If I could give more than 5 stars I would!! The manager Kris is accommodating, thorough and always does an excellent job. My car needed a ton of work and they got it done in a very timely manner. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Terrible Place - Do not Take your Car (they will attempt to rip you off, waste your time or both)My wife brought her car in after driving with a screw in her tire for 3 days. They claimed that it could not be fixed because it was in the shoulder of the tire, it was not, it was dead center of the tread. New tire would be $210+$30 install and it would take all day. She went to All-Weather in Huntington and she was out in 10 minutes for $16 dollars. Good Year had also given her the wrong size for reference. Do not go to any good year tire center, they are either incompetent or liars, either way do not give them your business.

Had there road hazard on my tire. Had several nails stuck in it. Called ahead to make an appointment. They said it was fine just come down. I had called at 2 and said I could be there by 330. I got there at 320. They took over forty minutes to figure out my car tire was still under warranty. Then asked if someone was going to pick me up as it wouldnt be ready until 6 when they closed. I explained I called to find out if I could come at the specified time and I needed between 430 and 445. I would not have left work early if I knew I was going to have to wait two them to get my warranty together and such. Which they never really fully accomplished. I would went there initially as I knew the manager who ran it for years. But since he has left the lot is always empty.

Outstanding service and friendly employees. Usually when dealing with warranties on tires you have to jump through hoops. Not at the Commack, NY Goodyear location. I was pleasantly surprised. I couldn’t have asked a better service experience. Thank you Alex and Kristofer.
Kristofer, District Team Leader provides top notch customer service. He adapted to my situation quickly and set up the the new tire sale through my fleet manager after a lot of hard, effective work. Been given a complete run around by this place! I brought my car in for a cost estimate on a rim and two tires. They said theyd get back to me the next day. The next day came around, I called and they said theyd get back to me in an hour. I called in an hour and the first time I called they picked up and HUNG UP. I called again and they told me to wait a half hour. I just called twice again and they picked up the phone and hung up TWICE. What a terrible way to treat customers. Never coming back to this dump again, see ya Goodyear, hello Pepboys! Do not come here for your auto needs unless you wanna be held up and given the run around by a gaggle of inexperienced boys!
Great customer service!! Came in for a oil change. Guys in the back perform a free safety check and recommended couple of filters. Oh my god ! if you seen the condition of these filters ! I got 40,000 miles on my car and never had them changed out. They also brought me to the back showed me my tires and recommended an alignment. I went with the package, after a coupon applied it was around $189.00 for 3 year warranty! Which i think was a very good deal! I love this shop and love the energy of the people that work here. Would highly recommend this shop to anyone in the area !!

Brought my truck in last week and got incredible service! Anthony at the front was incredibly helpful and very kind and patient with me as I do not understand much about cars. I also spoke to Kris, the manager, and he was just as awesome and helpful! I highly recommend going here if you want great customer service, a fair price and trustworthy work! Been dealing with Khaleem, he’s nothing but honest with me, working with me and getting good prices he’s not like every other mechanic from other shops just throwing your car on a lift and charging you an arm and a leg. I recently visited and I must say I was pleasantly surprised . With the pandemic still in progress it could be challenging to navigate business and maintain quality customer service while keeping everyone safe. I felt a warm welcome while conducting business here while at the same time all protocols were met and kept to ensure that customers were kept safe and secure while conducting business. I made an appointment before showing up and they were exactly on schedule to work on my car within the scheduled time. I have to say a special thank you to Kahleem . He went above and beyond in making me feel welcome and got me in and out of there in a quick and safe manner . The technicians at Good year Auto service in Commack are very knowledgeable about all mechanical aspects of the C300. The new tires were installed properly and promptly. I’ve been coming here for all my automotive needs since 1997 and I can’t be any happier.
I recently had service done on 2 of my vehicles and everyone there was courteous and professional. Assistant service manager, Anthony Salvo was extremely attentive to my needs and concerns and was very efficient. Needless to say I will continue to use Goodyear for future vehicle services!

As soon I pulled up khaleem greeted me. I told him my tire issue.He explain everything I needed. by the way he explained i know he knew his stuff. He gave a quote on 4 tires with alignment, also road hazard protection. He also did a safety check and found out my air and cabin filter was dirty. He saved my engine He also explain how a goodyear credit card would save me money and i end up saving over $ 200 which is more then I would say if I was going to pay cash. I will never go to small shop again that a waste of money . because of good year I am having a great year. Thanks you are the best i would recommend this place anytime.
Great customer service, the front counter guy jack was great , while waiting Khaleem called me to the back showed me my tires and recommended that i get my car align due to uneven wear on my tires ! I also wasn’t charge for my flat repair which was Awesome ! These guys are full of energy and have a lot of fun doing what they do! Love this place would recommend to get ur car service here.
Anthony Nicholas and Khaleem Garcia have given me expert car service and clearly go above and beyond for their customers. I had some un forseen problems with my fuel lines and steering fluid and they did a great job taking care of me. They showed me and fully explained the issue and walked me through the entire repair process. I would recommend going in and speaking to these too for your future services.

Went there recently to have an oil change and have them screw something on to my car that came off. They wanted to way over charge me for the fix, but did it anyway before confirming the price with me. When I did not agree to the price they asked for, they un-did their work claiming they “don’t work for free” when I never even asked for it to be done for free. Except…..they did double the work….for free. Never coming here again.
I brought my car to the Commack Goodyear because I was having problems with my front suspension. And then , the store manager Kris was very professional and helped explain that my struts were bad and unsafe. He also noted that my wheel bearings needed to get replaced. He explained thoroughly what needed to get fixed. And then , he even had it fixed in a speedy manner. I was going on a long trip so I was more than happy Goodyear fixed this before a potential breakdown. I’m Very happy with my auto repairs here. Highly recommended!!

I had to go back 3 times to replace the tire that I had road hazard on. They did not even adjust the air pressure on my tires.
Great shop in the commack area. I usually dont like going to auto shops because they try to upsell you garage you dont need. The guys at good year especially Scott showed me everything I needed for my car with examples. They showed me how warped my brake rotors were in person and proved to me I actually needed to replace them instead of trying to sell me snake oil. Much respect to this good year location. Ill be back!

I bought the weather ready tires, I actually got a double rebate using a Goodyear credit card. Khaleem And his team got me in and out. I was kind of in a rush and they was very understanding. They got me out in a timely manner. Highly recommend.

I had an overall great experience at the Commack location. The staff was amazing, friendly, and inviting. Matthew helped me chose the best option for me! He gave me the best price for the tires I was looking for. I felt very comfortable and sure about what I was buying. I was definitely impressed and completely satisfied! Khaleem and Alex were instrumental in getting my vehicle back in running shape, as well as in a timely manner. Normally I’m not one to take my truck to a chain auto shop but I’m pleasantly surprised by the service. When your vehicle breaks down and you need it fixed fast these are the guys to take it to.

Excellent service at this Goodyear on multiple occasions. Alexander Bicocchi was the employee who helped me each time. My car was serviced quickly and Alexander kept me posted on the status of my car which made me feel better knowing my car is in good hands.
Matt, at the desk was very patient and helpful. He described the work to be done to us after the diagnosis and completed the job in a timely fashion. They told me the cost and didnt go a penny over. We appreciate his professional manner and wish him and the rest of the staff only the best!
I came here a couple times and couldnt not write a review. First thing I noticed was how accommodating they were. I would call and they would fit me in quickly. When I use to get my car serviced at other body shops in the past, for whatever reason, they would be rude and over charge me. This place at least is HONEST with you, which is so important in my opinion, and does an excellent job at making sure youre happy with your experience. Overall, if youre looking for a place to go to that you get your moneys worth, this is it!

Im sorry, I can;t recommend you go elsewhere strongly enough. This establishment, from what we can all tell, has a long and suspect history of nefarious dealings. My friend brought his car in and was recommended some things that were unnecessary and at a premium price. The salesperson was nice enough, but the business acumen of this store is simply not one I would feel comfortable with and refuse to go back.
Great customer service and reasonable and fair pricing. Me and my family come to this Good Year all the time. If u need any help I recommend you see Khalem and Josh those are two favorite employees at the store.
Not impressed. I needed a tire change. 15-30 mins top. They ran full diagnostics on my car to find nothing over 1.5 hrs. Then they wanted to overcharge me for a tire that couldnt be fixed that I left with and have driven on for 6 months now. I do not recommend this place to anyone. The place is clean, offers coffee and has TV while you wait to get hosed. Only reason for the 3 stars.
GoodYear was a bit wait of time but I always feel they do a great job and trust them to maintenance on my car.
I had a bubble in my tire at 330p on the Sunday before the big snowstorm last week. I took the car in, I had the insurance on the tires, I had two new tires and got my car back by 630p that night (even though they closed at 5p). Khaleem at the Commack store was on top of everything, had me in and out, and even had the pressure checked again for me in no time at all a few days later. Won’t go anywhere else!!!!
Took defective tire there to get replaced on my new vehicle. They scratched my rim. Went back because I had a flat, they scratched a second rim. They attempted to get both rims fixed and the new wheels were spray painted, not professionally, but by a guy that helps them out, a different color. They sent the wheels out again, and did all 4 wheels this time. The wheels came back with blemishes and all four of the inside of the wheels looked like someone dragged them across the concrete.Corporate advised to place a claim against this store, and is still in progress.I got a flat, took it in, manager said he refuses to touch my wheels now because everytime I come in, I have a problem. He says any goodyear I go to, will do the same thing and scratch my wheels because they have a touch-less system that isnt touchless and wil scratch the wheels. So rather than fix my tire, he insisted he refund me the tire protection plan, and I go to the dealer from now on.So, if you care about your rims, and the rest of your vehicle, stay away from this store.
Great experience! I brought my car in for an oil change and of course expected the common up sell. They made polite suggestions etc as all other auto body shops on this planet do but they made suggestions that actually made sense for my car. My tires are worn pretty badly and I knew that but dont have the cash to replace them just yet. I was happy to find out that my mechanic noticed my badly worn tires and suggested replacing them. My brakes are also super worn out and again I dont have the cash to replace them. They picked up on this as well. What if I knew nothing about general auto mechanics? I would of kept driving without knowing about my safety issues.Most other shops try and up sell you on things you dont actually need. I was pleasantly surprised that they actually suggested things that I knew I needed but dont have the cash just yet. I will be going back for their honesty. That means more to me than anything else.

I have been bringing all my cars to Commack Goodyear for years. Ive recently felt compelled to post this review because so often we hear about negative experiences and so rarely hear about the positive ones. The staff here is friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. Ive always felt comfortable with the information they provide. I feel as though Ive established a good relationship with the staff here and theyve always done right by me and my family. When Im short on funds, they tell me exactly what I need to have done to feel safe and secure on the road and Ive never questioned their expertise as theyve always been honest with me. This is my car we are speaking about and since I travel quite a bit, especially with my children, my safety is my number one priority. Thank you to Eric, the store manager and to his entire staff for always providing the very best in customer and vehicle service.

Horrible service. Decided to try this place because they had a coupon, but somehow my key fob stopped working right after they finished working on my car. I called when I realized and they told me to come in the next morning to see if they can take a look at it. I go in the next morning and the manager tells me there is nothing he can do and they don’t work on key fobs. Why would you tell me to come in if you aren’t going to do anything. Wasted a hour of my time driving and having to wake up early. Will never come back here again. Also, their oil change will take over an hour too. I’ve never had to wait over a hour for a simple oil change. Even while I was waiting there, I overheard people complaining to the manager and saw them try to rip people off telling them they need additional services done to their car. Stay away! No wonder they need to offer all these coupons.
Got warranty on Nitto tires. had them for over a year and daily drove. brought them in pretty worn and had the 3 year road side service warranty. called them and they had new tires waiting to put on brought them in and they looked at them and basically told me we cant do it because they have no tread. had a nail in the side wall and both tires were leaking. sent me home with nothing, didnt even attempt to plug them up. also wasted my money on the warranty and they told me i couldnt even get that money back. they wanted me to pay $710 for a new set that they had sitting in the garage for me ready to put on my wheels. ($710 tires) waste of time.
Ive used this location for all my vehicles since I moved to Commack 9 years ago. Its great having a national name behind a local business. I know nothing about cars but they take the time to explain to me what needs to be done, and will even demonstrate where a part had worn away. They have I think 8 docking bays for the cars to be serviced, so the wait times are usually minimal. Prices are competitive, and Ive never had to go back for the same problem. Great team of mechanics too..also, if you decide to wait for your car, they have a comfortable waiting area with coffee and large screen TV.
This was the most positive customer service experience I have ever had (in general, not just getting a car fixed). They worked to fix the original issue with my car and discovered additional issues, which they also fixed perfectly. They were able to do everything the day of and even let me wait in the store after hours since they were still finishing up my car (due to me bringing it in late). Khaleem was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. He helped me set up wifi on my computer and figured out a way to best use the tires I had. There were plenty of outlets to plug my computer in, abundant space to do work, and complimentary coffee. I hope I dont have any more car issues any time soon but if I do I will definitely return to this Goodyear. :)

I have been bringing my cars to this location for the last few years. Eric (Store Manager) goes above and beyond to walk through analysis of my visit and the work performed! The latest Goodyear moment which prompted me to share this review occurred this evening when I brought my car up for a tire repair. Despite the store being closed, Joe saw me outside and let me inside to escape the cold. He happened to be finishing up some paperwork and let me know they would fix my car first thing in the morning. Cant say enough about the great staff and service!

I had a great experience at this location. I felt very comfortable with leaving my car there to be worked on. The staff was very professional and informative. I was explained in detail to what was needed and what it was going to cost. My car has been running great since it was worked on and Ill bring it back for its next service!
I travel a distance just to come to this location. They have made car repairs and vehicle maintenance not so much a chore for me. Whether I have booked online or over the phone, they have been flexible with my drop off and pick up times, they stay in contact with me as needed while my car is being serviced, there has never been an issue with the quality or accuracy of their work and the invoice is never a surprise. Great team of employees!

I never write reviews but I felt that I wanted to because of all the help the staff at Commack Goodyear has given me over the years. i have 4 kids 6 vehicles and i have all my work done at this location. Never have I felt that work was done just for them to make a buck they always gave me options and never tried to sell me anything I didnt need.I have had work from oil changed to replacing an engine on my Sebring. Top notch mechanics all work was done once never had to go back for a repair gone wrong. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION FOR ALL YOUR AUTO REPAIRS. Steve
I give it 3 stars. Here is why:The shop does a good job most of the time. Employees are friendly when dealing with customer but there are only a few of them to deal with the possible customers who comes into the store. I have been here many times only because of friendly service. However, most of the time the job takes longer than you want. That could be because of the location. But definitly one thing I know is they also need more help inorder to correct this problem. They still have empty bays to use if they hired more people.They also need atleast one more representatives as well up in the front desk. Person in front is great when dealing with people and is on top of his game but a company of this size needs more than just one employee to do work effectivly. Sometimes you wait a long long time before even speaking to someone. I sometimes had to wait a long time to speak to someone just to hear that inorder to complete the job, I have to leave the car overnight because of time. Again, this has nothing to do with the employees effort.This is a fix that needs to be done on a franchise or ownership level. Hire more people and you will retain more customers garunteed!

Great service from Eric and his crew at the commack goodyear. They swapped out rims on my tires and did an alignment for a good price. I was missing spacers for the rims and they ordered them for me and put on for me. Very quick service and friendly staff, i will definitely be using them more in the future.
Came here after I got a flat while driving on the parkway. I assumed the tire was ruined and as it turns out my tire was in fact so as I had to drive on it to get off the parkway. They allowed me to see the inside of the tire sidewall. I asked them to please be careful while taking the tire off the rim. Not only did they not scratch my rim after changing my tire for a very reasonable price they also did it extremely efficiently. They had the new tire the next day and my car was back to perfect.
We had a tire leaking air -- and when I googled Commack Tire Repair, I saw that Goodyear had an offer to fix tires for free! I was skeptical, but discovered they have a web based way to make an appointment, and tried them. When I went in at the correct time, they had all my information -- no waiting. We learned from the web that we could drop the car off, and so had come with another driver. After about an hour, we got a call that the car was ready. I stood in line, credit card in hand, waiting for the bad news. I fully expected that we needed a new tire, a tube -- something that cost money. Well guess what -- THEY DID IT FOR FREE. It needed a valve -- which they didnt even charge materials for! Plus: when I thanked the fellow behind the counter -- he gave us a coupon for a future oil change!! I will be back time and again with service like this.

I come to this shop all the time and they always treat me well. The employees are polite and professional and they always let me know what needs to be fixed and what can wait until a later date. Overall a very good experience every time.
Made an appointment online for an inspection and they took me in right at my scheduled time. I was in and out in 30 minutes, and the cost was affordable. This was my first time going to Goodyear for an inspection and now I won’t go anywhere else!
I have bin a customer for over 20 years at Commack Goodyear and I want other people to know of my experiences with this Company. Never had a Bad experience with any of my cars Every !! I went there last week because my 2017 car was pulling to the right The mechanic took my car for a ride when he came back he pulled the car in on the lift and after a while he came in to waiting room and brought me out to the car he showed me what he found When I asked him if he could fix it he said yes but I should bring the car back to the Dealer I bought the car from because he thought it was a Defective part that should be under warrantee !! When I went into the show room to ask the manager how much I owed he said No Charge !!!Thats why I go back when ever I have a problem with any of my cars !! They have Great Technicians and a Great Store Manager that knows how to Manage !!! My Thanks to the Guys and Gals at Commack Goodyear

I just passed the Tire Ctr a few minutes ago and have to give my story from two Sundays ago. I had a nail in my tire and I stopped in to get a plug. Which we all know takes about 10 minutes. Well they told me to leave the car and they would get to it, 6 hours later nothing was done. I went back to the shop and they said they couldnt put a plug in and I would need a new tire Laughable as they tried to pull a game on me. I took my car and left but little do I know they took the nail out and didnt tell me. Of course my tire goes flat overnight. I change it and take my flat tire to a gas station and they fix it and plug it in 10 minutes for $15 . What a scam place I highly recommend you go elsewhere for any of your tire needs. and dont go to PEP BOYS either

What great service... I had Khaleem Garcia help me out today, and man was he great. I recently sprained my ankle and am limping around all over the place, and he went above and beyond making sure I did not have to make multiple trips out to my car to get the information I needed. I am writing to let you guys know, about the great experience I had at Goodyear 6400 Jericho Turnpike, Commack, NY . The manager Eric Johnston went beyond the call of duty. I had gone in for some new tires, ended up needing some more work done. About a week later my back passenger tire started making some noise, so I took car back into store.Mr. Eric Johnston was so accommodating, the mechanic that worked on my car, discovered that my drum and pads were the issue. They took their time and fixed the problem, the same day I showed up at store with issue. The whole job was done free of charge. This is something that in all my years of dealing with car mechanics, I had not experienced.It is so refreshing to find an Auto service store that cares about doing a good job, as opposed to just making a profit. I would recommend Goodyear Auto Store, to anyone, and plan to take my car there for future repairs. So very Grateful in Hauppauge, Blanca Ramos

Got my truck aligned here and got a print out showing a perfect alignment. Truck immediately pulled to the side while driving so I brought it back 2 days later. When they put it on the machine, I saw the print out they gave me was faked. The alignment was way off. This time I watched them do it and the tech was able to get every spec correct until the manager pulled me away to talk. As we were talking the tech brought me the alignment printout with the last spec completed and way off. Moral of the story - these guys are way incompetent. Look up this place on YouTube. Theyre also liars and cheats.
It was 5 stars till I had to deal with Eric “the store manager”. Guy looked like he was having roid-rage and wanted to hurt me. This review is based solely on the experience with him. Just lost a customer who’s been going there for almost 8 years.
The service manager, Scott, really made the experience! Not only was he kind, welcoming and understanding, but he was able to explain to me what needed to be done and fix it in a timely and cost friendly manner!

Came in for a flat tire and ended up finding out my control arm was broken and steel belts were exposed on the tires. Thank God I stopped here. Would have been tragic on the ride home to Pennsylvania. Thank you for taking care of us.
I walked into Goodyear Commack on a Sunday evening. I know it was close to closing time but I was desperate with a large nail puncture in one of my tires. A gentleman named Khaleem was working that evening and went out of his way to do whatever was necessary to help me out. He went in the back and spoke to a mechanic named Collin and showed him the damage. I felt so bad because I realized it was a Sunday night and both of these guys probably wanted to close up shop and get home to their families. Collin not only repaired my tire, he also checked the integrity of the tire and found additional damage. They both were super helpful and made some recommendations that would assure my safety going forward. Goodyear is lucky to have these guys working for them and I am lucky to have this shop in my neighborhood. Thanks again for the awesome service!

Too bad i cant give them negative stars.A couple of weeks ago a friend convinced me to try goodyear ( again after more than 20 years). So, I chose their best tires (Weatheready) and quoted them around. I got a really good price from a well rated place with road hazard and everything else.The last call was to Collin inn this place. He was really friendly and patient. He reviewed the quotes that I had and basically said- we ARE GoodYear, we will not be undersold. So he gave me a quote that was just basically on par with the best quote i got that day ($805 with road hazard and tax included). Since they ARE the goodyear and in the neighborhood, I decided to go with them.A few days later, I went over there and they found my quote, but unfortunately they were too busy to do it that or the next day. So, it all got postponed.Today, I went over there again (still have the same promotions). There was Mr. Greg there. I told him that the quote was in the top drawer where I saw the guy put it last time. He said (without looking) that its not there, and that hell give me the best quote. 3min later without ever asking me what the last quote was or whether i had (better) quotes from elsewhere, he spits out a higher number. When I said thats too high, he said thats the best they can do, period. Very unprofessional, impolite and dismissive.Too bad i cant give them negative stars.
Horrible rip off scam artists! My elderly mother brought her car here for 2 new tires and walked out with a bill for $2600. Mind you she drives an 03 Mitsubishi gala the with 170,000+ miles on it. And any honest person would have advised her to reconsider such expensive maintenance on such an old worn out car. The car itself is probably not worth half what she paid. I am thoroughly disturbed that anyone would take advantage of an older person or anyone for that matter. DO NOT GO HERE!
Please avoid this business for dishonest conduct. And especially dont let them trick you make unnecessary purchase.I brought my 2008 Honda Odyssey with 50234 miles for annual inspection.They asked me to replace all 4 tires for $580 in order to pass.I suspect its a scare tactic to rip me off and refused the offer.Now I am reading the inspection report. The following is listed in the section Failed Inspection Items Rejected For:,Wheels removed to inspect brakes: L/F, L/R, R/F, R/R1. 79.1(c) Tires & Wheel Fasteners.When I asked them to put on more specific reasons of failure, they refused and verbally stated its because of tire worn out. However on the inspection report the tread depth of all 4 tires are 6/32 and the rule to fail is below 2/32. When I challenge them, I was told its because of cut in tire. The fact is there is no cut at all, even though the rule to fail in this respect is cut in excess of one inch. When I challenge them again, their explanation this time is the tires are dry and with cracks, and I was told to compare with new tires to see the difference.I took the pictures of the tires in front of the manager John and stated to them clearly my intention to file a complaint for not providing consistent inspection report and dishonest business conduct.By the way, they took my old inspection sticker and said its the NY state law to do so for a vehicle that failed inspection. Ill find out if the law is really like that. But clearly Ill have something to worry about if I can even drive to a different place for inspection.

I have been to a bunch of different shops around Commack and I find that this one is most reliable. I have never had to go back for the same problem and the prices are more than fair compared to other shops. The reassurance the workers give really show their professionalism. Wouldnt think about going anywhere else.

Hey i was shopping here about 2-3 weeks ago and i came accords one of your staff members and thought nothing of it untill i got to speak to him he was super intoxicated i think i caught a glimps of his man it was like Alex bicocchi and he kept slurring words repeating him self i would like to know if anything could do anything about that

Wanted 2 front tires, got 2 front tires- all while they broke a sensor and couldnt figure out how to fix it. Gave up after going there three times, went somewhere else they fixed it in five minutes. Bad business.
I will give them no stars. I had a personal experience with them years ago when they told me I needed 4 tires ( I had a nail in my tire. . I decided to go to another gas station and the gentleman walked up and pulled the nail out by hand. I didnt need any tires. Today one of the girls that work in my office came to me and said she was told by Goodyear that she needed 2 tires. I told her to go somewhere else because they are a scam. I was right, she went to another place and the put a plug in the tire and it cost her $20 as opposed to the cost of 2 tires ($350) stay far away from these scammers. The only reason why I give them one star is because google is making me.

They took care of me when I had a flat on my bike a couple years ago. At first I was told they only do cars, but one employee saw my Navy ballcap and offered to help. Thank you to that guy who cared.

Incredible Staff and Service (No Quitting at Quitting Time)DANA, at the front desk, and mechanic StANLEY, went above and beyond to get my wifes vehicle on the road again, even though they were preparing to close for the evening (7pm). I got a call from my wife, who pulled off busy Jericho Turnpike, upon hearing loud, thumping noises from her vehicle. It turns out that a huge bolt penetrated the tire. DANA registered vehicle in the system and STANLEY brought the tire back to life. How much you say ? FREE !!! Dana said we dont charge for flat fixes .Guys, I cannot praise you enough (it sounds over the top), but far from it. I hugged them both and went home to a late dinner. This place is utterly horrible, trying to rip off customers. I went there for a state inspection, they asked me to change the brakes and said it would cost $800+. Used scare tactics saying that if I did not do it they will fail the inspection. Please be careful, and avoid at any cost.

If you need an oil change this place is fine but ignore all the suggestions for repairs unless they are verified by someone else. Theyre very predatory in this practice suggesting repairs that may not be necessary or even non-existent

2022-05-31Dropped off for and oil change and inspection at 11:30. Came back at 7 to see what was happening. Truck was on the lift and they said they dont have the oil filter that they had to get from auto parts store. Person in the front said he orders the parts and there was a mix up. He said it was too busy for one guy to handle. I am sitting here waiting for the oil filter to show up and had to scrap the inspection.Never got a call, if there was a back up or problem then communicate. It was left to me, coming in to inquire. If I didnt come in what would have happened? Sorry, get your truck tomorrow. Need some clarification.Now I get the bill and I am told the truck takes more oil than what is quoted online when I make the appointment. I had to put in what vehicle I have when making the appointment so why would I not get the exact quote on what it costs. It is more than I was told online. This is mind blowing.Be happy to talk with the owner.

2022-06-19Had a slow leak and figured I was due for new tires anyway. Went in and was told they were only taking appointments for new tires, which is fine I understand. Asked if they would quickly patch the slow leak and they flatly told me no. Kind of silly that they can’t do a quick fix like that while you wait. They didn’t seem particularly busy even though they said they were “slammed”. They were friendly enough but seemed unwilling to help. I was one of only two people there it seemed. Go to All Weather in Huntington, they’ll have you in and out in no time.

2022-02-24This has to be the worst tire change service in my entire life. I went there for my scheduled appointment for 1 tire change. IT TOOK 2 HOURS TO CHANGE ONE TIRE!!! and didnt even check the other tires to see if the air pressure is good or the tires are safe. Randy Garcia was the technician and Jack Marx was the sales person. There were about 5 employees who were technicians and two employees who are running the office and just were not providing any attentive response to other customers who were also patiently waiting. I would never recommend any family or friend to this place. Careless people not professional at all. Can post the check in time and check out time of my vehicle for the tire job if anyone wants to see it.

2022-05-25I dealt with Jack from start to finish and he could not have been more helpful. He was professional but was also personable and kind. He had customer after customer but never seemed the slightest bit overwhelming. In my opinion he is the type of employee everybody would want representing the company. I dealt with Ethan briefly a few times, he was also incredibly kind professional and patient. I cannot imagine anything that would’ve made my experience any better, unless it was all for free LOL. 2022-06-02Brought my car in for a tire leak. They ended up replacing both front tires and 4 brake pads. Upon leaving the shop the ABS light plus others came on the dash. I brought the truck back and they said it was because I did not replace the rear tires. I replaced the rear tires and hours later the lights on the dash are back on. I called Goodyear and Jack told me there was nothing they could do, I need to take it to the dealership.

2022-06-18Might be a good place for oil change, inspection or tire replacement. But for anything else, forgot about it. My car has some rattling noise for 1-2 minute when starting up, bring over to take a look, they charged $139 and then hours later telling me they dont know why and claim its something within AC to the back of the car, and want another $400+ to open up everything involved AC just to figure out why!Few days later, a friend found out its just something loose in center console, reseat the tray and noise was gone. I have been a customer with them for many years, but this incident make me completely lose confidence on their skill and good faith on fixing a car.
