Guy robbed me. Took my money and bailed. He will do the work and seems like a nice person but once you pay him by the hour or day he will take his sweet time and then leave!! STAY AWAY!! TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE LOST $4000!!!
Stay away!!! You will regret it. He has great reviews on other sites because he does small work there but when you work directly he is his true self. A convict, pretender and fraud. We had a budget and he bailed not even a quarter way through.
I Hired Robert to remodel My bathroom he was punctual and had great communication with me and my husband the job was to relocate my stairs to extend my bathroom by about 5 feet more he had to run all new plumbing and completely redo everything right down to the heating vent the work was done quick and the job and custom tiling is beautiful he is now our go to for everything and i recommend to anyone searching for a handyman.
Bob did an awesome work or installing foyer chandlier. It was very complex and they did an awesome job in accomplishing it.

2021-10-12We hired Rob to replace an attic vent, paint our kitchen, install a light fixture and finish our basement stairs with Laminate flooring. Rob is very professional, works hard and knows what he’s doing! He’s very responsive and when he schedules a job, he shows up. The quality of work is exceptional. He completed all of the jobs efficiently and charged a reasonable price. As a bonus, he’s also a personable and honest guy. We definitely plan to hire him for other jobs.

2022-03-01Robert and his team ripped up 3 rooms of carpeting for us. Excellent job! Moved heavy furniture, cleaned up all their debris, all for a reasonable price. We already have plans to use Robert’s Company again! Highly, highly recommend!

2021-04-25Rob and Kyla did an excellent job with our Kitchen Backsplash.They also replaced the tiles that got discolored(manufacturing defect) after installing the backsplash .I would recommend them for any house related installations /repairs.They also installed Wall mount ,foyer lighting ,Island Lighting, Curtain rods in my house and my entire neighborhood and the quality of work is seamless.They are the go to persons for my entire neighborhood in Latham.

2022-07-12Did not complete 3 of the projects on the list agreed to and the flooring he and his wife Installed did not even have mitered corners. Had to hire someone else to correct his work.

2021-09-27My husband and I bought a new home and hired Rob Graham to stain and polyurethane the hardwood floors. WHAT A MISTAKE! Rob and his wife did a HORRIBLE job. The floors are dull, peeling, faded. Even Rob said, he was NOT happy with the floors and promised to return to fix them. I gave him SOOO many opportunities to come back and fix these floors. He always promises to come back and NEVER shows up on the dates scheduled. Now I have to pay someone else $$$ thousands to start over and fix these floors. This is so unfair. Just do what you say you are going to do! My whole first floor looks like thes pics.

2021-05-11Rob did backsplash work for me. It was very great and he is honest with his work. Price was reasonable and only charged for the hours he worked. I would definitely recommend him for any house repair.

2020-04-04I hired Robert to install a glass door and he had to frame out the door and paint as well. He did an excellent job, was easy to communicate with, had some great ideas to get the project done properly, took his time and showed up on time! I would absolutely hire him again for any additional home projects.

2020-03-25Listen to the reviews! I hired Rob to do a big project on my roof and flooring but after he was paid he pretty much took off. We wrote a contract stating that he was suppose to compete certain work by payment but his excuse was that I was one day late to pay him. After giving him money he said I voided the contract and kept my money. He is 26 years old and very immature. First time he came over he was high!!!
