I have been incredibly satisfied with Graham Plastic Surgery. Dr Graham offered his recommendations after carefully listening to my concerns. He didn’t sugar coat the pros and cons but I felt he gave me a realistic summary of what I could expect from the three procedures he has done for me. His staff are wonderful, helpful and easy to talk with and the office environment is just lovely.
I had such a great experience with Dr. Graham, he really does incredible work. Dr. Graham listened to my goals, and his recommendations, skill, and attention to detail produced amazing results. Everyone in the office was friendly and accommodating. Dina and Julia were so helpful and responsive and Victoria made me feel very comfortable and at ease during my pre and post-op appointments. Absolutely the best plastic surgeon hands down. Dr. Graham did nothing but make me feel comfortable, welcomed and safe. As soon as I made my consultation, the entire staff at Dr. Grahams office made me feel so excited about getting the surgery done, and eased my stress immediately. He knew that I lived out of town, so they were very accommodating with scheduling me, so that I wouldnt have to travel back to New York more than I had to. They were nice enough to fit me into their schedule so much earlier than I had thought. When I went into my first consultation I was extremely nervous, but after talking to Dina and Dr. Graham, Dr. Grahams calm energy made me feel at ease. He really took his time to decide what size would fit my body best, and not just what I thought would look good. I showed him a photo of a model whos breasts I liked and had wanted mine to look like, and I think mine look EVEN BETTER than hers ;) I seriously cant thank Dr. Graham and his staff enough for taking such amazing care of me. Nurse Katie is also very attentive and knowledgeable when addressing skin/cosmetic concerns. She is also excellent with her patient-side manner and takes her time with procedures. I had a mommy makeover 2 years ago with Dr Graham and it’s still the best decision I’ve ever made! I spoke with a few different surgeons prior to choosing Dr Graham, and his staff, skills, demeanor, and knowledge were all so far beyond any other in the area. I tell everyone who will listen about my experience! They are all just so sweet and accommodating, do yourself a favor and schedule a consult. Also no one else does a belly button as well as Dr Graham, that alone is worth choosing him! :)
When considering facial plastic surgery I had consultations with about 5 different doctors. By far I thought Dr. Graham was the most thorough in explaining & the most realistic in terms of expected results. I also felt extremely comfortable to ask him any questions I had and all the girls at the office are super sweet and welcoming. I highly recommend Dr Graham. I have had lipomas removed by two other doctors over the years, and Dr Graham’s removals of subsequent lipomas recently is far superior in precision and aesthetics. He is professional and at the same time very personable: taking the time to really listen to questions and give thorough answers. I have felt very comfortable getting work done there, and have never had to wait more than a minute or two for my appointment. The support staff is also very kind, welcoming, and professional.
Dr. Graham is not only an excellent surgeon he and his staff are accommodating, friendly, informative, and up to date on surgical procedures! I went to two different plastic surgeons for a consultation to have lower Blepharoplasty surgery (under eye surgery to remove bags). My consultation with the one doctor was short and made it sound like the surgery would have me look terrible for 3 months! Dr. Graham informed me it could be bruised and swollen but I could wear makeup in a week! I did some research and after reading online my recover and results are far above average! I’m so thankful I researched and was 100% comfortable during every step of the process! I highly recommend Dr. Graham and his staff!

Doctor Graham did a breast augmentation for me a few years ago and they still look absolutely perfect. My entire family goes to him for skin care and surgery needs and have always come out more than satisfied! 10/10 would recommend to anyone!

Dr. David Graham was exceptional before during and after surgery. He provided great bedside manner and expertise on my tummy tuck and breast augmentation. I love my results. I had three different consultations and hands down he is the best doctor. He is reasonably priced and exceeded expectations.

When you are trusting someone to alter your appearance it is important to do your research before you go under the knife. I spoke and met with 3 other local cosmetic surgeons before I chose Dr. Graham.During my research I discovered that different surgeons have their area of specialty. I feel that many fit baby boomers dont seek out body enhancement surgeries because we feel embarrassed for wanting to look our best.During my initial consultation with Dr. Graham we discussed several options to take care of sagging arm skin, bra fat and back fat. This all appeared within a few years after menopause. No matter how thin or fit I was it was not going away.It was a huge decision to undergo arm-life surgery and a reverse tummy tuck. I was nervous and scared at 1st as I am very active.I am not sure if there are words to describe the care, attention to detail and results that I got from having Dr Graham perform these surgeries.Dont get me wrong I didnt like Dr Graham the 1st week after surgery. But once I got past that 1st week I was beyond THRILLED!I would highly recommend Dr Graham and his staff even it it requires you come in for a weeks stay from another state or country for your surgery.Thank you Dr Graham for your expertise, kindness and light heartedness. Dr. Graham and his staff are amazing! I am 1 month post op from my breast augmentation and from the first day I walked in the door of their office I felt very welcome and comfortable. I had been waiting for years to get this done especially after having 2 children and breast feeding, I was nervous and unsure of the size that I wanted but after seeing Dr. Graham’s work and speaking with him I was very confident that he would pick the best size and type of implant for my body, and he did an amazing job! I have pectus excavatum and my upper ribs flair out as well and I am so happy that those little deformities have been camouflaged as added bonus to getting this surgery done. Recovery was a lot quicker and easier than I had anticipated as well and the scars are not very noticeable. All in all, I am extremely happy with my decision to go forward with Dr. Graham and this surgery.
Awesome experience, this was my second time! Everyone is amazingly friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable. I had my lips and under eyes done with Dr. Graham, I had ZERO bruising under my eyes; and very minimally on my lower lip. I am so pleased with my results, I’ve always been self conscious about the lines under my eyes. After these fillers I find myself starring at the mirror in disbelief of who’s looking back at me! So glad I decided to come to this office. I had gone to a consultation at another medical office and left feeling underwhelmed and disappointed. Dr Graham really listened to my concerns and addressed them in a very thoughtful, honest and informative way. He offered solutions for my concerns rather than pushing products I didnt need. I only got dysport (botox) this time but already scheduled my appointment for fillers next month. The staff is wonderful as well! Shout out to Julia at the front desk! Fantastic experience getting my finger fixed. Very thankful for Dr. Graham and everyone at the office for all of their help and wonderful energy. I was fit in at short notice and given excellent treatment on my once immobile finger. Now it moves and is on the mend. Very thankful for this because it was quite stressful working with one less finger for nearly 4 months. The tendon surgery was smooth and effective. The PT worked great. Very thankful. I had a very positive experience with Dr Graham and his staff. I had a minor in office procedure performed last week. I felt that Dr Graham and the office staff were very professional and helpful. This procedure was on the side of my face so I certainly wanted to make sure I was working with someone who could perform the procedure with an aesthetic eye.During my initial consult the office was very beautiful, clean, bright and much more comfortable than your typical surgical office. I was there for a specific purpose but they do offer customized, skincare, hydra facials, injectables and many other cosmetic procedures. Dr Graham explained the tests he wanted performed and why and the staff proceeded with setting up my diagnostic testing. This process took several weeks and at each point the staff called me to let me know where we were in the process. They were very professional and attentive.On the day of the procedure I felt very confident that I was in good hands but I haven’t had medical procedures performed in the past. Dr Graham and his nurse took time to make sure I was comfortable and really put me at ease. The whole process took less than an hour and I feel like I have healed very nicely.I am very pleased with my experience and would recommend Dr Graham and his staff to anyone looking for a highly skilled surgeon who knows how to interact with their patients. I cannot say enough about my experiences with everyone in Dr. Grahams office, including Dr. Graham himself. It is not often that you will meet a surgeon with a better bedside manner. I had been to several doctors and surgeons prior to meeting Dr. Graham. He was the only one who felt confident that he could reduce my ulnar nerve pain and remove two fatty tumors in my elbow. The incision was precise and healed beautifully. I know this sounds cliche, but having this surgery has truly changed my life. I would recommend him to anyone!

My wife and I were pretty scared as the event unfolded but our nerves eased the moment we got to Dr. Graham’s and after following the protocol we were given, I am well on the mend. They take a conservative approach and truly help you know everything will be alright. I can’t stress how amazing of a place this is. Every detailed nailed. I found Dr. Graham here on Google and this is me giving back to the source. This is a very clean office and very capable of having procedures done.I went to Dr. Graham to get a mass on my chest removed and consulted Dr. Graham for more information on what can be done. He was patient with me and my questions to help ease my mind before and after surgery. Post surgery he was nice enough to supply me with materials I needed to replace my bandages which was a big plus since it was hard to get out the house.His staff is also a huge bonus during the length of my procedure. They talk to me to see how I am and those little actions helped me with some of the the doctors anxiety you get when walking in. My nurse, Katie, made me feel at ease and I was able to share my thoughts with no judgment. She was able to complete my request of recording part of the procedure so I can see what was done afterwards.All in all, I am glad I chose Dr.Graham and his team for my surgery. Their structured, attentive, and produce great results.

Otoplasty experience- Dr.Graham and all of the ladies in the office were great! During my procedure Katie and Dr.Graham made sure I was comfortable the whole time, they are both so kind and care about the experience of their patients! Growing up I was always so self conscious and embarrassed of my “dumbo” ears, I would never wear my hair up because I didn’t want them to show.. Hands down give Dr.Graham 5 stars! My experience has been exceptional and like none other. When I finally decided to get a breast augmentation it was important that I choose the right doctor. After researching several, Dr. Graham stood out to me because he was board certified, had years of experience with amazing before and after pictures of his work, and he has a well developed web page that was transparent with procedures and costs. I had an amazing rhinoplasty experience with Dr. Graham and his team. I had encountered a sports injury, which had resulted in a crooked broken nose. I had the constant struggle of regular breathing through my nose - on top of visual issues, which made things hard for me. I inquired with Dr. Graham about surgery. Not only was he able to fix my breathing, but he also made visual improvements to my nose that were beyond my expectations. I feel better AND I look better. I’m going to start out by saying how wonderful the entire staff here is. My mom and I travel an hour and a half and it’s worth every minute of it. My Botox and fillers and spot on! I have people all the time compliment my skin and my lips. He has also done under eye filler (which the thought of can be very scary) I felt absolutely nothing and had minimal swelling and zero bruising. Dr. Graham is my fountain of youth.
If youre looking for a good surgeon, look no further. I had a mommy makeover about 6 weeks ago. Tummy tuck ,breast augmentation and a lift. One of the biggest decisions Ive ever made. I have to say , Dr. Graham, Dina and Katie exceeded all my expectations. After a year of contemplating the surgery. Talking with Dr Graham and Katie about what I wanted ,expressing how unhappy I was with my post babies (3 of them) and post weight loss body(45lb loss) we finally made a plan. One that I couldnt wait to get going on. They answered all my questions, eased my doubts and talked me through all the options that were best for me. Dr Graham did an exceptional job. This bikini belly button he gave me is the most amazing thing Ive ever seen. I never had a body for a bikini, even as a young adult but now, Im definitely going to be showing that off. I couldnt be happier in how I fill out a bra now too.He does amazing work and after 6 weeks, my scars look amazing. They are small, thin and healed well for just 6 weeks and they will only get better. I have already recommended Dr Graham to at least 6 people that are considering makeovers, tummy tucks, breast lifts or any other cosmetic surgery. I recommend Dr Graham 100% no doubt. I would write 10 more 5 star reviews for him.
Dr. Graham is the best of the best. He is a perfectionist, and every patient receives a level of care that is truly unparalleled. His patients are always on his mind, before and after every procedure. He is an excellent cosmetic surgeon, but is also specialized as a hand and wrist surgeon. Do yourself a favor, and go with the best, most qualified doctor around.
I’ve gone to other doctors for my Botox/dysport and this by far was the best experience I’ve ever had. He explained where he was doing it and why unlike other doctors that were just doing whatever and it never turned out right. For the first time SOOO happy with how it turned out!! All my coworkers also were amazed and had me send them all the link to his practice so they can go to him too. I have my appointment in a month for rhinoplasty surgery with him and also an eyelid lift and I’m so excited! I would totally recommend going to him!
Theres no way around what they have done for me, and I hope others. Things can get promised to you and it helped me to see after every visit the impossibly of having the Infini restore a face that with which I could not live with. If theres anyone hesitating and who can get to Rochester, I feel its worth the trip. Let me start by saying, I am 69 and had always been very confident in myself. I NEVER thought I would have plastic surgery. Then one day, I looked in the mirror. I had lost 58 pounds and didnt recognize myself. Where had my cute body gone? My breasts looked like a cartoon characters and my stomach hung in festoons! I said to myself, if I needed corrective lenses, I would get them, right? Well, now I needed my body corrected. I started my research into plastic surgeons, which lasted over a year. Lucky for me, I choose Dr. Graham. He was very willing to answer all my questions, as were Dina and Nurse Katie, which was very important to me. Dr. Graham gave me materials to read that explained everything, including what could go wrong. He also, disagreed with what I wanted! He told me, I would not be happy with the smaller size of implant I choose and he was right. The implants look very big to me but once implanted they look smaller. I did not want big breasts. I just wanted my regular looking breasts back. That is exactly what Dr. Graham gave me. My stomach looked horrible. It was covered with scars and stretch marks, which was bad enough but the skin was also drooping and sagging! It now looks so good I can wear a bikini if I wanted! Knowing that both Dina and Katie had their surgeries with Dr. Graham, made me more at ease. After my surgery, Dr.Graham called me to see how I was doing. I have had many surgeries due to cancer and to get a call from a surgeon was a pleasant first!!! Dr. Graham gave me my body back!! That is a wonderful team and they all have made me EXTREMELY happy. He is the only plastic surgeon I would recommend.

WOW!!!! Its always a great feeling when ever you get exactly what you are hoping for! But I didnt get what I wanted or what I asked for I got so much more! The results from my tummy tuck and breast lift with implants was beautiful!!!! Dr. Graham is very blessed in what he does and I highly recommend him! And I would also like to add that when he did my tummy tuck he also did a little bit of a thigh lift ,free, and my legs look really good now too!!!
I had a scooter accident, which caused a bad laceration on my upper lip. Dr. Graham and Nurse Katie did amazing work. They brought my smile back! I also had one eyelid correction. I went to work the next morning! I am very fortunate to have been referred to Dr. Graham.

After 3 kids and years of working out, only to still deal with that stretched skin. I had mini tummy tuck and liposuction on July 3 .., I only had take pain pill on Wednesday day of surgery and one pill on Thursday!!! I can’t believe it I have no pain ... little sore of corse but doing great . I can see the difference already in my stomach I’m 50 yrs old and wish I did this sooner !!! I had my surgery done at westfall rd and all the nurses know of Dr Grahm and said how meticulous he is even the secretary at the front desk told my husband that when he was waiting for me !!! I am 5 months pos surgery . I am in love with my results , exceeding my expectations everytime ,the entire experience was nothing short of amazing, the ladies make you feel right at home . I did a lot of research on my own before hand , he continued to educate me and answered any questions I had . 100% Recommend them, you will not find a better surgeon, I am thankful and so happy I went with them .
Nice people, but not a nice experience. Expensive, painful, takes forever to recover. My lower ab area still numb, uncomfortable, years later. The bleeding didnt stop draining after first procedure, so had to go under again 1 week later. Double billed, second time even more $. BUT the stomach muscles never sewed back together, either time, the 6 pack. No effort to compensate, didnt sew abs back, Ok lets lipo lower back area, something, anything. No, charged full price twice, the pain, time suffering for less than the full procedure, BUT full price charged twice for not doing full procedure. This isnt vanity, its work. My costumes need to fit and now i have extra skin in the back 1/2 of lower waist and abs not sewn back together.
Will be taking my 90 year old mom here for some skin concerns (tags, etc) . The staff here and Dr Graham are so wonderful - I am very careful where my Mom goes and know she is in awesome hands!

Not only was my initial experience with him more then I expected, I enjoyed the fact that he took his time with me to answer any questions or concerns I may have had. His staff from the beginning was super sweet and welcoming. From the day of my breast lift with augmentation to my post op care I have had nothing but their utmost attention. 2021-12-03Just had two lipomas removed. From the moment I arrived I was impressed with the atmosphere of the clinic. The office is nice and clean, calming, and I was greeted by friendly faces.Dr Graham and Victoria made me feel relaxed, answered all my questions, and performed the operation quickly and painlessly.Having a high deductible health insurance, I saved thousands of out of pocket dollars. Highly recommend for any surgery that would otherwise come out of your pocket if you went through insurance.

I get laser hair removal and skincare treatments and I always walk out feeling like I found the right spot for myself and I’m VERY picky. I also have a family member who got a tummy tuck with Dr. Graham and she looks outstanding and said he was a perfect fit for what she wanted and the results are incredible!
