I use them very frequently and have always found them to be completely efficient. I have never encountered any problems and the staff members are knowledgeable and friendly. This is a good local well run business.

Most convenient to have this well run Mailroom-Notary services etc, in Glencove.. The staff is knowlegable efficient and courteous.
Please don’t bring your package here!! I brought my $400 package here and it was never delivered. I’m 100% sure they stole my package

2022-07-08It’s 9:25 on Thursday July 8th 2022 . Store still close , nobody show up , a trainer guy is waiting to and is his first day .So disappointed . The community of glen cove miss the old owner, he was a very professional and complete responsibility to running this business .

2022-06-04Thursday, my wife Julie, and myself went to Gold Coast mailroom to ship a package. The lady behind the counter (Jasmine) was very rude, and unprofessional, beside the fact that she was trying to convince us to ship something express to the city, and ground service would just suffice. Just a scam mentality to get the customer to pay more. We demanded to speak with the owner to complain about her rude behavior, but she made many excuses not to give his info. Finally, she gave us an email address supposedly for the owner, but later we found out that this email address belongs to another business not connected with Gold Coast and it is not the same owner. the gentleman from that other business responded almost immediately and informed us that gold coast employees are using his email address every time a customer complain, and demand to speak with the owner of Gold Coast Mailroom. and it is happening 3-5 times each day. Shame on north shore community for supporting Gold Coast Mailroom. this type of store does not belong here. I encourage everyone to take their business somewhere else.

2022-02-05Yesterday I wanted to ship an envelope to the city, and the guy at the counter said it will cost $35.37.I was in shock. I went somewhere else in town and I shipped that same for $11.23. This place is a big scam. We will never go back there again

2020-12-23I used this place for ipostal1 which is a virtual mailbox for my business where they are suppose to scan all your incoming mail. I was asked to notarize and send all proper documentation which I did in a timely manner. However the incompetent employees at this location refused to acknowledge the fact that I had done my part. They took it upon themselves to not only NOT scan in my incoming mail but to return to sender, insisting on the fact that my mailbox didnt have my business name. I went back and forth over the phone with employees at this location and after a lot of persistence they assured me they had received the documents in order to list my business name on the account. Then I received an email letting me know that any and every mail piece I received under my business name was returned to its original sender. This is bad customer service on both ends this location as well as ipostal1.com itself because I too had been in contact with them in order to get my issues resolved but alas they were just as useless and incompetent. 0 stars all across the board. Gold Coast Mailroom you should be ashamed of calling this sorry excuse of a place a business!

2020-09-04DO NOT BRING YOUR MAIL HERE! I recently dropped off 2 packages (both with returns for the same website) and one contained a return worth $80 and the other returns worth over $300. I watched the employee scan both packages and got an email a few days later that the website had only received the package worth $80. I went back to Gold Coast to question why the second package had not been delivered and not only did they not have answers, but they said I must have used the wrong return label, which I absolutely know I did not. I am now out $300+ and the only thing Gold Coast did was attempt to blame me. I will NEVER step foot in here again.

2020-12-29Dropped off my federal express package to be delivered to my mother in law for Christmas which had a very sentimental item inside regarding her son (my husband who passed away). Package was never delivered. Federal express does not even have this tracking number in their system.Tracking number came up as unknown.. I know that the clueless person at the desk probably stole my package. I have called them several times and they are no help. They turn you away and tell you to call federal express. They are stealing peoples packages. Do not go here. They are thieves!!!!They dont even deserve one star. The point is I could not give them 0 stars as its not an option.Beware they are crooks.

2019-06-29Incompetent service and terrible customer relations. Went to return a package using the vendors FedEx number and was handed a form to fill out. Filled it out as best I could and gave it back to them asking them if it was good. They said it was okay. Next thing I get is a bill from FedEx for over $250.00. Went down there to ask what it was about, putting the paperwork on the counter. They looked at it, tossed it back on the counter and said I had to call FedEx, turned their back on me and walked away. They SUCK! If I could give no stars, I would.

2020-09-02Pleasure and easy to do business with. I sold and expensive item on ebay they did a great job packaging it and it was shipped on time. Buyer was very happy.

2021-08-14Avoid this place at all costs if you have to go somewhere further for finger prints or mailing service do it, they make the post office look good!!!
