I’ve lived in NYC for almost 18 years and was saying goodbye. Have done the circle line, helicopter tour, but this was just a fantastic day. A private sail for 2 for 6 hours. What’s not to love. From start to finish it was a wonderful experience. Great boat, staff, crew. Highly recommend Go Sailing NYC, Captain Martin and crew. Thank you! Until we meet again.
We had the best experience ,very professional and responsive also reasonable. Captain Martin and Gino are the best. The boat was very clean and they made us feel welcomed that was my biggest concern, but I had nothing to worry about in their care.
What a fabulous way to reconnect with friends, family & the city! Captain Martin & 1st Mate were highly professional, attentive & left us with a personable, relaxed & renewed feeling. Highly recommend!
I havent been out on the boat yet, so hopefully that changes my experience around when we are actually able to go out. So far my experience with the company has not been great. It rained on the day we were supposed to go out and they didnt have any openings for the following day (the only other day my guests were in town). They refused to give me a refund and instead only allow rescheduling (which you wouldnt know because they hide this information in additional info instead of listing it under the cancellation policy). Some of the communication has been very condescending. We shall see.

Ive lived in NYC for almost 4 years and this has to be the best experience Ive had yet. Boat has bluetooth speakers on deck and the captain hooked up our playlist. Really felt like our private party, not a canned event. Then the captain put up the sails. I hope everyone gets to experience the wind carrying you across the water to the Statue of Liberty. I recommend this for everyone.

I booked a 2 hour sail on the 4th of July as a surprise for my husband’s birthday and he said it was the best birthday present ever. I texted the company a couple of times before our sail to get some information and they were very prompt in responding. We lucked out and had perfect weather and everything just went so smoothly. The boat Saga is a beautiful boat! The crew was super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful and took such excellent pictures of us. Our 5 year old loved sitting on the sun pad and just taking in the view and watching the other boats pass by. It was such a memorable experience and I highly recommend this tour and this company.

2022-05-12This is a 5 stars service!! We did the motorboat and it was so nice. Apart from the great boat the staff working here is amazing, starting with the customer service agent we spoke over Instagram, always super helpful and they answer all of our questions in the most friendly manner.Special thanks to Capt Martin and Cameron that went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable safe and welcomed.Cameron is the best, he made our day taking photos for us(with the bests angles), helping us with every detail and always with a big smile.Will def recommend this service, you guys rock!

The boat was perfectly clean and enough for two of us enjoy the breathtaking views! The online booking was so easy. If you are looking for the same day booking I suggest to call them. 2021-09-21Martin and his crew gave us a truly special and memorable night sailing in the NYC harbor. We caught the Statue of Liberty during the most glorious sunset. We were celebrating a birthday party, and the crew was so helpful serving food and cake. We had young kids and a grandmother, and the crew made sure everyone was safe while we enjoyed the adventure. Martin was very responsive in our communication leading up to the sail. The boat, Saga, is beautiful. The marvelous pictures we have-- including several taken by the crew-- will help us make sure we never forget this special occasion. The kids and the birthday honoree especially loved getting shots at the wheel of the boat.

2022-06-29I had the absolute pleasure of working with Captain Martin this year and highly recommend sailing and/or boating with this company! All of the staff and crew were wonderful and I plan on returning as a passenger for years to come. Sailing in the harbor is a must for all NYC residents and visitors!

2020-08-22The world is closed because of the COVID-19 pandemic, I wanted to do something for my girlfriend within the CDC guidelines. So I decided to I make a reservation with Go Sailing NYC for her birthday and invited our 4 friends! The Captain and first mate were friendly, respectful and made our stay on the boat a memorable one. They made us feel like we were at home. The sights were amazing and the vibes were energetic. I would recommend Go Sailing NYC to everyone!

2021-07-31We went sailing with Captain Martin and First Mate Caleb this week on a 2 hour tour of NYC. From the moment they greeted us, we felt welcomed, comfortable, and relaxed. They were very attentive throughout the sail, yet also gave us space to enjoy our time with friends. We had surprised our friends from Florida with this adventure and all had a wonderful time. Sitting on the front of the boat and seeing the city from that view is an incredibly memorable experience. We will absolutely sail with Go Sailing NYC and Captain Martin again!

2020-06-05Highly recommend. Go Sailing NYC was a great experience. We booked a private sunset sail of NYC and brought a bottle of wine and snacks. We just loved having a beautiful boat all to ourselves and no crowds. Great views. We went very close to the Statue of Liberty. Loved this boat ride.

2021-11-11Lovely and worth the planning and expense. I went on the Foliage trip. Not much change in leaves but its always nice to be on the water. MUST DRESS WARM (hat, gloves, scarf included). Wonderful boat directors who deserve a full 20% tip upon leaving. The woman who checks people in on land is professional yet, has an abrasive undertone probably is too talented for her role so careful to arrive plenty early and dont step on her toes to keep it a great experience.

2021-07-20We had a wonderful time showing some out of state visitors the beauty of NYC from a different perspective! We ordered a cheese charcuterie platter that was just perfect! The crew Was courteous, attentive and professional. I would take the trip again! Thanks for a great day!
