. When the day came, after waiting all day they said they had to reschedule because they had no time to get to me due to too many emergency calls which is b.s. because it was 65 degrees out. I repeat: call someone else and dont let them waste your time.
They came right away. Saw I attempted to light the furnance recommended only to replace gave a price. Charge me 200 plus dollars for confirming why I called them which was my furnace wouldnt light. My furnace was repaired during?this fridged time. Thanks Folkes heating. for giving me the time $$$ and option needed to get it replaced before next winter..
Save your 99 bucks. this is the highest price plumbing co. I even delt with. I think they charge 99 dollars because they know people send them packing after the quote. The tech was nice enough even saying they are the highest price co. around. would not recommend unless your hard up and have tons of cash.
Gentlemen who came was very nice , the only thing I didn’t like was not being given an invoice / bill , or seeing how the cost was being broken down . It’s expensive enough to have our hot water heater replaced and I feel as a home owner we should be able to see exactly what the service cost, not just thrown a number .
Great group of people. Very professional. Very Helpful. And not a company that just tries to sell you on things. They explain everything that was done, that was needed, and what might be needed in the long run. Very Happy with them. Been a customer for about 4 years now.
Go green express Is a terrible company. The over charged about 40% more then every body else for the split air conditioner unit ,did a lousy installation using duck tape in std of clamps to hold the drain pipes causing a bad leak and then I had to deal with an abuse from the service department.
Go Green Express first installed the Logamatic Unit on our Oil burner last May and a new Carrier Infinity Heat Pump(AC/Heat) Unit last June. It has been the best investment we could have made. We had our last oil fill up in November and still have 1/4 tank of oil left. That is with 2 daily showers, a house full of people for Thanksgiving, Xmas,Easter and a couple of weeks in June and my older parents for the months of March and April who needed it a little warmer than we are used to.We have a hot water tank fueld with oil and a hydronic oil Burner back up for the heating. For the summer months our house stays very comformtable set at 78 degrees downstairs and at night 75 upstairs. The system also controls the humidity levels. For the winters months we keep the downstairs set at 68-70(depending on how cold it is outside) and upstairs at 65. Again very comfortable. Our electric bills were slightly less for the winter/spring seasons. We thought for sure they were going to increase since the units runs on electric. All the employees and service Techs have been very helpful and knowledgable. We can highly recommend both Go Green Express and the Carrier Infinity Heat Pump System.I wish they would have installed our original system-it would have saved us thousands of dollars.George and Mary S.
Simply stated, this company is DISHONEST. Their pricing is predatory and their professional recommendations CANNOT be trusted. We had a Navien unit installed by GoGreen for our elderly parents in 2017 (as recommended by Go Green). They advised that the system would be the most cost effective and efficient. One year after the install we were advised to do an antifreeze treatment ($2,200) and then subsequently, to have a water sanitizer installed for $5,000. While we did follow through with the antifreeze treatment we declined the water sanitizer. Now, at our most recent annual check up in 2020-we were told that the system needs major repairs-so much that the issues could not be told to me over the phone and an additional service appt (not covered by the service plan) was now needed. In addition, the annual tune up “could not be performed” due to the status of the system (again- even though the issues were not be defined to me) see pics below. Finding it ironic that this much service would be needed for a system that was less than three years old, we had another HVAC company- who had much more reputable reviews come to do the tune up. The tune up was completed with no problems and we were advised that the system is in good working condition (see additional pic below). When I asked about the recommendations, from Go Green they advised that unfortunately many HVAC techs must sell services in order to get commission and that the recommendations were not at all needed. I also read other negative reviews which mentioned the same themes where the sanitizer was being recommended. I find that incredibly disappointing and wonder how much money, time and stress we could have saved by going with a different company from the beginning. I hope that this honest and detailed review can provide forewarning for other who are considering hiring Go Green for their HVAC needs. We will never do service with them again!
They did not want to give us a price over the phone and charge us $100 just to look at a faucet. The lady on the phone didnt want to tell us how much it would cost to diagnos and to fix. The man that came admitted a handyman could do this and basically we wasted our money. The lady could have told us. took our money and ran.
We build our beautiful home two years ago in Wallkill N.Y. Go Green did our heating and air condition they had to put 3 units because the home has 22 ft. ceilings and its open plan, big home .I highly recommend Go Green very professional and very reasonable with their price .
Purchased a service plan (was told it would cover everything when it was purchased). When the same unit went down (A/C), not only did they not know that I had a service plan, but they told me it only covered 15% of the astronomical cost to repair my unit. I would never have paid $300 for a service plan that doesnt cover anything. Very disappointing

2022-06-01Technicians are polite and informative when they service my heat pump/a/c unit. However, it appears that there is a history of them always finding something that needs attention to the tune of $500 to $1000 dollars. That latest was a diagnostic test of the electronic system to the tune of $500. Twenty minutes later, the electronics seemed to be fine. I have yet to receive a printed copy of the services performed as I had to sign electronically that the services were performed.

2022-06-09Great service, but internal communication needs work. Ive asked them at least half a dozen times to call my spouse instead of me, and I keep getting the calls. They recommended a filter which we purchased and theyve now rescheduled three times, having shown up today without the equipment. They sent the wrong tech. My patience is wearing thin on a company Ive had great experiences with through the years. Get it together folks.

2022-07-13Our bathroom sink was clogged with doll hair after my daughter washed their hair and rinsed in the sink. The experience started with the Go Green dispatchers in the office booking me a next day appointment (I’m in the membership program) and calling to keep me posted every step of the way for plummer Brad’s arrival. Brad was prompt and listened to the problem. He told me the approaches he was going to take, and then took them. He checked the ceiling in the kitchen beneath the bathroom for leaks. His final method was the one that worked, and we now have a flowing drain again! He cleaned everything and went on his way. Very courteous.

2022-05-23I imagine it would be great during this weekends heat wave to have an air conditioner that works! I unfortunately don’t because I chose to buy from Go Green last summer, and every time I turn on the system it fails. Have only used the system for a total of 2.5 months but they’ve had to come out 3 times to fix a brand new unit. So here I am again on Saturday literally sweating it out until Monday even though I have a brand-new-under-warranty $9k air conditioner, all because i have to wait until Monday for the warranty technicians to fix the problem. Otherwise if the weekend guys come I have to pay $200 just for the diagnostic fee. What service. Thanks for nothing Go Green.

2022-06-28Unfortunately, the service call required several visits as my HVAC SYSTEM (Carrier) ultimately needed a new fan motor. I appreciate the perseverance of the mechanic, Mike Dominguez, who diagnosed and repaired the problem. He did not try to sell me a new HVAC, and suggest that my unit had no further life due to its age. Several of my neighbors in this townhouse community have had their units replaced already. Instead, he provided a professional assessment and showed me exactly what the problem was. He also offered me the old part that was being replaced. I’m not sure if I have confidence in GoGreen or him, but I will definitely use this service again and will definitely ask that they send Mike. Thank goodness that I’m ready for the heat that’s being forecasted for later this week!

2022-06-10Hi,First and foremost I have respect for all aspects of work, I also understand that mistakes happen. With that being said, I have to say that I am surprisingly dissatisfied and disappointed in your company, I’m a maintenance manger that was trying to give your company almost 11k in work. Was approved to pay and all. There were some administrative issues with the tech and no one contacted, even as I called to make another appointment I was told that my appointment never even existed. When I asked to speak to a manager no one was available. Not following through on a job that was already given to you is not only a waste of time and money but a disregard for business, there was much more to be done HVAC wise and go green would’ve gotten the contract instead a bad review and a complaint on managers and communication at go green, Poughkeepsie ny.Thank you

2022-05-31Just wow, epic awful. I bought the unit from them a few years back. Turn it on this year and its dripping into the room like an open faucet. I call them multiple times and get no call back with at repair man to find out they no longer service my area on a unit I bought from them! Then they say theyll make an exception and send someone as Im not happy with an indoor waterfall. On appointment day, week later, they dont show, sorry cant make it today, how about next week they say. They actually showed up today, except they left without doing the work, saying I was on conf call when I had spoken to them before I got on the call, gave them a ladder explained the problem, pls fix it. When I call back their response yeah he had to leave because you were on a call and they can come back next week. Indoor open faucet continues

2022-03-25Update: go green has now illegally billed my credit card this month for services unrendered. Capital one is doing the right thing and removing the charge but now I gotta cancel cc and get a new one. Thanks go green!I first would like to state that go green did an install of a fujitsu ductless heating and cooling system for us. We felt that their price was great and it was done professionally and in a timely manner. This lead to a service contract for our oil boiler heating system. This contract has left us disappointed and without heat. We had a boiler that was short cycling and lighting for no more than 10 seconds. I was out of town and my wife was home. I contacted go green to come and work on system. they charged me an 80 dollar travel fee and a 120.00 dollar diagnostic fee. They were upfront about these fees and assured me that I was getting a great deal as the charge was typically double that. Go green came, saw and left. They charged my wife 200.00 and told me that they werent familiar with these systems aside from annual maintenance they werent certified or competent in dealing with oil heating systems. They told me i would need to contact another company. I contacted main care, our oil provider. They had a tech out to is in under 2 hours. He diagnosed the problem, faulty electric damper on burner, and had us up and running in no time. He told us that even though the boiler was firing the combustion numbers indicated that proper maintenance hadnt been performed and suggested we get system tune up. I contacted go green again about what I was told and they told me that they once had an expert in oil systems but he left many months ago and they were unable to fulfill contract obligations. So why send someone out to service a system they arent qualified to work on and why charge customer for services that cant be rendered? They told me I wasnt gonna get anywhere with my poor attitude and they were gonna do me a favor and let me out of my service contract without getting a hand written, notarized letter. Im being facetious but their customer is at best unconscionable and probably more theftish. We spent over 10k on a split system and would have used them for other services but they faulterd on their customer service and treated me poorly and charged me for it. Guys please do better in the future 🙏 and People find someone local and customer care orientated.

2021-12-10Best HVAC company around. They use up to date technology that makes the customer experience better. The get to know your installer text/email is really great. The phone call and text alerting you that the installer is on the way, really shows that they value your time. The service and pricing is excellent.

2021-10-20Go Green Express technician Casey came to our home for an annual checkup on our boiler/heating system. He was very knowledgable and did a good job of explaining what he was doing. He was also very professional, timely, and feel that we are in good hands if we have any issues in the future.
