Just did an irons fitting. They charge $100 for 60 minutes because of the “special technology”. The guy had me hit 4 balls with three different clubs and after 25 minutes said “you’re all done, do you want to order them?” Didn’t go over any of the “special technology”. Don’t waste your money here, they need a serious lesson in customer service.

This place is overhyped. Heard they have a great selection of used clubs which isn’t the case and their prices are still high. No complaints with the staff they asked if we needed help with anything or had any questions.

Went in there a couple weeks ago to get my club re-gripped and do not have any complaints about that but, I must say I went in there again to test out some drivers and the people there couldnt have seemed more disinterested in helping me. Told me its $30 to get fitted for a club. Who doesnt want to hit the club first before buying it? Because of that left and didnt purchase the driver and went somewhere else and got a better deal.

If you are a serious golfer, stay away. I went in to purchase a new set of irons and asked for help. I told the employee that Ive tried a couple of sets, but wanted some advice. He showed me to the hitting net, gave me eight golf balls, pointed to some demo clubs (of which the selection of brands were small) and walked away. I was not asked what I play now, what types of irons I am looking for, what is my average score, what am I looking for in a set, would I be interested in a fitting, what flex......nothing. Eight balls and pointed to some demo clubs. At least have the conversation so you can pull and tape some clubs, then let me warm up and then make some suggestions.

They would not honor a $200 dollar gift card I have. I called all the way up through the whole customer service chain and no one can help. Do not trust them with gift cards or customer service they will not do anything for the customer. Will never give them my business again.
