I love these inserts changed my life immediately!!! Within 5 minutes I felt relief from my back pain and feet..it was amazing At first the price floored me. But the lifetime replacements makes it well worth it. The staff was very polite and informative. They answered all my questions and worked out a plan that worked for me. I recommend that your feet are worth atlwastcheckig it out for yourself
I broke my foot and was in a cast up to my knee for a month and then a boot for another month. When I was finally able to walk unassisted, I experienced terrible pain in my big toe. After 4 months, I couldn’t take it anymore and finally went to the Good Feet Store. I had the good fortune to have Brandon work with me to find the correct inserts that gave me the ability to enjoy long walks and exercise classes once again. Thank you Brandon and the Good Feet Store!
The salesman couldn’t explain to me why the sneakers would work for feet and back pain. He was supremely bored and wanted me to shell out a lot of money when they don’t even have sneakers to try on in various sizes. The pair I tried were extremely tight and uncomfortable - and yes he measured my feet. Glad I didn’t waste much time.
I am an RN and on my feet all day. Your reviews brought me into the store because of all the read things I read, I realized nobody who had great things written about them worked there anymore. Instead i was greeted by a young brunette lady who didnt seem to know a great deal and appeared to be on psychotropic medications. I didnt feel comfortable and decided to leave. Being in the medical field I would recommend hiring knowledgeable & professional personnel.
So I kept seeing commercials and foot pain was not any better. I took a medicine that caused plantar faciitis. My doctor gave me a list of exercises for it but they werent really working and hurt to do them. I drove the hr it took to get to the store. I went inside and explained my issue and right away the young lady was measuring my feet. She came out of a supply room with a handful of arch supports. She settled on 3 and upon placing one in my shoes asked me to take a test walk. They were tight at first but as I walked I noticed the pain slipping away. I was comfortable and almost pain free in minutes. Then of course here comes the catch, the price and instructions. I was told I needed a set of 3. I was told to wear one for approximately 30 mins. Wear another for a couple hrs. The last one was a maintaining insole. The price for the 3 were just over $800.00. The pain moved from my feet to my heart. A year later I am pain free with out spending that kinda money. I bought a couple cheap insoles and some heal cups.
The store manager Zach went above and beyond any experience I have had before. I came in with an old support that was apparently the wrong size and shape for my foot. After he took time balancing me, sizing me, and fitting me, he provided me with a replacement for my old support and also recommended an additional support to strengthen my feet. I am amazed at the difference and have had immediate relief after his consultation. Good Feet not only a special product but a very special talent representing them. Clean and professional atmosphere as well. I highly recommend them.
My experience at the good feet store, each time, was amazing! Everyone in there is so friendly and not pushy to sell items. Which meant a lot to me. The fitter who worked with me was so helpful and knowledgeable too. I learned so much about my feet and the support I need. If you go in there be sure to ask for him, his name is Adam! Adam was patient with all my questions and matched me up with support I needed. He was also informative about the warranties that are available to me based on my products.
Horrible experience! The young girl was outside the store and saw us walking towards the entrance and was quick to ask if we had an appointment. Of course we had no idea an appointment was needed and live an hour away. She somehow made time for us. Very unprofessional.
Excellent service! excellent product knowledge! My new shoes and arch support system really help my back and they keep my feet comfortable! The salesman Robert was very Patient and thorough. He was able to help my wife and I choose the arch support system that to work well for both of us. The whole process was easy we even found a great pair of shoes each that were extremely comfortable! I have wasted a lot of money in the past buying cheaper insoles and arch supports from other companies. Those companies you step on the scale and supposedly “Set you up with the proper support”. well those cheaper arch supports even more insulting injury with the cheaper ones is you end up buying several pair throughout the year over several years that adds up to a lot of money. The cheaper ones still not nearly as good as As the ones from the good feet store. Not even close! The quality of my new Arch supports I can’t say enough good things about them. I am in the construction trade and really need the arch supports to maintain proper back alignment. I already have an injured spine and have had surgery and this system takes quite a bit of pressure off of my spine and allows me to have comfort throughout the day which allows me to work an 8 to 14 hour day.In closing do yourself a favor invest the money now and you will never regret it besides they stand behind their arch supports against breakage for a lifetime. Thanks
I have not had a great experience with my good feet insoles. The salesman at the store was very accommodating and helpful however I’m on my second pair and not only do I still have foot pain but I have increased foot pain. I need to go back to get another fitting. I understand that this might be part of the process but since they have a no refund policy it’s very frustrating to spend $1000 and not get comfort and relief. I wish there was a break in period where you could wear them in your day-to-day activities and then decide if it’s the right choice for you.
Initial consult was fine and my back pain really was significantly reduced once fitted with the proper shoes and inserts however... the $150. sneakers ( Espira Aquarius) have shredded on the inside back heel. I have ONLY ever worn them for walking ( approx 2 miles 3x per week ). They otherwise look brand new. I called when I first noticed holes start to appear ( 2 months after purchase ) but was told only a 30 day warranty on the shoes. UPDATE: I brought the sneakers to the store to have them take a look. They agreed that it was defective and replaced the shoes at tho charge. Very Happy once again. Thank you.
I created this google just to tell people how amazing this product is. Zach was such an informative and well spoken professional. He explained everything so elaborately that I thought he was a Doctor. I suffered from fallen arches, knee, hip, and back pain and following his advice has changed my life. I am pain free and doing things I love once again. I even hiked with my children and grandchildren the other day. I highly recommend making the investment into good feet arch supports and suggest you see Zach. Thank you all so much!
I visited the Good Feet Store in Albany NY after seeing the commercials. Adam was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. So far the inserts I purchased have helped me out. I had a chance to speak to Adam on the phone and he gave me some helpful tips to use the inserts the best possible way to treat my planter fasciitis. I would highly recommend Adam and the Good Feet Store to everyone.
The employees at the Good Feet Store really care and take the time to find what is best for you. I never felt rushed or pushed into anything. Im only working with these inserts for a week but I feel a difference the way I am walking and hope as I continue to work with my doctor on the bone issues I am having...I only see a positive outcome from my visit and purchase at the Good Feet Store.
Adam was Awesome! and the Good Feet product is even better.I LOVEem!I have arthritis in my back, knees and ankles with fallen arches taboot, sometimes just walking to the other room hurt so I knew I needed serious support when I decided to protest an injustice done unto me and the Good Feet Store add magickly appeared on my computer screen.I did almost 8 hours straight, with No sit down breaks, of pacing last week and I Feel GREAT! You can watch me give this product the Ultimate Workout Monday - Thursday 8am -4:30pm on my Face Book Live Stream, just look for Royce Marie Patton ;-)
My experience with the Good Feet Store in Albany was wonderful! Gerry took great care of me and took the time to explain everything to my husband and myself and answered all our questions. I am already noticing a definite improvement in the pain I had been experiencing. I highly recommend Gerry and the Good Feet Store if you are having problems with your feet!!!
Notice very little difference. I purchased to help with back pain (degenerative disc) but didn’t work. Unfortunately, it’s set up in such a way that you have to purchase to find out whether or not they work because they only give you a few minutes in store to try in the shoes they provide and all sales final. If I had to do again I would have gone to a doctor for orthotics.
After many years of low-arch pain in both feet, I went to the Albany NY Good Feet Store. A friendly sales rep fitted me with a full set of inserts and liners. Its expensive, and I have to keep changing inserts as I go through the breaking-in period. But it will all be worth it, to conquer the pain Ive suffered with for so long.I do wish that I didnt have to tear the original liners out of each pair of shoes. That nearly ruined one inexpensive pair, they were glued in pretty solidly. And I wish that orthotics were covered by health insurance; most insurance companies act like foot problems arent a health issue connected to the rest of the body!I would recommend Good Feet to anyone who can afford it, and I found the Albany store to be clean, pleasant, and the staff are knowledgeable and professional.
I had a very good representative, Adam. He was very professional and personal. He is definately an asset to your organization. The inserts were not something I was expecting. It will take time to get used to, hopefully, they will work as time permits. I had a very good experience.. the downside, if for some reason the customer was not satisfied, there is no remedies other than an in store credit. This was not explained at the time of purchase.
I took my Mom to get some arch supports. She walks a bunch but has Achilles Tendinitis& high arches.her feet are beat. Dan was the best, he was super helpful and took great care of my Mom. She’ll be skipping all over town now in her new kicks. Thank you so much,Dan! You are the man!
My experience at The Good Feet Store was very enlightening and helpful and I made a purchase to help me walk in a healthier, less painful way which is going well. Because I have lupus and several other auto immune illnesses I am being careful to separate where discomfort is coming from and so far, my feet continue to feel better. I also have plantar faceitis (not sure of spelling). I am doing 8 hours a day with the temporary support and using the starter one in the morning and evening as directed. I think thats how it was explained. If not, instructions please.
Thank you so much to Robert!! What an amazing knowledgeable employee, he was so pleasant and helpful making sure my son was comfortable with the supports that he recommended. His customer service was excellent, and he really made up for the previous visits that we had!! My five stars are for Robert!! Thanks again for making sure my son was no longer in pain!!
Richard JeffreysI met with Robert on Dec. 27th 2018. My feet had been hurting for a while and my back was sore. I also have sciatica. Robert took his time asking me questions and checking out my feet and shoes. He recommended the classic strengthener, maintainer and relaxer insoles. I wore the relaxers home and started with the strengthener the next day for a half hour, then the maintainer for an hour and then the relaxer. My back and feet were both great that day. Robert called me about a week later to see how I was doing. I had been increasing the time of each, but I tend to push things and wore them too long. I called Robert to ask him some questions. He of course asked some questions back. I have gone back to the instructions he gave me and things are going well. Robert was and is very professional and is always willing to help.

After years of increasing joint pains in my ankles and knees (plus tired feet) and of slowing down my walk to try to reduce the shin splint experiences, i tried the Good Feet Stores solution.I had tried other arch supports which had helped some; but the inserts from TGFS made dramatic improvements far beyond anything else i had tried.I highly recommend the Good Feet Store.
My husband and I had a thorough and time consuming evaluation that answered all our questions and Kim, our salesperson, was extremely knowledgeable and not pushy at all. Kim was direct about what we could hope to achieve in pain relief and I am experiencing a noticeable degree of back pain reduction. I would recommend Good Feet to anyone experiencing foot and/or back pain. It has helped me.
I spent over 500 dollars for inserts that seemed fine for a couple of hours of wear but any longer and they caused severe pain worse than what I already suffered. I was assured that it was normal and I would be able to eventually work my way up to a full day and begin feeling relief but it would take time. That never happened and figured out about 3 weeks after purchasing them that I had made a huge expensive mistake. Wish I had done more research before getting taken for so much money.
I was surprised to find that this store offers really just one line of real products - which are spectacularly over-priced - and no other realistic product solutions to peoples foot problems. Sure, if you are wealthy and can afford to pay $850 for insoles, good for you - by all means enjoy them. But for most people this is not only unrealistic but predatory, given that people come in in pain and hoping for relief. Talk about unethical business practices. Im glad I didnt take the full bait - really, I couldnt afford to even if I wanted to. I did cave and buy a temporary pair of insoles expected to last a few months to the tune of $150 because I was convinced by the sales person that this would help. Big mistake. They are no better than the $40 insoles I was already wearing that I ordered online. I thought they would be at least incrementally better. This feels like a scam - like I got ripped off just so they could sell something. Perhaps their actual product line is better - I dont actually know since I couldnt afford to take that leap. But, I am skeptical. Why on earth would anyone pay $850 for a set of insoles, no matter how great they are?! I guess because they are in pain and given no other options. I feel taken advantage of, and I have no recourse given their no returns policy. I should have known better and gone with my gut instincts. Do yourself a favor and save your money, unless you can really afford the financial hit and are willing to take the risk.To the business: Just because you have a lifetime guarantee doesnt justify overcharging people for something you manufacture. If you really stand behind your product, offer a *real* guarantee by giving money-back if customers arent satisfied.
I purchased inserts for my plantar fasciitis because the sales rep convinced me this would solve my problem. I spent alittle over 400 dollars in 2011. Ive visited the store on many occasions because the foot pain never went away, only minor relief of pain. Each time I come back to ask why the 400 dollar inserts arent working i get different answers. The first time I was told the sales rep sold me the wrong size inserts. The next time I was told i needed new inserts because they are worn down. Next time i visited i was told I needed to upgrade to a new product for another 400 dollars which is laughable because the first product didnt work, only reason i purchased it was to fix the problem for good... Last time i visited with foot pain i was told i couldnt get a replacement pair because they no longer had me in there computer system ( which i was for years). I was instructed to call a number they provided to get proof of purchase (which is ridiculous because i spent 400 dollars for a lifetime warranty) Of course no one ever answers this phone number or returns any messages. I still have extreme foot pain and have just given up dealing with good feet. many cases of plantar fasciitis heal themselves in 4-6 weeks. I feel much of there business is selling products to people with less serve cases. I feel the inserts ive been sold has only made my feet worse. No reason anyone should have plantar fasciitis for years. I just learned about a taping method that helps reduce pain and cure plantar fasciitis. Im going to start that method today since the inserts and decent customer service for the last 6 years deal with good feet store...
I ve had plantar fasciitis pain for 2 years , I have been to a podiatrist, had steroid injections, and done excersises, Still the Pain continued. I Went to good feet in Albany, New York.It was easy to get fitted for insoles, as soon as I put them on I felt the difference right away. Kimberly was very helpful, she explained everything in detail and was not pushy for me to purchase. I have been wearing the insoles for two weeks and already my pain has decreased majorly, I can even wear the insoles with sandals. Looking forward to being pain free, and working with Kimberly at good feet. Benny
They seem to work well for some people but they dont work for everybody and they didnt work for me. A big problem is the no return policy - When I tried them on in the store they felt okay...but once I left and wore them for a while I developed pain and numbness. Swapped them out 3 times and still not right. I WAS able to get a refund. Im not sure why but Im glad I did. What other store would want you to spend such large sums of money with no chance of refund if there is a problem? Also, be careful with the Care Credit they push if you cant afford their product - its 12 months to pay at 0%...but that is deferred interest. If you dont pay the balance in full you will owe 12 months of interest at about 26% on top of it all!!
The consaultant CJ that helped me was awesome, and the product is awesome! He explained everything so well and answered all of my questions. Within days my knee and foot issues were almost negligible! Will recommend to all my friends with foot proplems and alignment issues!!
I am a huge supporter of good feed already. I have play it Sports throughout my life rugby, skiing ,Polo Etc. I have had two ACL reconstructions on my right knee and one ACL reconstruction on my right knee , along along with ankle and feet injuries over the years playing sports. The level of chronic pain in all of those areas pushed me to visit good feed this past week. Within 30 minutes of of putting the inserts in my shoes I have not had any knee pain. It is a life changer!!!!!
I am currently following the prescribed instructions by the Arch Support Specialist, Adam Green. Step 1: Strengtheners -- This arch support causes sever pain. This is my seventh day wearing the support increasing the time by 15-minutes each day. Each day I cant wait to stop wearing the Step 1 support.
I went in and was fitted with orthopedics a few mos. back. I have had trouble with the velcro staying attached to either my footwear or the back of the orthodox. I went back to the store to talk about this and was told it was because I bought a temporary orthodox made of petroleum and that was why they keep coming off. (I think its a way to have to keep purchasing them). I told her I had never been told about the $600 permanent ones and why would I have bought temporary ones that would wear out very fast. Again she repeated the process and what I should have done. Again I repeated my current problem and the fact that I had never been told about the permanent ones. Again she repeated the process. So frustrated! Her solution was to by the $600 pair. My point, Ive already spent over $100+ for something that is temporary. We left it, she would talk with someone and get back to me. Thought she may have given me more velcro, but could purchase more if I needed too. My solution is that you will give me a credit toward the $600 pair. Do the tabs come off of those? Do they wear out so quickly as well? I could not be more disappointed. When I called today, to talk with Chris, she was out, the gentleman that I talked with, interrupted me in the middle of me explaining why I was calling to ask me to wait a moment. He then went to say goodbye to a client and got into a lengthy, nothing conversation. Guess they must have bought the $600 pair. When he came back on the phone, he immediately said I could use the ones I had toward the $600 pair. No one offered to give me more velcro tabs to temporarily solve the problem, that they would be a problem with the product I was sold, or any explanation as to why I was never explained the entire process. Not the Good feet store, and terrible customer service. Not at all concerned with the issue I went in for, just up selling me. .
I ordered slippers for my husband 12/18/15 - they told me they wouldnt arrive before Christmas, and promised to call me as soon as they arrived. No call! Finally I called them and the slippers were in. He tried them on, but we needed to order a larger size (they promised to call me as soon as they arrived. No call again!) Finally I called them and they said the 2nd pair of slippers were in. When my husband went to pick them up he was told they couldnt find the slippers...and the manager said they did not even have our order on record! The store seems to be run very incompetently. Not sure how much longer it will take for us to fight for our slippers! - todays date, 2/8/16
Employees are not medical doctors, therefore can not write prescriptions for your orthotics that would most likely be covered under your insurance. We paid nearly $900 for my wifes arch support system that was NOT custom molded. Instead the supports came from the stockroom. They are stock sizes. Then a month later got in with a podiatrist, who wrote a script for CUSTOM orthotics, covered by insurance. (@ $400). So, even if you do not have insurance, chances are you will pay less by visiting a medical Dr. and getting real custom orthotics.Another note...Good Feet orthotics are NON RETURNABLE.
I went there with my family during a snow storm because i was in alot of pain and could barely walk. Because of the storm, they were going to close for the day, but the manager noticed I was waiting for the store to open. He asked if I was there for them and kindly let me and my family in the storw. He took him time and explained everything that was going on and how he could helo. Within w days I was walking normal again with out pain.
Well I had no idea how expensive it would be but I am just desperate enough to get my feet and legs feeling better again after an extended time using very bad shoes on vacation. I know I am looking for a miracle and hope, hope, hope that this starts to bring about a resolution.
I when to the good feet store after spending a lot of money at other places, I thought it would be the answer to my problem but, wrong again after spending $800 I really only got more bruised feet and aches, I when back they replaced the insoles, but nothing worked and just to know that of course they is no refunds, I think they are just in the business of selling insoles, I really hate the good feet store, its bad feet store for me.
So Ive been wearing my insoles for about a month now and nothing is better. Ive called and left 2 messages regarding charges for a product I didnt receive and no one can call me back. Also the person I dealt was says oh Ill follow up with you and of yet to hear from her. They make promises to get you to buy the product because they know you are stuck. I dont see how they can say you are wearing them wrong. People save your money and see a doctor.
Writing this for my grandmother because she does not have her own Google account. My grandmother was having back pain and leg pain which was making it so she had a hard time balancing. We came in and worked with Austin and my grandma was already walking better when she left the store. It was a little more expensive than my grandma had thought it would be (she spent around $1600 but if it keeps her walking and helps her pain its obviously worth it. Also the salesman was friendly and worked with us and the products are lifetime warrantied so now anyone going knows the price and maybe wont be as shocked as we were. But thanks again to Austin.

2022-07-16Go to an actual medical professional instead!Took my friend here to see if they could help with her leg and back pain, with the idea that it might be coming from her feet being poorly supported. The (very young) salesperson assured her that their insoles would help her, with no medical basis for her claims. $1600 later (nonrefundable) and after a month of trying various insoles for different amounts of time, my friend came to the conclusion that they wouldnt be able to help her after all. Her condition was NOT due to lack of insole support as they led her to believe. There are actual doctors out there who can help you, go to one of them!

2022-06-05I think $1400 is way to much for shoe inserts, they tell you it will change your life when you listen to there ads, once in the store they dont want you to leave untill you spend the outrageous amount of $1400 for 3 pairs of inserts in a fancy box. Ill stick to the pair my foot Dr sold me for $34.95. oh and when you say you cant afford such a high price they offer to finance them. Then when you say no the price starts to come down on what they say will work but are not quite the same as the _$1400 ones. No thank you

2022-02-08I have plantar fasciitis and have suffered from this condition for years. In 2020 for about 8 months I could barely walk on my right heel. I tried everything and followed the advice from 2 Drs. I made an appt with a foot Dr but unfortunately he couldnt see me until spring. So I took the matter into my own hands.I was reluctant to go to The Good Feet Store for only one reason...the money. My husband planned a trip for us and told me before we left..were going to the Good feet store. I walked (barely) in there and the two hours they spent with me was a revelation. I walked out...yes walked. I have pep in my step now. All I can say is dont show reluctance like I did. Just go. They will tell you exactly whats wrong and theres no obligation to buy into having the proper inserts. Believe me when I say that once they fit you, you wont be disappointed. Your life will be forever changed. Mine was and Im truly grateful for the assistance as well as the sincerity from the girl who helped me.

2021-08-07I work as a RN, on my feet all day. The last few years have have been torture for my feet, legs and hips. After 40+ years of patient care my feet were saying stop. I would come home, legs cramping, feet vibrating and burning. I started wearing surgical support socks, changed footwear, put my legs up every moment I could. While that helped somewhat, it was not the answer. By the end of the day I was so distracted by foot pain I couldn’t wait to get home and off my feet. I had been seeing commercials for The Good Feet Store and thought to myself, why not? I went to the Albany store and Allie listened to me. She suggested I try specific arch supports. Allie was so informative and easy going. I will say, that when I first started wearing the supports I wondered if they would work for me. At first, they felt so uncomfortable, but I followed the directions Allie gave me for the break-in period, which is different for everybody. It has been 3 weeks since I started wearing these supports and when Allie called me for follow up, I was happy to report to her I could go through my day with no foot or leg pain! She was genuinely happy for me, I could hear the smile in her voice. And Allie, one thing I forgot to tell you when you called to follow up—this past Friday, instead of putting my feet up during my lunch hour, I went outside for a walk and enjoyed the beautiful day. Haven’t done that in 2 years, so, thank you, thank you. I hope this inspires those who experience foot pain to give the Good Feet Store in Albany, NY a try. And ask for Allie!!!

2021-09-24Very very expensive like to the tune of 1300$ not really custom just pulled them out of the back room one size does all. Three different types of inserts sent home with me, like I’m suppose to bring them to work and change them out during the day? I work construction I don’t have time to do that. Been wearing a week with no subtle improvement very dissatisfied and no money back guarantee nothing, just seems ridiculous. My feet hurt badly and I was desperate so I fell for it paid in full up front and now I’m no better than when I started.

2021-05-18I was lucky enough to have the pleasure of Allie setting me up with some orthotic inserts. I’ve never seen better customer service in my life. She didn’t rush and was happy to answer any questions I had. She should probably get a raise or at least a couple paid days off. Allie was extremely knowledgeable and friendly, I can’t wait for my next appointment.

2021-08-06Excellent service and knowledgeable staff. Anthony was outstanding. After one week a noticeable difference for me. Cannot say enough good things. Very important to follow directions to receive positive results. Looking forward for continued improvement as I use these inserts.
