If you’re choosing between shoe stores, try this one! I am so impressed with the service (and shoe selection) here that, despite not living in the neighborhood, I will return here whenever I want a new pair of shoes. I came here after searching through five other stores for a pair of comfortable yet fashionable sandals for walking in Europe, and a woman working there was extremely helpful, listening to my needs and preferences and recommending various options. I decided to purchase a more expensive shoe than I had originally intended because it was so very cute and comfortable - it’s a small store, but they pick their options carefully. However, a week later I noticed some discoloration on the leather. I took them back, but couldn’t exchange them because they had sold out of that type. The man who I think owns the shop took the shoes, gave me a ticket for an equal pair, and said he’d call me the next day about an incoming shipment. He did call, and in the end he doctored up the ones I’d given back and gave me a steep discount (refund) on them since they couldn’t get new stock for a couple weeks. So I found everyone at this business very knowledgeable, helpful, and fair in addition to providing great options.

I had a great experience here. The staff was very nice and helpful. I found two pairs of shoes in a relatively short period of time, and they are by far the most comfortable shoes I’ve ever owned! Thank you!

Very disappointed with this store! The female employee was beyond rude and confrontational. Male employee had told me he had shoes available in my son’s size the night before so I rearranged our schedule before leaving for x-mas break. Only to be left waiting in the store for a solid 15 minutes while the woman was on the phone, then told they had practically no shoes my son’s size at all. She brought out a girl’s shoe, a completely inappropriate shoe for winter and only one that worked. But she just argued with me, was rude and disrespectful then, as a consequence of her rudeness, I became irritated she told me to calm down. I will never go to this store again and recommend others to use Windors Shoes on 5th ave. They are polite and kind.

They didn’t sharpen my ice skates at all is not even close to an 1/2 in hollow and the edges weren’t perfect either

Decent selection of shoes considering the small space. However, I am disappointed that we got very little help with fitting a child who is in between shoe sizes and has flat feet. The owner/manager was pleasant but wasn’t particularly helpful and seemed indifferent to our questions.

As someone that does a lot of walking shoes are very important to me and I am extremely particular about the comfort level. Good Footing is my go-to source for comfortable stylish footwear. They have all of my favorite brands...Birkenstock, Dansko, Blundstone...and the service is great. Highly recommend. Buy local!

Staff was very helpful and patient with me while I tried on all of the different shoes and spent an eternity making a decision. Great selection of womens shoes, slightly more limited for men and kids but still good.

The staff here were so nice! I visited this store with a friend from France. She was looking for a specific type of shoe and the staff were very accommodating to help her find what she was looking for.Right now the store has some very good brands of shoes on clearance. This store is worth a visit for a great service and potentially great deals you could find!
