Absolutely amazing gym! Everyone is SO friendly and the trainers and classes are 1,000%%%% wonderful. ***There is childcare too!!** (Childcare is what made me sign up initially, but now, Im ALL IN regardless.) Ive been a member since November and Im psyched to continue the work Ive begun here. This gym is gem to have in Middletown, NY!
Great staff, nice amenities. Such a huge gym and can be very busy on the floor on prime time. Lockers are great that you don’t need a lock, but I can’t figure that thing out. My only suggestion is keeping the floor clean because not everyone is respectful and clean so spot checking is a MUST.
Worst customer service ever! I just waited at the shake bar counter for 20 MINUTES! watching people walk by and ignore me, finally got impatient and called the store Im STANDING IN!! only to be put on hold! I called back a second time and the girl that answered the phone didnt even come out to talk to me face to face, just told me I had to continue to wait until the person who makes the shakes to come back from her break! Are they kidding me? No one else can work a blender in that building?! Or at least put up a sign? What a ridiculous waste of my time I will NEVER be back!
It’s huge, great place to work out. I know there still getting things done and organized. I hope that there’s gonna be more leg machines. I see a lot of machines for the chest, arms.🙄 this woman lives for a good leg workout. It’s a beautiful gym/ spa experience.
Best gym I have ever been a member to. The people who work there in the morning always keep the gym and equipment clean.

Love working out at this gym. Lots of equipment, second floor just for cardio, tons of equipment, sauna , yoga, group class etc. I would highly recommend it!

No complaints love this place, and with all the madness going on now ....this is the one place I can def let all the frustration out ... very professional everyone wears a mask.. AT ALL TIMES...which Im okay with... This place gives you a sense of normalcy ...KEEP UP THE GOOD JOB 👍

2022-03-11I decided to look into Gold’s Gym once I heard about their on-site daycare. Mallory and Nicoletta were the daycare representatives I met with, I was immediately comforted by their positive attitudes towards myself and the children. They have a huge room with lots of toys and my 2 children, 3 years boy and 18 month girl were drawn right into the setting. I enrolled immediately with Monica a front desk representative who was a absolute delight. Decided to tour the facility and found it to have everything I needed especially the grass mat for my insanity workout. Felt extremely comfortable working out. The men’s locker rooms were on point and they even had rain SHOWERS, plus a sauna. It was a 5 Star Experience from start to finish and I’m excited to be a Gold’s Gym Member.

2022-06-15A girl named Autumn was doing the entire shake bar by herself and at the same time was keeping amazing conversations going with everyone. I hope this girl gets help or a raise at some point. The best customer service I’ve ever had

2022-06-21Try to cancel and no one helps you. They tell you to come back when the person who does cancellations comes back from lunch. You only have 1 person that can cancel memberships? When you finally do cancel you constantly get calls and texts messages from abc financial saying you owe them money or you’re going to collections. This gym is a scam save yourself the issues and just go somewhere else.

2021-08-16I highly recommend Golds Gym from the variety of classes and friendliness of staff to the cleanliness of the facility. I prefer personal training and whatever my goals are they have been there for me every step of the way. Alex and Andre are great trainers!

2021-03-16I highly recommend this gym. Whether you are a power lifter or training for a marathon this gym has what youre looking for. Plenty of space to distance yourself from others and plenty of sanitizing stations as well. I have been going to this gym for over a year and I wouldnt switch a thing. Great selection of machines. There are plenty of freeweights, benches, squat racks, treadmills, and the list goes on!

2021-10-29I love going to this gym, but am overall upset with what happened with todays daycare staff. Its my childs 4th time coming to this daycare and she is always crying because shes not used to being at a daycare at all or babysat with anyone in general (She is a covid baby). They call me in every 15 min to calm her down, which I do not mind at all. But it doesnt leave me much of a workout. I always workout with my friend who also happens to be a mother, and today when we went to pick up our children, one of the daycare staff members tells my friend that she should come without me!?Once my friend told me this, I honestly flipped out!! And told both the manager and daycare worker that, that comment was completely uncalled for, rude, and disrespectful!!

2020-08-30Today was my first visit to golds gym in Middletown ny. This is By far the best gym in Orange County ny . The warmth and welcome by Maria at the front desk was very impressive. The gym is amazing and very well maintained and I wasn’t at all concerned about social distancing during the pandemic!! They even give you your own towel to keep to clean down the machines instead of paper towels other gyms use. I highly recommend this gym to anyone looking to join a gym as I am going to cancel my membership at planet fitness and start going there . Maria took the time to acknowledge us as we were leaving which not all gyms do.

2020-10-17Such a good gym? Before and after covid! Theyve made such strides to ensure a safe and clean environment to all members and as someone who had had to hop around gyms, this has been and will continue being my fitness home, 10/10 would strongly recommend.
