2020-03-20My mom had passed away and I called them up to let them know that she did die and the woman on the phone was extremely rude and obnoxious telling me yes we already know and that my dad had to have a death certificate I said that he did she then proceeded to tell me that he would need a certificate of authorization I asked her what if he doesnt have that she was like well until he does then we cant get any information about her account. To me if you dont want to deal with the public then get a job somewhere else
