I came here with the hopes that I could get 4 tires for my Kia Sorento because every time I got my car inspected they passed me without reminding me that I needed to rotate my tires. When I went to KIA to get my car looked at because I was fishtailing, they told me I needed new tires like yesterday. I was so upset because I had got my car serviced their before and you would think thats something that they would tell me but they didnt. Why give them my tire business, right! I was recommended to Chris Rose by a family friend and I couldnt be happier with the outcome. I dropped off my car at 1pm and picked it up at 3 and I got 4 new tires with the balance, synthetic oil change and changed my filters. Best service ever. Thanks Chris. See you again. I highly recommend.
Im sorry they are way over priced. Went in to do my shocks fix the problem a couple weeks laters same problem they tell me now my struts are bad. On my vehicle the struts and the shocks come together. They half tried to rip me off so i advise u to not to come here
The fellas at Grand Auto really see you through on a project! They rebuilt my exhaust system and changed a clutchclu my Mustang. Also helped me out with some electrical problems with my Mini Cooper! Great service and realistic pricing.
Personable environment, they take the time to look over the vehicle and make sure everything is in tact, despite any specific reasons for coming in. They make sure you are aware of anything that is wrong with the vehicle. They are also very fairly priced, this is my new spot for all of my auto repairs.

Great w tuner engine repair
I went over their for my GMC transmission .Chris told me they can rebuild the transmission.. I left my car for week. After call copule of time i got my car back . they said it is fix. I paid around $3000. But after couple of week check engine light came .another excuse your one sensor need to change . i said ok i paid $100 again.. He told me problem is fix..but it is not finish yet. Again check engine light came this time he told me i need a computer for transmission.... I was so tired and frustrate from these people... I dont know how they fix the transmission everytime when i have check engine light.different code comes everytime... I am not going back again. I suggest no to go over their to waste your money....
I would give them a zero if I could, I got new tires from them for my Honda Civic and the owner really tried to charge me for new sensors on my tires that were never broken in the first place. But yet you pride yourself on not lying and taking care of your clients.Why are you lying CRAIG?!?!?(EDITED!!! For your response below MR. CRAIG)Proving my point, I came twice to your shop ONCE in the winter of 2017 ( if you want to throw out date SIR) for TIRES and I also did get my breaks done IN THE SUMMER OF ‘17,you did LIE and you told me that I needed new TPMS which I didn’t cause I went and got a second opinion because I feel that because you thought I was woman and you could pull one over on me after doing my breaks. And thank god I got a second opinion because I was told there was nothing wrong with my sensors for my tires and that they just needed to be recalibrated. But you quoted me a price for new sensors.STOP LYING CRAIG!!
I came in to get all 4 shocks changed.Work was done in a shorter period than I was told and after going to 3 other places to price out the job they had the absolute lowest5 stars as well as 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾 from me

2019-01-12I have been coming here for car troubles for nearly 3 years now, and they are very reliable. They have a delightful service, and get all work done in a timely fashion. They do a good job of telling you exactly what has to be done for your car and fulfill all of your requests. Great car shop!

2018-07-28They are very professional and friendly. The work was done in a timely matter. They had questions to make sure they were doing the best work for my car. This showed me they really care about their performance. Chris was patient with answering all the questions I had. I had my starter replaced and an oil change. The price was affordable. They made a new customer out of me. I will definitely refer them to my family and friends.

2021-02-20Went there for an oil change from groupon, they honored the price without having to buy coupon. Friendly, courteous and professional service providing comfortable waiting area with water, coffee, etc. Pleasant experience highly recommended and will return for future service.

2020-08-18Never stop in again!I am very happy with the work and very unhappy with the unfair charges $250 for hour and half or even lessIts very unfair. I am sure the owner will not try to respond to this comment!All mechanics are doing great job but when it comes to the bill theres a lot of stories are waiting for you!There is no water even to drink at the waiting area!I would love to have business with those great mechanics but diffently not at this storeNever stop again!You charged me almost extra $50 thats fine but I will never stop in again!

2018-07-31They are the nicest people when and comes to customer service. They always work with me on my repair prices and always do a great job. I have been coming here for a year now and they really make you feel welcomed.They also take the time to explain what’s wrong with your car and give you every possible option ranging from cheapest to costly lol. I honestly wouldn’t go to any other auto shop.
