They are the best they treat you as family and they speak to you and answer all your questions.Even the delivery guys, they will treat you nice when I order my bed. They truck wasnt working that good. They call me to tell me there wasnt a delivery the next day and I told him that he had nothing to sleep on and they force their self to bring my bed, and they was really nice. I called Golden Home furniture and they made the process so easssssy. I purchased it via Zelle he emailed me my receipt and delivery was made the next day THATS AWESOME I was really amazed at there fast and pleasant service… now I am looking to purchase some more items 🙌🏿
The man attending to us, Muhammed, was very helpful and the furniture they have is very diverse and trendy. They also offer financing which is great because we can pay off all the furniture we want to buy within 6months.We love it there, and they have a great catalog. Highly recommend!!
I feel very skeptical about positive reviews here. After buying a sleeping sofa and waiting weeks for delivery, we had to deal with unresponsive staff and being nervous about our cash deposit. When the sofa finally arrived, the delivery guys had no assembly instructions and spent about 3 hours fitting the pieces together. They badly scratched the $1300 sofa in 2 places and they damaged its mechanical parts for opening/closing. We contacted the store and its manager a number of times but never got a response.

Don’t do the 3rd party finance they don’t give you an accurate number in store. when you call it’s not a small spike they will charge you 3times the beds worth. it’s not worth it at all. The store was over priced anyway. To be real honest wayfair and them have the same exact products and it’s cheaper on wayfair. I would really advice to not consider that Acima leasing. Over priced financing

They provided me options with different colors & delivered the VERY NEXT DAY. This is huge because after finding a table I liked somewhere else— they’re expected shipping date was 2 months !!!. Firstly, this store’s furniture has excellent design all beautifully finished for even the pickiest shopper. The sales representatives all work paying close attention to the customer and their concerns. And as for an added bonus they’re multilingual! Delivery is no problem as they can go as far as Boston to delivery their products. Highly recommend shopping here - no need to look any further. Will be frequenting here for all my furniture needs.

I went to this place not expecting much but boy was I mistaken. For one, they had a nice variety of items along with their catalogue with even more options to choose from. At first glance it seems to be a very small place, but they actually had two floors which was surprising. Second, they spoke three languages: English, Spanish and Arabic. Third, the place was very clean even the bathroom was surprisingly immaculate. The prices were very reasonable and they were willing to negotiate which is always nice. They were very friendly and attentive and I would definitely would shop here again. This is actually going to be my go to place for all of my home needs from now on. I would most definitely recommend this place to anyone and everyone. Ask for Mo and Ahmad they are awesome!!

In love with my everything I got! The furniture and especially the service! I went in for a package deal and was able to customize a few furniture pieces for a little extra! I didn’t have to wait too long for delivery, they came the exact day schedule and set up everything in a timely manner even helped to clean up! The couch was too big for the elevators and they sent over a technician to do his magic and got it to my apartment! The bedroom set is even more beautiful in person than on the pictures! I got a smart tv for FREE! I will definitely shop here again! Great service great furniture even GREATER! Prices! I honestly didn’t have any problems with them at all!

I called before coming in to make sure they were open. I worked with two people. Ahmad and Moe. They were both really great! I walked in and was offered coffee, (very hospitable) and greeted with a smile. He gave me my space and let me look. He then asked some questions and helped me narrow down my options. The whole process was seamless. I was in and out within an hour and I purchased my couches. They were very affordable and offered many different payment options. The best part: they speak Arabic, English and Spanish fluently. I was impressed. I will definitely be sending my friends and family here. Thank you guys!!!!! PS. they were very clean!!!!

I recently renovated my house and was looking for a nice bed set and table. I came across this store online and decided to check it out. They have really nice furniture and pieces. However, their customer service is absolutely HORRENDOUS. I bought the bed set and table from them and was told they would be delivered by the weekend. They took a few days to come and when they did, both dressers were damaged. Ok, no big deal. I told them I want them both replaced because I did not pay over 3 grand for something that is damaged. That is where my problems began. The curly haired guy [didnt get his name] that I was dealing with was so hard to get ahold of. He would not answer my calls and only text back days later when he felt like it. I had to wait almost a whole MONTH to get my replaced items. The first time they came, they never called me to confirm that I was home, so they had to go back. The second time they came, they were full of attitude and were refusing to replace one of the dressers, even though they had the new replacement DOWNSTAIRS IN THE VAN!!! Who treats paying customers like that? They proceeded to turn their backs to me and try to color in the dent with a sharpie marker, which did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. He still gave me such a hard time to replace my items. I was going to purchase more from them, but after dealing with their customer service I would NEVER buy anything from there again. BUYER BEWARE DO NOT PAY ALL THE MONEY UPFRONT otherwise they will run you around and play games with you too. A whole month of stress and headache for no good reason. I would give them 0 stars if I could.
This store has a lot of variety and great quality furniture. They helped me and guided me to get the best quality product for me. They also helped me finance and it was easy process. Definitely recomend.
Store were able to accommodate my delivery date twice. But when the delivery was made I didnt received the table and the mattress wasnt what I expected. Store manager compensate my frustration and order a new mattress to be arrive 5 days later. However, Henry store rep was great at customer service. I still to wait for the complete delivery! Still I love my bed set and bar table!

Wow by far the most excellent customer service i have experienced. I went with my 3 year old son and we both felt like home because we were well taken care of from the moment we walked in this beautiful store. I was looking for a modern yet chic TV stand but I had no idea what specific style i was looking for. I had the nicest guy help me narrow down my search by sitting down with me and patiently showing me a few catalogs based on the look i told him i wanted for my living room. And, after having visited so many furniture stores in Manhattan in the last few weeks that had nothing that appealed to me, I finally found the perfect FireplaceTV stand for a very reasonable price right around my neighborhood. At first, during the time my husband and I was at the store trying to pick out the cabinet, they took care of us. but once we paid for our cabinet, the service became the worst.mohammed no longer took my calls, every time i called him to ask about delivery, he was always busy. they charged me for delivery for 2 things but only 1 thing arrived. (mirror did not arrive. they did not even give me a curtesy call and tellme it was not yet available) and also, we had made a contract with drawing of the customized cabinet. the drawing was not followed at all. I tried to call and complain but they kept giving me the run around, and every time I called, mohammed was always busy and not taking calls.I suggest you buy furniture at another store. this store has the worst customer service.I regret buying fromthis store.

I absolutely love this place!!! My boyfriend and I recently moved in together and we wanted new furniture for our new beginning so we began the shopping process. Our goals were to purchase durable, long lasting, quality furniture for a fair price. We shopped around for weeks and then came across Golden’s furniture in the Bronx. Barbara helped me design my new apartment and bring my visions into reality. The owner and staff were both very patient with us and gave us the best prices. Since our first experience with them we keep coming back and traveling from Tarrytown to the Bronx for furniture and accessories. We’ve purchased our dining table, coffee tables, end tables, rugs, night stand and wall art. This has become our go to spot. They treat us like family and always want to see updated pictures of our apartment. Due to their friendliness and good prices they’ve gain two life long customers.
The table arrive two weeks later than they originally told me it would. Had to call continuously to get answers and was even hung up on. On the day they delivered, they brought only the chairs and not the table I ordered, I had to chase them down as they were about to drive away to get my table too. Chairs ended up feeling a lot cheaper than I expected too. Do not recommend to anyone.

Do not expect your delivery on time!!! My items were purchased on 08/24 with a promised date of 08/31/2019. Due to the holiday i understood the delivery date was unsuccessful but let me just add that at no moment did the store contact me to inform me that they did not receive the item and was not expected to arrive till sunday-monday. They informed me the delivery was going to be expected on wednesday between the hours of 12-2PM. I find out at 7PM that no item has been delivered and no courtesy call was ever made on both dates (saturday nor Wednesday) . I called to follow up and they attempted to give me the excuse of not having a sofa (one of the 2 items ordered) and i explained to her that on saturday they informed me the sofa was there but the table wasnt. This is a very unprofessional location. If you want you items delivered on time please do not waste your time.

I went into this store because a friend recommend it to me and it was around my area. I also did read some good reviews and wanted to give it a try.I went in asking for a portable air conditioner and was told they had some but new delivery was for Tuesday. They still had a few from old delivery. Well, I went down with my bf and took a look at it. The box seems a lil open and was re tape but didn’t thing anything of it because boxes break easily when constantly moved.Long story short, we got it and bring it home to see that it had be used and also parts missing with another part broken. I was so angry because I live on the 5th FL no elevator to come to think that all along nothing was new. I call them back and ask for another one, they stated they will pick up and give me a new one.They arrive with no replacement and I had to walk back to the place. Now at first I was so upset because the guy that picked up the AC was just like we will call you when we got the replacement. Like nothing!! Now I had to just wait...oh no.Point is I arrive back to the place, spoke to Sergio because I paid him. He said hold on and Mohammed spoke to us..I rate them a 5stars because the fact everything was a misunderstanding and i wasn’t suppose to receive the one i originally got.He apologize and gave me a new one even better, for the same price of the old one. He Open it to show me if I was pleased and just with that. I felt like they cared and wasn’t just taking my money for granted! Will definitely return.Thank you Mohammed and golden home ;)

The best furniture shopping experience, ever. First of all their website has good pictures, great collection, prices listed, etc. I then went to a store in Commerce to check if the sofas are as firm as they claim on the website. I loved what I saw in the store. Thats where I met david, who volunteered to help me find the right sofa set for my aunt surprise. Its a very pleasant experience dealing with him and he’s other coworkers . He made the conversations so easy and flowing, gave tips on choosing the right color and ultimately gave me a great price. I wassure of getting the furniture from them when I picked the phone to call david. But after talking with him once, I made up my mind.ecellent prices and delivery is awesome I love it.encantada como me trataron .

I wish I could give NO STARS. They are somewhat courteous and professional before they take your money, then the customer service stinks. Guy on the phone screamed at me because he did not do the necessary insurance my building needed and my delivery arrived. Not sure anyone knows what they are doing at this store. Will never go back, suggest you dont either.
They are bad with delivering on time!!! Furniture are great but I order a tv stand and coffee table in September and I still haven’t received it after I kept being told in the nibble of October then at the end and now it is November!!!

I have never been here and I definitely will never go. I walk past often because its in my neighborhood. Cant tell if its a furniture store or a damn nightclub with the music they are always blasting. Guy stands outside handing out fliers (I dont even know what theyre for, why would a furniture store need fliers?) and he harasses women walking by. Its disgusting. This whole place disgusts me. I HATE walking past here.

2022-07-06Went looking for some furniture for my apartment that was in need of it. Went to Global since that I live in the area. As I walked in Ms.B (Barbara) greeted me with such a loving demeanor. We share some stories and then she went to work. She is definitely a GOAT, can someone please give her a store of her own. I walked away with beautiful furniture and some goodies. 2021-12-02Aug...I visited the store many times before I purchased a sofa/chaise sectional. I was helped by Mohamed and Xiomara who were both very nice and gave me a good price. I paid in full, delivery was only a couple of days after original stated date. When the furniture arrived Aug 6th it was stained in several visible areas on both pieces and it smelled. Both Mohamed and David came to my apt and saw it. Mohamed apologized and made arrangements to have it replaced and threw in for free a large rug...David didnt think it was too bad.... 2nd delivery Aug 14 ..furniture again stained, and damaged like it was stored in water on its side, even the delivery guys saw the damage.. Mohamed promised to get the furniture from a storeroom in PA, it will take 2 weeks and he will inspect it before delivery. That night I slept on the couch (the clean section) woke up with 3 insect bites on my arm, figured mosquitos, spent another night on the couch...woke up with 5 painful, red swollen bites...in a line!! NOW THATS BEDBUGS!! Searched the couch, pulled up the cushions and found a bedbug. Called the store and told David about it...he said I have cockroaches....Then I told him I found a bedbug...He said I already had them...Davids a D*@K! I demanded to have the furniture removed immediately and take the rug too. They did so in 48 hours, I went to the store and got a full refund without a hassle. I hesitated in posting this review because I got good service in the store and the delivery guys (6 all together) were very nice and competent but they brought bedbugs into my brand new completely renovated apartment. I had to wash EVERY SINGLE PIECE OF CLOTHING I HAD IN THE APARTMENT then bag everything and the exterminator had to come 2 weeks in a row to fumigate....time I had to take off from work. I purchased the same sectional from Ashley, paid more but worth the piece of mind!BUYER BEWARE!!!

I walked in today & the couch I originally wanted they didn’t have but she accommodated me the best way possible & I am definitely SATISFIED.
