Im one month post op after my Lipo + bbl with Dr. Sam and I feel AMAZING! No one can tell me anything negative because I look and feel like a million bucks! Its true when they say when you look good, you feel good, and I feel the best Ive ever been! About three months I came to Goals to have consultation for Lipo360 and bbl. Office schedule is very convenient for my busy schedule. Thor hours of operation are as long as 8 pm at night and they are open on Saturday My BMI was a little too high and I was offered Slay Weight Loss program. I was surprised how informative that consultation was and no one pushed me to make my decision right away. Slay weight loss did miracle not only making me loose weight but also gives me a lot of energy. I was ready to embarked on a weight loss journey that brought me from a size twelve down to a size 8 in 2 months. In spite of this impressive achievement, I didn’t feel confident about my body. I still had loose skin that didn’t look good in the clothes I wanted to wear, and i I still had some stubborn weight around my midsection that just wouldn’t go away no matter how hard I tried.I have Lipo and BBL with JPlasma surgery and results are amazing.I was very well taken care of by Goals staff and dr Voskin. Postoperative massages helped a lot for my recovery and healing process.I am very happy with my experience that I have been recommending Goals to friends and family.After three months with Goals, i I finally feels like I have the body I deserve after all of my hard work. My midsection bulge is gone and i am able to wear what I wants and feel great about how I look.
My experience at Goals exceeded my expectations. The entire staff was truly amazing and very attentive. I am two days post op and I am loving my results. I did Lipo 360 w/BBL and my doctor was Dr K! He was very comforting throughout the whole procedure and played some music to help me relax. Goals is the place to go. They are quick with scheduling appointments and have great customer service.
I do recommend Goals Plastic Surgery for your cosmetics needs. Dr Perkins is an amazing surgeon and very gentle . He did an amazing job with my whole back , hips waist and buttock . I also recommend the Brooklyn office for your messages needs . The staff in the Brooklyn office has outstanding customer services .As well as the staff in New Jersey office where Mr Perkins is located . I am doing my surgery on the 22nd lipo 360 bbl and hips with dr Perkins . I been following goals for soooo long and I am just absolutely ready to be snatched I had a baby and I want my sexy body back . Hello guys, so glad I came to goals researching to feel good about my appearance again after giving birth to 6 kids, YES BABY I DID THAT! Goals really did me right, I got 360, and BBL with Dr. K, I feel stunning about it. Berlyn just helped me to become a Brand Ambassador at the Brooklyn Facility and I am loving the perks that comes along. Please go check goals out for all your body needs and ultimately your body goals.
I had Surgery in December 2020. I went there expecting Dr Perkins but went with a different doctor because Perkins was unavailable. First, I gave 3 stars because I do look better than I did when I came to goals. The doctor was calming and funny. The surgical technicians were sweet. However their social media is fraud. My first day. of surgical drainage I had a social media rep by the name of Berlin ask me if I would take pictures for the website. Initially I agreed. Then he asked to see my phone and preceeded to rate Goals as 5 stars and then wanted me to Rate 5 stars on Yelp.....I wasnt feeling it as it seemed fake to me. Then they opened the bronx location for massages and post operative care. Let me tell you the HOT mess this was. They do not have any of your post op care necessities there. They had me keep going back and fourth to the Manhattan location to pick up Fajas totally out of my way. The massage rooms are small so you can hear everything. In fact you actually hear social media Reps tell people its okay we can photoshop that. I am a woman with stretch marks well aware that a tummy tuck is what I need to get optimal results. I am not unhappy with my result but I feel like the web page is misleading. ALSO they advertise Dr Perkins as Board Certified. He is but not in the United States he is Board Certified in Canada and has no hospital rights here in NY. Goals was fair for the price but do not expect to look like everyone on the webpage and a lot of women are mothers they tend not to show a lot of after pictures of real women whos skin has stretch marks. Another complaint is they aftercare. They have a woman named Sylvia seeing patients who isnt even a physician or Physician Assistant god forbid you have an emergency she cant help you. My advice go in with far fewer expectations and youll be happy. I am still healing but I honestly feel my experience wasnt;terrible it was okay and this needs an honest response from personal experience

I must honestly admit I’ve had nothing but a pleasurable experience with Goals. From the receptionist, to the assistant, the masseuse and especially Dr. Hollingsworth. Dr. Hollingsworth has amazing bed side manners. He gave me exactly the body that I wanted. Everyone was professional and personable. I have nothing negative to say. I highly recommend.
Came to Goals Plastic Surgery for my transformation; this place is everything!!! They took my body goals to a whole different level. Each patient coordinator, aesthetician, nurse, assistant and doctor are more than wonderful, especially Emani!! She took care of my every need and made sure I was comfortable and went above and beyond to make this experience worth coming back....so I did! Just had my round 2 with Dr. K (he was my original doc for round 1)...my body was taken care of as well as my mental!!! Hello Ladies I recently re did my Breast Augmentation at Goals Plastic Surgery this week 6/11/20 with Dr. Lyons and I can not be any more happier with my results ! I had did my breast 6 years ago saline implants and developed a Capsular contracture and I was so uncomfortable with my breast and now I have the new gummy bear implants and my breast look so natural and perfect. I have been with Goals now going on 3 years and there is nothing I havent done with them from my Lip fillers to my Lipo360/bbl/hips to now my new Breast and I am a complete satisfied patient! there is nothing they can not do. Dr.perkins was cool he did my surgery I’m 5 days post op & I’m snatched!!! I love the way I look with dresses already cant wait to see how I look in 2 weeks! One thing I will say the massage part hurts but worth it you will feel so relieved Cristina has helped me drain so well and feel much better! So I’d recommend everyone who gets surgery here to get massages as well! The package is great👍🏼
This place is very unprofessional down to the employees and supervisors. Once I paid my money I could no longer get in touch with my consultant which is EMILY she wouldnt return no calls or messages. Before going to this place do your research. The only two people who went above and beyond to assist me was emmanuela coiana and supervisor ANNIE. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. They gave me false information on a doctor informing me that he was board certified in plastic surgery and he wasnt, they showed me his portfolio that was double bbl that supposed to been preformed by goals and it wasnt.... DO YOUR RESEARCH!!!
I am 5 days post op with dr Shannon, I chose to do the surgery because I wanted to look and feel good in my clothes & I look even better without them now ! Thanks goals! I was tired of sucking it in & I don’t have time for the gym so I definitely recommend them to get snatched in a matter of time & super convenient they offer many locations. Thank you goals
THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE! Horrible customer service! When I’d receive phone calls from them my caller ID would register the number as SCAM LIKELY as they do not have a legitimate number. Customer Service rescheduled my appointment without my knowledge! I was coming from MA,they STOLE $1,000 from me for massages to witch I explained SEVERAL TIMES that I am not from New York and was only going for surgery not to STAY! They refused to reimburse the money after I explained to them in person and they said they would “work it out” with me and NEVER DID! Dr.Ferguson was extremely unprofessional I met and spoke to him the day of my surgery. I was so excited to get to tell him prior to taking pain killers but no he BRIEFLY consulted with me wile I was clearly under the influence of medications I’m assuming they would have thought would have knocked me out! I felt ALL the pain wile he was doing the procedure on me didn’t listen to what I wanted and kept asking if I wanted him to stop SEVERAL times during my procedure. To witch they said would take 2-4 hours I went in for surgery at Almost 4 and my mother was called to come get me by 5:10!! I am NOT HAPPY with treatment NOT HAPPY with the results! After the swellings gone down I’ve felt so disappointed on this looks absolutely a nightmare and waist of my hard earned money. I will never forget the treatment I received and I’m not saying that in a good way,if you VALUE THE RESULTS GO SOMEWHERE ELSE DO NOT USE THEM. I could go down the line with how much went wrong here! Please DONT DO IT!!
I have my surgery coming up but my experience has been nothing but great! I was skeptical at first but everyone from coordinators to Edward and Ashley from billing have helped me out! I love those two! My first coordinator was a being non responsive but when asked to switch I was immediately emailed and called with a new coordinator- Jestine who is an angel! I submitted my lab work and got a text message that my results were received which was so helpful! Communication from the departments have been great so dont let peoples comments on instagram fool you. Im just happy that I decided to go with goals for my body transformation and cant wait to see how my results turn out next month!
With all the things people say I CANT RELATE !!! Dr Lotempio has taken away my baby gutt !! I am 4 weeks post op !! And LOVE IT !! I found out about goals through Instagram and I feel in love !!!! I knew that i needed to do procedure with them !!! Right away my surgery I love all my results!! I will be completely honest. The customer service is very unprofessional and needs a lot of work. People do not have their ducks in a row. It’s very frustrating and takes a million calls and some serious assertiveness to get to the right people. Thankfully Liz, the office manager, gave me her cell phone number and I was able to get things squared away. Dr. LoTempio is absolutely amazing! I spoke with her a few days out, as I was feeling nervous and uncomfortable. She put me at ease. She is the nicest woman with an amazing bedside manner. Her work is phenomenal. I know a lot of people go with the other doctors as her work isn’t posted as much on Instagram, but I wouldn’t let anyone else touch me. She takes her time, explains everything and is detail oriented. If you want your waist snatched and to come out looking like a million bucks, schedule with her. Ask for Rosa for your post op drainage and massages. She is very sweet and does a great job.
I just did my Lipo 360/BBL with Dr. Bortecen. Its only been 4 days post op And I look and feel fabulous!! BMI 29This place is extremely popular so you have to have patience and off course have real expectations of how you are going to look after the surgery. Everyone here is amazing , trust me they worth the wait time .My Doctor Bortecen , just love him! He asked me what I wanted and he was upfront with me on what I ask. He is simply the best ! The nurses & everyone here are just amazing and I feel good !!!!! I really love goals thank you emani and everyone for the best service ever !!!!

I did my surgery with Dr Verga and he was absolutely amazing. I did my post op at their Brooklyn location , and all of them are so amazing, especially the massages, they are so patient with me , cause at first the massages were painful but manageable with pain medicine. I def recommend their Brooklyn location, I am planning on coming back for future treatments with them ❤️
This place is extremely unprofessional. I have tried to reach out to them on MULTIPLE occasions for an upcoming surgery that I can not even cancel because I can not get a hold of anyone, nor get a call back. I was so excited to have m surgery with Goals and now I am regretting that I even considered them. Non the less I already wasted $500 on a deposit just to book a date for the surgery. Please rethink your choice before making a decision to go to goals. Your body is something you and others have to look at everyday. make sure you do your research and dont make the mistake I did. :(
I did Surgery with Dr Perkins lipo 360 bbl hips !!! I love my results and I love goals staff they are so amazing !!!!! They are very sweet !!! And the results are a killer !! I had 3 kids so they took toll on my body but I love my babies and I’m so happy to get my body back !!!

So i have been harassing this place for months for my money back because I cannot do the procedure via my doctor saying in the medical clearance my health is not well enough for surgery. When i tell you I call every. Single. Day. Its exhausting. Honor the contract. I have contacted my lawyer to file suit. I shouldn’t have to go through this trouble for what is rightfully mine. I paid a 3k deposit in JANUARY 2020 we’re now in October 28th!! I sent the medical clearance August 23rd 2020 and I have been told to wait 2 weeks for the clearance. Then told wait 48hrs for a response. I get a response from some woman who tells me to resend the fax. I do it, I text to confirm I get no response. For days I am calling and texting to be blocked! Now I’m calling the hotline everyday to be told everyday to wait for Beverly to call me back. I am still waiting for Beverly to call me back. I will not allow these people to scam me and make me wait until January 2021 and then tell me they won’t refund it because it’s been a full year. I have called Channel 47 Telemundo for help. I have called my lawyer for help. I will be calling Goals everyday for help. Pray for me.I got my money back after they requested a handwritten letter from my doctor saying Im not cleared for surgery. After 1 whole year pestering, making a fuss, and running errands for them they returned 2,500 out of the 3k of the deposit. Of course they would keep 500 comes to show you the disgusting people running this place. And while I was being their little errand boy for my refund I found that 2 women died on their table. They do have great customer service I kinda miss talking to Jose I hope hes doing well. We bonded since I called a million freakin times.
Today I had a follow up and was chosen to do a photo shoot since I am 5-weeks post-op. I thought I was going to be around man and to my surprise I was presented with two young ladies. It was the best experience. I felt so comfortable with them. Having woman as photographers was the best idea. Oh it was in the Bronx’s makes it so much better.

The absolute most unprofessional and unethical place I’ve ever worked with. The Customer Service is horrific, they continuously give you the run around. Everyone gives you and different story and there’s no who can professionally answer your question. My surgery has been completely paid since February of 2020 and they have rescheduled my surgery five times. They last one was canceled without my knowledge and no one will get back to me with a new date. Save your time and money and go somewhere else.

Had my lipo 360, upper back and bbl with Dr Kaslow. Great experience! At first communication was a bit difficult because they are supper busy, but when you do get in touch with the staff they are very pleasant and will to help. If I could give 10 stars I would !!!! I did my procedure because I wanted hips . I always had nice foundation however I wanted to enhance my body with the hips! I had my lipo 360 + BBL only 10 days ago. My Dr. was Dr. Perkins. My overalls experience was good I only wish he made my butt just a lil bigger but my waist is snatched hunty. Glad I made the decision to go there instead of DR. The massages are EVERYTHING!!! Shout out to Precious she is the BEST!!!

Their customer service is absolutely terrible, no one in the call center knows what’s going on or what they are supposed to do let alone answer any questions you may have. They put you on hold for an hour and hang up on you, make appointments for someone to call you and they never do. Once they take your deposit you don’t hear from them and can’t get in contact with them at all. Between the massive amount of unprofessionalism and the terrible reviews from respected You Tubers who have had surgical procedures at goals plastic surgery and were very unhappy with their results and had to go elsewhere for revisions- I no longer felt safe or comfortable to have my procedure at goals. If communication and professionalism are huge issues how can I feel safe spending almost $8k to have a major cosmetic surgery. After calling and emailing for weeks I requested either a refund of my deposit or for the money to be used towards their esthetics department at least-and was told that my $500 deposit was non refundable or transferable and would thus lose my money if I didn’t book a “surgical” procedure. So they basically took my $500.I was willing to give goals a shot despite their terrible reviews and results because everyone has had a different goal and thus a different experience but the bad reviews are very accurate. Please do your research when looking for cosmetic surgery(check the bad reviews) and don’t put any money down until you are certain that your place of choice is where you want to go.
Must say I been with the weight lost program in the Harlem location. Seeing Jennifer since June and I am loving my results I go faithfully every 2 weeks. Never missed a appointment. Go make your appointment now you won’t regret it I lost a lot of weight and I am almost at my goal. Very affordable you won’t regret it.

This review is based on my girlfriend’s recent experience at Goals.From the beginning of our interactions with Goals, the staff were less than professional.One would assume that when you are getting plastic surgery of any kind, the performing surgeon (Dr. Thaddeus) or a staff member would ask you what your goals are (you know, like the name of the business would imply). You would be mistaken. Never once was my girlfriend asked what she was looking for and she didn’t even meet her surgeon until she was about to go under the knife. It was later revealed to us by a staff member that this conversation is supposed to happen, but they messed up and never asked my girlfriend for her goals.After having an appointment scheduled for several weeks, we get a call at 9:30 PM the night before her surgery. They had to reschedule our 11:00 AM appointment for 5:00 AM. This wouldn’t be a problem if we lived down the block, but we live two hours away so we were forced to leave before 3:00 AM just to make it on time. It also came with the warning that we will be charged $250 every ten minutes we are late to the appointment.If this was a one time occurrence, it would be bad enough; however, they rescheduled her post-op appointments three more times - often with less than 2 hours notice. For a place that reschedules your appointments so freely, you would think they do it for efficiency. That is not the case. Expect to stand in their office (because you can’t sit post surgery) for 45-60 minutes before you are seen.Now, let me bring your attention to the building itself. This location doesn’t have an elevator, so patients are asked to take the dust covered stairs when they’re in an extreme amount of pain. A little ridiculous considering they’re not supposed to do anything strenuous for weeks, let alone the same day.The surgical room is just a basement. That’s it. There’s no seclusion. You are in a basement with a bunch of other nervous women who are about to undergo surgery and the only thing that blocks you from them is a cheap curtain. Because of this, people are often coming and going into your “room” whether they are meant to be there or not. If you have any modesty, this is embarrassing. One thing that my girlfriend repeatedly told me about were the blood stains on the floor. As an EMT, I’ve been in several emergency rooms and even they don’t have blood stains on the floor because they clean them up. What kind of place is this? This isn’t sanitary, let alone professional.The surgery itself was also far from ideal. Both my girlfriend and another patient of Dr. Thaddeus complained about how they weren’t provided with enough anesthesia and they could feel every single pain. They were told “pain is beauty” and were restrained by staff to stop them from moving. The physician or a nurse needs to keep pain under control during surgery, not tell them the equivalent of “suck it up” and then hold them down. What kind of shoddy work is this?Nervous about having surgery? Maybe you could watch the TV if it wasn’t cracked and constantly flashing random colors.Not a native Spanish speaker? Prepare to have staff members speak about you behind your back. My girlfriend is not Hispanic, but speaks Spanish fluently. She caught two “massage therapists” speaking about her body in a negative light. Only after revealing, in Spanish, that she understood them did they stop talking about her.Lastly, when you pay for your surgery, you’re also paying for several items to help you recover from the surgery (pillow, cleaning kits for incisions, scaring cream, bruising cream, and a she wee). Unfortunately, “they ran out of” these items and they couldn’t provide them. So you are paying for items that you will never receive, thus forcing you to pay for them a second time when you order them online.This place is very disappointing considering how much money it is. I will never recommend this place to anyone ever.
I am 3 Weeks Postop I have done Lipo 360 BBL procedure with Dr.Kalsow ! I must say I love my results!!!!! I can’t believe I look so good and I am still swollen !!!!!!! So I’ve been very insecure with my stomach since I had my son 4years ago and I’ve been studying Goals plastic surgery And the work the doctors do for almost two years and I decided almost 4 months ago I was going to push through and get a lipo 360 I just recently did my stomach this month jan 5 2021 it’s only been a week and i see a tremendously big difference my waist in more in and my stomach is way flatter so I can only imagine what I’m going to look and feel like in a month or when it’s finally done healing . Dolls I say if you have any cold feet In doing surgery I’m telling you GO on and do it, you won’t regret it . It is painful but beauty is pain they say right ladies . Also my doctor Lo Tempio was so amazing from the time I walked in, until the time it was over she made so she told me exactly what to expect and comfort me the whole entire time ... GO FOR IT GIRLS
Nikkie did a fabulous job on my brows!!! I did micro shading for the first time it was so much better then I expected!! One thing I will say is ask for the numbing gel the pain was at 1 with the numbing gel without maybe about a 4 from a scale of 1-10 which I couldn’t believe I expected to be in more pain. She’s very gentle and takes her time and makes sure the brows are perfect! I’m definitely coming back for my 6 week touch up! Ladies catch this sale so worth it!
Im 2 weeks post op now and Im loving my results so far. I had Dr. Perkins and my messages were mostly with Reyna, Rosa and Precious they are amazing. I begin coming to goals in January! I originally came into goals with the expectations to undergo surgical procedure however I was a high BMI patient so I was referred to SLAY weight loss ! I lost almost 20lbs !!!! And still losing !!! I feel and look phenomenal !!!!! So I havent had my surgery yet but I did have my preop. I interacted with a few people in the office, but there was this one woman, Shay. She was so kind, helpful and understanding, she really went above and beyond. I read some reviews about their customer service, but so far everyone I have encountered whether in person or on the phone have been wonderful.

My experience with goals was great I was so nervous and they made me feel right at home. I’m 3 weeks post opp and I love my results so much I can’t stop checking myself out lol. Local anesthesia at first sounded scary but it was the best decision I made I was chilled it’s really a piece of cake and goals is the place to go to You won’t regret it. Had my surgery back in December. Dr. Lyons was my surgeon I got a breast argumentation and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The staff is so friendly & helpful. Such an amazing place I definitely highly recommend this place. I have plans to get more work done it will definitely be at goals.
If i can give this 0 stars I would. My biggest regret was getting my surgery done at goals. Had i known better i wouldve went to Miami or out of the country. One of the main reasons i chose goals is because i knew they were open to do revisions, but of course that wasnt the case. I cried out of frustration from how much i hated my results. I DO NOT RECOMMEND, DO NOT BOTHER WASTING OVER 6K here. Do your research and do not rush.

I would absolutely recommend the Harlem location for anyone who is looking into Goals. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. I had 100% confidence with my coordinator. She was very honest and straight forward with expectations, which of course I knew since everyone is an individual.She kept me calm and informed throughout the process. I had minimal bruising and all discoloration dissipated within 7 days. Im pleased with my results and glad I decided to do my post with them because I couldnt find anywhere near me.

The ladies on the staff are super sweet and helpful. They are willing and ready to help out in any way that they can. On the day of the surgery, staff members were comforting while I was nervous and anxious about the surgery that was about to take place.

Im hoping anybody can help me at this point. They finally gave me a date for the probably 5th time. I payed & rescheduled my flight for the second time. They called me & supposedly had to postpone it again. I cannot keep doing this. My job had to reschedule me & take me out the schedule twice now. At this point idont know what to do. I absolutely can not keep doing this. My job cant keep doing that as well. I have payed my surgery in full & at this point im losing even more money & time. If the surgery can not be done i just need my money back . Ive been wanting my procedure done since August. Its now October & my procedure has been canceled twice. I hope i can get helped soon . I have gotten a lawyer involved due to the fact that nobody has called me back & as of now have no surgery date. Nobody has answered me. Through the phone, messages, emails, or instagram
Goals... what can I say! Dr. Perkins did his THING with this new body. 1 day post op and I am so bomb. Drainage was easy, Ari & Emani were so sweet and helpful. I love Goals, I couldnt imagine having gone anywhere else. I will definitely be back babes, thank you for everything.

The staff is very nice but they are very unprofessional😤😤. When I first wanted my surgery, I booked my appointment it was going to be on October 18 and called me to cancel before the day and put on November 19 and I had to cancel my trip to Spain on December 20 .And now after my surgery it’s been 4 months that I have not seen my doctor, they call me to confirm my appointments and called my the next day to cancel like REALLY?!🤬 🤬nothing personal but I’m very disappointed on how unprofessional they are. 😢😢

So far , my experience has been good. When I got my surgery on the 10th with Perkins he was pretty funny during my surgery and it made it comfortable. I am pretty happy with my results, very natural and enhanced my natural body, I’m happy with goals. People are nice and my massages feel good. I’d recommend goals (:

I really just want my money back, I’ve submitted all proper paperwork to get my refund because I haven’t been medically cleared. I really don’t like getting the run around about my own money, it wasn’t like this in the beginning. So I did my second round of plastic surgery with GOALS on April 21st 2021 with the exceptional Dr. Hollingsworth and couldnt be more pleased. I have done 5 session of Laser Hair Removal and I am in love with my results . I used to suffer from dark spots & ingrown hairs but with the treatments of laser hair removal it is now gone !! Goals is an oasis in an urban community, a happy getaway that’s close to home. I came in for wood Therapy (with Reyna) my and Carboxytherapy (with Sylvia). Both these ladies are amazing! I can already see results after 2 wood sessions and one Carboxytherapy.
First things first Im alive and healthy because I was going to do this surgery in DR and that is such a risk you take! I was tired of the seeing everyone with the same body! I traveled to New York to visit my son late September this year. While there I told my son I am diabetic and need to lose weight. My son told of about the SLAY Diet at Goals! I told him I can try that! And now just 6 almost 7 weeks in I am down 2.5 dress sizes and I have lost 18 pounds following the SLAY DIet PRogram as well as exercising 45 minutes to an hour per day as my son advised me! Very unprofessional and insensitive to those with demanding working schedules like myself. At least for me, I experienced a big lack of communication and language barrier during my via landline appointment & through via text. Miscommunications to the fullest.... Big deal break for me when the goal doll team are not supportive and disrespectful, disregarding the service I was scheduled for. I assume within time the customer service professionalism and etiquette skills improve. Word or a mouth could have a pro and con affect in business. Overall, some of the work I observed on the social media IG appears great. Haven’t received any service since the confusion nor did I reached out for services.

Horrible experience Apparently they ran out of the supplies they needed and canceled my appointment after I flew in from out of state. The staff was extremely unprofessional and they were all running around like chickens with their head cut off. Other customers were calling the police on the staff yelling and screaming I was terrified and got a refund and left. They had no remorse and could care less about the fact that I had flown from out of state! Not to mention my appointment was at 11:00 and the doctor that was supposed to do the procedure resigned and the other doctor wasn’t scheduled until 12:00. Horrible place!

Hello I did my surgery on March 28 with Dr Perkin However my follow up been in the Brooklyn location on Livingston st there great staff there they take they time in giving massage and making sure you are taking care of very well I would recommend any after surgery choose the Brooklyn Location to get the best treatments.
Finally at 2 weeks with surgery that was done by Dr. K and Im obsessed I did a photo shoot with the social media team and theyre truly amazing! I feel so confident to wear anything! I cant wait for vacation to come and rock my new baiting suits with this lovely body!

Hey guys, Goals really brought meaning back to my life, came in for a my consultation, sep 2020, did my surgery Dec 11th, with Dr Lyons got lipo 360, BBL and hips, and couldn’t be happier with my results, so far I’m over 20 days post op, and CANNOT wait to see my final results...
I came to this facility for the WEIGHT LOSS PROGRAM. Please read the rest of my review.RUN! False promises, misleading, feel completely scammed.For what you have to pay for this program it is not worth it. SAVE YOUR MONEY and GO SOMEWHERE ELSE, seek out a more professional facility and service. These people set you up for failure. They do NOT care about the product or service they put out. They only care about getting your money. Cost is $400-$425 for your first month including the cost of the prescription at the pharmacy which they fail to mention when you seek out the service. This cost also doesnt include the $65-$120 dollars monthly for B-12 shots. From your second month on the cost is $375-$400 including the prescription. You have to prepay 2 weeks at a time but they will only give you one weeks of supplies. This means you have to go, ideally, once a week to the office but in reality it’s 2 or 3 times in a week and each time waste hours and hours waiting because of how unorganized they are.This was the worst part of my experience and many others from the complaining I heard at the office; their office procedure, scheduling and lack of communication. You schedule appointments just to sit and wait for hours. On one appointment I waited 2h 45m. They over-book constantly because THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT GETTING YOUR MONEY. After my 3rd week of this so called program I was forced to go over two weeks without any medication and supplements which completely killed any progress I made - COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY- they kept messing up my appointments and made me come back 3x in one week; of course they pre-charged me and TOOK MY MONEY ahead of time and could care less that I had to drive out there, pay tolls, gas and time to be jerked around. I booked twice on a week day because they claim it’s less busy, that is a lie. Both times I went on a week day I waited over 1.5hrs and was turned away. The first time was because the staff who handles the weight loss program never showed up and the second because they scheduled me on a day that the doctor was not in the office. This place is a joke and a hot mess. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE/ HORRIBLE PROGRAM.From the beginning and on each visit they ask for me to do a promotional type of video for their program and then after they would turn me away saying they couldn’t see me. These are MONEY-HUNGRY people who care more about promoting and getting your money than they do about you, your progress and the hard earned money you are paying them.The medication and supplements themselves are ok. I lost 6lbs in my first week and but then nothing after that. They changed my prescription to a higher dose the following week and I did not lose anything additional. And then after the 2.5 weeks I couldn’t get the service and medication I pre-paid for I gained the weight right back. I think under better supervision, a better program and better service I would have probably seen more results and what I paid hundreds of dollars for. Please seek out a better facility which a legit and professional program.

2022-07-19I am 3 months post op and I look almost exactly how I looked before surgery, I am very unhappy with my results I feel like I was robbed out of 8,000 dollars I know women that have spent 4 and 5 thousand else where and they’re bodies look great, I wish I would of did better research on them, you figure a popular place would have you looking like the images they post, I honestly feel like they only do good on famous and well known people Don’t Waste Your Money!!! Btw I only have had 6 massages within 3 months because my appointments kept getting rescheduled because the west Philly office is short of staff.

2022-07-28This is the worst. I had surgery with Dr. Perkins yesterday morning.. I paid to get a flex sculpt and a double bbl and I did not receive any of these procedures.. the AC in the place was not working so I was dizzy through the surgery and after due to the medication they provided.. the adress they sent me to does not appear on their website wich is 158E 100th street… the staff are very unprofessional… and I have been trying to get in contact with the originator of the goals company wich is Dr. Voskins…. Do not choose goals

2022-07-28It’s bad , when I came out from surgery I was in a lot of pain & no consultation or seeing a Doctor or speak to any Doctor I never had it done I suggest to ask ? & make sure that who ever evaluate you is a Licensed Doctor I never saw my Doctor into I was in the surgery table . It really needs to have a Doctor to first tell you what can be done & lots of other? I never had a chance but yet they took my money with no ?? I give it 3 out of 5 need to take calls in case of any emergency but the # that they have in the paperwork doesn’t work

2022-07-28I wish there was a minus star option. Please ladies and gentlemen stay away from this company. They are a big scammer. Once you pay the deposit you are trapped. They keep changing you date and if you refuse to play that game with them they threat you with $500 penalty. I will make a whole video of my experience with this company in YouTube soon. The costumer service is horrible, rude and disrespectful. Salume one of the coordinators is the big scammer, Erwin from billing department is unbelievably rude. He put you in hold while you are talking or hang up the phone on you. Rafael is the the biggest scammer who tells you if you want the full refund ( for not wanting to keep changing your schedule) ask your Dr to write a note that you have a medical condition. They ask you to do a false medical report for the mistake that was made from their side. Overall if you do not want to experience a near heart attack feelings with stress and horrible nightmares, STAY AWAY from them . RUN

2021-12-06Went through countless trips from brooklyn, bronx and nyc. Spend thousands of dollars, so much blood drawn and so much stress for a surgery that didnt even work properly, all my liposuction and bbl is back to how it was after 2 months just living with chronic pain all other my body. Saw women being treated like lab rats including myself, zero professionalism. The doctor only met with me once, rescheduled my follow up appointment and literally has not cared about how much chronic pain im in and the fact that my surgery was not affective at all. Please reconsider a million times before going through Goals. Theyre all pictures/talks but when it comes to how they treat humans its horrifying.

2021-09-18I received my post op massage today at the Brooklyn location from Steven. He was kind and attentive to my needs as he suggested I should get carboxy treatment to maximize my results. Steven massage was what my body needed today as I felt tight when i arrived & after my services with goals my body feels much better. I suggest Goals for your after care post op care you won’t be disappointed.

Ive seen girls walking out of there looking worst than when they walked in. I just want my money back. What can I do.

2021-10-14Had a procedure in August 2021. I am supposed to see my surgeon for a follow up 4 months after the surgery per their contract. Also if there any issues with the results you have that time to voice concerns. I was told Dr Perkins I’m not available until 8/23/22. This is a violation of their own contract. Spoke with very rude rep Oliver who said “sorry we have no availability”. The contract does not matter it’s based on availability! Complaining on google is ok but I’m going to the attorney general and the bbb along with suing them.

The massages are extremely important and helpful through the process, but my experience has been very pleasant and the staff has made my entire experience wonderful!
