2022-01-26STOLE MY PACKAGE!! Dropped off a return at this store and some how the package never made its way to the truck. Owner is rude and of no help. Stay away from this place, scammers.

2021-06-02Scheduled on line for a pick up in Tampa, to be delivered in St Augustine before the Memorial Day weekend. After they got the money oops it couldnt be picked up until Monday May 31. The seller was closed that day so it was scheduled for the next day to be delivered on 6/2. At 1pm on 6/2 I had heard nothing so I called the trucking company, the first person said it would not be delivered today because I had missed a call on 6/1, the second person I talked to said they wouldnt be delivering today because they had no contact information. Im not sure where the foul ups are but there are enough for GO Ship and SOUTHEASTERN FREIGHT LINES INC to share. You can bet I wont be using either again.

2020-07-10This website company makes it very easy to spend your money but not very clear with actual instructions. As for a refund when a scheduled pickup was never picked up... Still waiting on that. They want your money right away but dont want to give it right back.. Rediculous.
