2022-05-10Jen and the whole Gold Coast Swimming Pool Team are amazing! Beyond helpful, honest and trustworthy. Knowing nothing about pools (well, basically knowing how to swim in one), they took the time to explain everything and fix it (liner, lights, electric, POOL AUDIMATION etc.) Everyone who came from Jens team to our house was so friendly! It has been a pleasure having Gold Coast work on our pool and we look forward to many years with them. Its hard to find good people to help you when you are in need and we found THE BEST!! Thank you Jen and the Gold Coast TEAM!!

2020-11-03Where should I start?? I understand its Covid , my neighbor had her pool done with a Loop Loc cover. I needed my pool completely redone new liner plumbing .cover. We agreed on the price.$4,500. Once they got there money it was like basically when we get around to it.They came and did there job..I went and bought pizza for her workers..they leave everything looks good. Then one day im raking and I find a broken solar driveway light that they backed over and broke and had the nerve to throw it in the woods!! Its a $10 dollar lite no biggie its the Principle. Then the $2,500 cover I put in wasnt installed correctly its bowing and collecting water..The owner Jen is ALWAYS out in the field..and she says do you have a camera to see if they backed over the light?? And covers do that! Really my 2 neighbors have the same covers and theres arent bowing or collecting water.THEY TAKE 0 RESPONSIBILITY!! Shes always in the field yet she cant drive here 1/4 mile to see the problem as the business owner🤦..check my reviews and followers on here there honest and Gold standard..p.s her shop worker Vin or Van is a funny guy.

2017-07-06This pool company came highly recommended by the people that installed my pool. We hired Gold Coast to do our weekly maintenance and our closing for last summer. This summer my husband and I opened the pool and discover the crack in the pipe (pictures attached) and came to the conclusion that the pipes were not fully blown out for the closing causing the pipe to crack over winter. We also got other pool companies to tell us their conclusion, which was the same. Water freezes in the pipe causing the pipe if not blown out correctly to crack. So after emailing and phone calls back and forth to Gold Coast, they stated it was not their fault and they would not fix the pipe. Not an expensive fix but just something that could have easily been taken care of by the company if they just took some accountability. So I would never recommend this company to anyone. Maybe they got to big and dont care about losing a client. Gold Coast didnt care at all, so Im just spreading the word, so other pool owners dont have to deal with this.

2021-05-22Gold Coast just finished a tiling job, salt water conversion and patio work on our pool and patio. They were nothing but an honest and professional company every stage of the project. In addition to that their work was very very good. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

2016-06-04Jen and her team are amazing. They work hard, seven days a week, to satisfy the customer. Our pool is tricky and they make it run beautifully. We love Gold Coast!!

2021-08-07I cannot stress this enough, there were 4 guys from Gold Coast and they were very disrespectful and looked like they didn’t wanna be there, the fathers son was working with them, he was weird, I didn’t approve of the son

2016-04-18I used gold coast when I had a sever liner tear in my pool. They came same day gave me a fair estamit and the work was done within the same week. I was very pleased and will continue using them

2020-08-10The worst service, don’t bother wasting your time. They were unprofessional and extremely unaccommodating. They’re “so busy and backed up” they can afford to be rude and nasty to their customers. They took down your information and only to tell you to go fly a kite...Please don’t bother giving these people your business.
