Excellent knowledgeable staff. Great neighborhood guys. You go in looking to buy and you end up in a cool conversation about anything. And they got great flavor liquids to boot. A gem of a place.
Friendly, quick and knowledgeable service. Got everything set up and I was done in 5 minutes. Definitely coming back for refills as needed.P.S. Try the banana bread if you like sweets.
Came there like ten times bought my vape there go Kengertec love the oils and the selection you had bring back the oils that were on sale man that was mad cool like the store and Im getting the 60 ml of rice crispy treats in a few days

I stopped by this place last week. The staff was friendly. The food was really good and the prices were not to high. The portions of the food were great for what you were paying for. I would definitely go back In the future.

2019-04-23Something I didnt know is this is the best place to get your exotic soda fix, they have sodas imported from all over the world here, very friendly and product knowledgeable employees store is neat and kept clean and offer a variety of items at very close to unbeatable prices, I mean, they do have to keep the doors open, yes? It was a great experience and I found this spot on google search so it was very easy to find and navigate to. Id visit them again just to try exotic soda! If you are a soda fanatic and love soda this is your place to grab imported tasty soda that you would have to travel a long journey and some many more miles to just to obtain when you can stop by here and pick several up that are already refreshingly cold.

2015-12-26In this place with out exaggeration once too three times a week cause of the great atmosphere great products and great employees. From the owner to the only guy I trust to touch my mods rdas or my tanks (Ibelitez) this place is amazing. A true one stop shop with 2 other locations highly recommend a stop here.

2018-09-05Horrible customer experience! I purchased a mod kit on July 22nd, and it fell apart less than a month later. I contacted the manufacturer and they instructed me to exchange it at Gotham Vapor Lounge, where it was purchased and they would compensate them back.I took it back to the shop and asked for an exchange. The salesperson there told me they would not be able to exchange it even though the manufacturer approved the exchange and even though their receipt explicitly states that they would exchange defective products within the warranty period.After going back and forth with the salesperson, he told me at the end of the day, someone has to take the loss, and then proceeded to try and sell me another $100+ mod kit. Absolutely appalling! If you are looking for a place that stands behind the products that they sell, look elsewhere!

2017-09-06Just hit up Gotham for coil and vape tender Gilbert was so knowledgeable i ended up buying a new tank and new mod #AlienProColorKit... Extremly happy. U guys should check it out. Good prices, good juice giid everyrhing. Been coming back here for 3 years now and will deff keep coming back.....

2017-08-19Spoke to a sales person named Gilbert because my vape just was not cutting anymore. Not only did he not try to up-sell me, educated me on how how to get the most out of my existing device. I will definitely be back in the future.

2019-09-12Bought my last 2 vapes off this store and they work great. The 2nd vape was an upgraded version of the first one I bought and it was still the same price as the first one! Great prices!
