If I could give 10, 100 stars. I would. Everytime I go to Gongcha no matter which one, its always the best. I cant wait to be a regular at this one! Everything was cold and delicious. Perfect on a hot summer day! Thanks Gongcha ❤️

Best boba and sushi in Albany and really good prices, I love how everything is very customizable.
Love the bubble tea here. You can customize sugar level, ice level, and a large variety of mix ins. Have been here a few times now and will definitely keep coming back as there are so many different drinks to try!
Im a fan of the boba tea here! The teas Ive had have been really flavorful and the boba pearls are some of the better ones than Ive had. The service is typically fast, always friendly, and they have helped me make tea decisions on more than one occasion! This is an easy decision stop for me to make when a boba craving kicks in.
Really good bubble tea spot located right off Albany’s campus. They have lots of options in terms of customizability of ice/sweetness level and you can add a lot of topics to your tea as well. Their brown sugar teas are amazing.

This was my first experience with bubble tea. Very enjoyable. I also tasted a lychee slushy, which was great! I love lychee.
Very depress, I thought it would surprise me since it was pretty popular milk tea store in the city , I just ordered a milk foam green tea on Uber eat , after drinking it , I have no idea where’s the green tea taste, I feel like I’m just drinking sweet ice water with boba, very depress about this.
Update on my review: Will drop to 4 Star since:I requested a LESS ICE & 30% SUGAR but I saw the staff still puts so many ICE in the Milk Tea and does not care if I requested a Less Ice or not.Also It may not be them but my family got a whole Bad Night - Insomnia after drinking their Milk Tea, possible they added more caffeine or something is not right with the mix of this Milk Tea and along one of our medicines that day. This is the only drink we did bought during that day and gives my whole family an insomnia night with severe palpitations. Hopefully this Milk Tea is not related to it.

Great selection. Good variety in rolls. But maybe my hometown has large sushi rolls? Because these ones were puny. Its like theyre running out of rice or something. Delicious despite this.

2022-07-15So happy they’re here in Albany! Our drinks were yummy! I love the milk foam black coffee, my go to drink. A lot of boba shops places, my drink always end up tasting like a sweet creamy drink with no coffee taste. Here it actually Still has the Coffee taste (you can chose your level of sweetness) & tad very faint salty taste to it from the milk foam. Our taro milk tea was also great.The strawberry milk one, next time we have to do less sweet vs how it comes regularly, in my opinion i thought it was on the sweeter side. Definitely coming back.

2022-05-10This is a staple chain bubble tea joint that I plan to visit on my best and worst days. Havent had a bad drink yet. Great selection, good customization, staff service was delightful. I hope this place never closes down. Looks like itll open a sushi counter soon.

2022-07-08I was so excited to learn this location opened in the Albany area. So far Ive tried the dirty brown sugar milk tea and the creme brulee strawberry latte. Cant wait for my next visit. Im very interested in the lychee oolong and the wintermelon.

2022-05-14Didn’t think to take a picture before, but this is some of the best green tea I have ever had. Perfectly sweet, just wish they had the star jelly. Definitely coming back!

2022-05-15I love this store this was my first time going and I only had to wait about five minutes I got three drinks and I love each one. My favorite is the strawberry milk tea( the one in the picture)with black tapioca pearls. Defined going back soon!

2022-06-20Warning: Don’t come here to do work on a laptop. There are no charging ports in the seating area. I appreciate they can tailor the tea’s to your liking with sugar. They have a very good variety and the cheese topping is wonderful.

2022-07-09To keep it brief, the bubble tea is exquisite, a bit pricey but worth it bc you wont find bubble tea this unique and this good in this area BUT the sushi is not worth it. Its overpriced and its only a 6 piece roll with barely any rice. Theyre tiny. You can get better sushi for a better deal in this area. Will always come back for the drinks though!

2022-06-21FINALLY. A legit boba spot in Albany! I shaved off a star because 1) They dont offer everything that most of their other locations have, such as aloe jelly. I love aloe jelly. Herbal jelly is great though, and youre able to control the ice and sugar level.
