Delivery time was outstanding. That’s all there really was to it. Food was just ok. Most of it was bland and the veal was sad. $8 for 5 ordinary mozzarella sticks: not worth it. $11 for a little box of bruschetta w/ bread: not worth it either. I thought this was a healthy spot, and that’s kind of what it is. But it’s not a delicious healthy spot 😪Food: 2/5Price: 1/5Delivery+Packaging: 5/5
We enjoyed it so much the first time we had to come back once more while we were in town. Great food, friendly staff, owner, and atmosphere.
Meh. Went here after a flight to JFK before getting on the road. Food came out very quickly, but everything was reheated from being frozen. If it wasnt still cold, it was very mushy. Waitstaff not very attentive. Wasnt offered any bags to carry our food out. Staff were friendly. Chill atmosphere
Place is fantastic! Food always comes on time, warm, and most importantly delicious! Eggplant parm on a panini is my go to! You have to try it!

Great place for lunch or dinner great service friendly staff and great food I would definitely recommend this place to anyone for any kind of meal the food is fresh and the prices are definitely worth it!!!! Also the place is spotless clean !!!!!
Been going to GG for 9yrs. Love the food and the staff is super pleasant. John, the owner is the best, very friendly and attentive. The backyard is zen, very peaceful and the indoors are clean. Im a regular. :)
Always a pleasant experience when I come here.
We order from here pretty regularly--everything from mozzarella sticks to quesadillas to wraps to paninis to burgers to shrimp and everything in between. Food is always very tasty and the prices are reasonable. We love the variety on the menu. Yesterday, for the first time ever (in 12+ years), they made a mistake with our order (they forgot to give us an entree). I called them, they apologized, and made me a new dish without an issue very quickly plus they gave us two free deserts of our choice! They get an A+ in customer service!
The backyard set up was great, well distanced and felt safe once outside in the back. You do need to go through indoors to get to the back. They should call you and let you wait outside till they are ready to seat you. The service was great. Crab cake appetizer was good. Shrimp with crabmeat stuffing was so salty it was awful, actually inedible! So disappointing because their food is normally okay. I would go back because of the backyard set up but definitely order something else.
I placed an order today and it came late, plus, an item was missing. However, when I called to inquire, the manager I spoke with was most kind, apologetic and accommodating--she even sent me delicious cupcakes along with the rest of my order. The delivery guy was cool, the food was delicious and my family enjoyed it. Im a satisfied customer :)

Took friends out last nite. Food always good. Celebrated one friends birthday. Sat outside with heaters on. Waitress was quite attentive to our table.
Very friendly and fantastic service. Salmon and ribs were excellent and the atmosphere is wonderful both inside and outside with a little fish pond that adds to the ambiance.
Delicious food, prepared extremely well.So consistent each time. Very tasty. You cant go wrong here.
Great food, great service, this is a great place for a date night or to hold a business lunch, try the Mac and cheese bites they are good and the Philly cheese steak is made with actual steak so dont be afraid to order it.

Gourmet Grill was a great dinner experience. The family came here for a weekend dinner (we made reservations as there were 7 of us). We had ribs, pesto pasta, burgers, eggplant parm and veal cutlet.The meals were delicious and plentiful! The waitstaff was friendly, attentive and provided excellent recommendations.The atmosphere is a mix of old and new and blends nicely with the textures, colors and tables.There are flat screens on the wall, a long bar area and when the weather is nice, outdoor seating.
I have been here several times. It is not consistent.. Today I had the special - shrimp Florentine with whole wheat pasta. It was suppose to be in a light lemon butter wine sauce but I was not impressed by the sauce. I would have preferred marina or oil and garlic sauce. The whole wheat pasta was cooked to perfection. It was very filling. I had a sweetened iced tea. It was good. Prices are moderate. The service is very good. Although, the waitress never returned to fill my glass with iced tea. I would go back. They offer a huge salad bar with lots of toppings, dressings, fillings. And it comes in two sizes. Very busy during lunch.

Ive dined at this restaurant twice and the first time was good. However, the second visit was disappointing. The crabmeat, stuffed shrimp was dry, overcooked and lacked flavor. I ordered a side of spinach and it was obviously frozen spinach which I wasnt expecting. I did enjoy their vodka sauce with rigatoni but I dont think I will return. Perhaps there was just an incompetent line cook that evening but.....
Great food and great people working here! My family has been using gourmet grill for years and they never disappoint. Anytime I want to grab a quick bite to eat and am not sure where to go I call up here and get a salad or anything else off the menu always ending up very pleased. I recommend them to anyone wanting some god food at a great price.
Very disappointed lately. I’ve been ordering here for more that 15 years and the quality has gone downhill. Still a friendly staff, but whenever I order the Caesar Wrap, the lettuce is dark and rotten, at least one thing is sent wrong with every order. All the wraps fall apart easily. And the hamburgers are raw inside no matter how well done i request it. I never had one problem in all those years but my friends and coworkers all say the same thing. That prices go higher and the quality goes lower 😩

Order a tuna melt wrap was over loaded with cheese. I friend beef sliders had no seasoning and burgers were plain and fries was oily and pickle was dried out. The best thing I had was seltzer water and lemonade

I LOVED GOURMET GRILL! Everyone is PLEASANT. I have been there for meetings, brunch with family and friends and even just myself. The owner very respectable, treats his client very well. I NEVER had an issue and even if you did they were very accommodating. Every time im there I complement the owner and his staff. The food is fresh and yummy! The decor is nice and CLEANNNNN! Love sitting outside with the fishes
Walked in and walked right out. Smelled like sewage. Big menu though if you dont mind eating in a bathroom. Maybe takeout only.

The food is amazing and the owner is very sweet and has perfect customer service.However, Delivery fee is a little pricy, and sometimes the staff messes up orders because the girls are too busy talking to each other.
This place was amazing! Food was awesome,atmosphere was really nice and they have a little bar section in the back dam they had it all to be honest hahahah. What really made me give them the 5 stars though was that they were playing the UFC fights and im a huge fan!!!!! Will go again!!
Today I ordered a full order of steak quesadilla. It was not properly made. The top layer of bread was hard and crispy. It was not molded to the meat and bottom layer with cheese as Ive experienced before. The steak was tougher than my shoe. I called to explain my issue since the meal was lunch for me and a friend at work. I spoke to the owner, who offered to send another one. Next thing I know, he is calling to tell me that he will still send a new one but that the driver told him I let a child hold it and that caused the problem. The child did not hold the box straight which could very well be the truth. So not holding a box straight gives you crunchy bread that flaking and tough steak???? I learn something new every day. I declined his condescending offer to still send me a replacement. I am really disappointed.
Avoid this place especially ifYou suffer from any food allergies. They use breadcrumbs to bread the veal cutlet however they don’t know what type of ingredients the bread crumbs are comprised of? Wow. How is this possible. Am i in the Twilight Zone...

This is a regular place for me and I think I have tried pretty much everything on the menu. Some of my favorites are the eggplant parm panini, tuna and chicken salad melts, and make your own salad bar. Their chicken parm is not fried, which I appreciate being health conscious.
The food is good. Only complaint I have is their delivery service. The wait time is always an 1.5+. I would be shocked if the food actually would arrive in less than an hour.
Gourmet grill is at the top of my list of great food .well worth the extra time for delivery .just really nice people from the delivery guys to the order takers .food is always fresh .just a really great place to eat .grilled chicken is fantastic ..chicken sliders are amazing too..something so simple with cole slaw and a pickle but delicious .real chicken nothing processed

Got some steak fajitas today and some grilled shrimp and steam broccoli and mushrooms and it tasted absolutely fantastic. A lil pricey but I think its worth it. Would recommend this place to everyone.
Love this place ! They have a Fishpond and Fireplace in the Backyard and the Ribs have meat that just falls right off the bone ! Been around for 30 years , that says a-lot for itself .
Im sorry, but telling to give my food to be delivered within 45 minutes. And after 1 and half hour is still not here.. very dissapointed. Called them after hour and 15 minutes, they told me it should he here any minute. I dont live 15 minutes away from the restaurant. And its till not here...I love the food, but this is too much

OMG ... I had the best salad EVER at Gourmet Grill Wednesday evening (6/19/13). My buddy and her spouse always go to GG; they always have nice things to say about the food. Our waitress, Gianna, was such a doll and extremely pleasant, too! She deserved a bigger tip than what I gave her but thats okay .... shell get even a bigger tip the next time I visit! Im HOOKED for life! Thank goodness I only live a few blocks away! LOL!
Good food and staff is fantastic, however their wait time is ridiculous. ALWAYS CALL 30-45 MINS IN ADVANCE. And theres no parking.

2022-02-11I found this place because we were in the area and I was pleasantly surprised. Wonderful staff, got seating immediately, food was amazing and the portions were huge. We were celebrating our 4 year olds birthday and she received whatever dessert she wanted (on the house) and Happy Birthdays from patrons and staff. Very friendly and attentive. Not to mention they own the frozen yogurt shop next door. The owner was going to take both kids next door for dessert but the birthday girl wanted cake instead. Sorry really long review to say that I thoroughly enjoyed this place and we will return and bring friends.

2022-06-28I have order from here on-and-off through the years and I have never been disappointed. The food is always cooked great. Really enjoy getting the salad and customizing it despite me getting the same toppings 90% of the time. Delivery maybe takes 45 minutes (drive is less than 5 minutes from me but Im lazy at times) so dont order when youre starving. The sliders deluxe is another favorite of mine!

2022-02-11Found this place on a whim while celebrating my 4 year olds birthday with the family. Glad we did! From when we walked in, until we left, everyone was cordial and attentive. The place was cozy, they have an expansive menu, and their food was great. The portions are also more than enough. I highly recommend this place and I will be returning. They also have a patio that will be open in May, which I plan to visit. Thanks to John and the staff for helping us complete our daughters bday celebration.

2022-05-03Went there after a wake to celebrate the passing of a good friend.The finger foods were great had Mozzarella sticks, Mac n Cheese bites and Zucchini nibbles.My main course was the Braised Salmon Steak with Tangy glaze. 😋

2021-05-23The four stars are for the warm, kind, attentivWaitresses and waiters.They are a wonderful team.they made sure we were constantly cared for, service with a smile.I loved the ambiance and the location. Unfortunately the food was horrible.I ordered crab patties as an advertizer.I could not taste crab only flour.I sent it back.I then ordered the barbecue spare ribs n French fries.The spare ribs were crunchy on the outside n chewy on the inside.french fries were not Hot and had no flavor.Im a foodie therefore it was not edible.the quality of the food was poor n the chef can definitely do better

2022-07-06The food is great here. Favourite dish to get is the 1/2 rack of ribs with fries. So delicious. My only issue with takeout is the long wait. But it’s worth it though.
