Was there before around 2 months, great stuff to buy, the owner and his crew was so patient and kind, prices are the cheapest from what i saw in NYC, theres a lot of souvenir stores in NYC, none of them can be like Grand Slam, 110 from 100!
They have a variety of goodies in a pretty affordable price point. I got a bunch of keychains and magnets to bring home. Other stores never had a custom made keychain in my name, but this store does!
I was skeptical at first. I couldn’t find a Stanton jersey anywhere. Until I came across these guys and was pleasantly surprised they had Stanton + any other yankee player you could think of. This is my second jersey I’ve ordered from them. You order online and 1-2 hours later it’s in the mail to come to you. I love you guys
Great variety of souvenirs, nice selections of 1$ things. But lots of displayed things can be found cheaper elsewhere.
I was charged for extra items totaling about 15.00 and they left out one of the souvenirs worth about 3.99. I didnt notice till I got back to my hotel. I should have been more vigilant. Not a huge deal but disappointing. Id advise if you are buying in large quantities ask to see all transactions and verify they are bagged.

Amazing variety and selection of Yankees and NYC souvenirs but was over priced. The Yankees sweater I got was a 2019 produced item but costs $60 bucks. A normal 19.99 Nets T shirt was $29.99.

I ordered an NYPD sweatshirt and a FDNY sweatshirt on their website on Sunday early morning, the arrived by Tuesday! Ordered from their website because this is my third time to New York State and I wasn’t sure I was going to make it to the city this trip either, and I wanted the sweatshirts to come home with me. The quality of the sweatshirts are great and they are embroidered which I love. Customer service was great when I emailed them. Thank you so much!
Great location…(At Times Square)…A lot of stuff for nice souvenirs and affordable prices.. It has everything anyone could want in souvenirs.. If you cant find it at Grand Slam, you dont need it. Take a look at the basement level ..Some items are 99 cents ! Keychains, badges, stationary etc..

Great product selection. Prices are reasonable, some even lower than this store I visited in the Bronx. Customer attention could use some enhancement. Dont miss the top floor.
I purchased a custom jersey as a gift for a relative. The jersey arrived fairly quickly, but with three large stains on the white jersey. I immediately emailed images to Grand Slam giving them the opportunity to remedy the problem. After not hearing back from them I started to call, and with no one ever answering the number listed on the website. At this point it had been over a week, I have sent multiple emails, called 10+ times, and left 4 voice-mails, and have yet to receive any response. Horrible customer service had forced me to leave this poor review when simply fixing the error would have resulted in a positive experience.

2022-05-08This store is a great choice for shopping gifts when visiting New York, especially Times Square. They do have a great variety of products and very competitive prices. The beautiful shirt or sweater I ❤ New York is something than you cant miss. The fact that they are plenty of gifts for any member of the family or friends makes this store my favorite. Well located, with easy access, very professional staff, easy payment process are also features of this store. Overall I always have a good experience every time I visit NYC.

2022-01-25Nice souvenir shop in Times Square. I loved visiting it. It has 2 floors of souvenir. Go to the basement to find the cheaper deals. The key chains and Asian gifts can be found there.

2022-03-01Lots of inexpensive souvenirs.The 99 cent stuff is on the bottom floor in a specific section. Be aware because if you go too far then you will move to another price point!The staff was friendly and helpful when I asked where to get stamps!The store was very clean!The store was well organized!

2021-12-12Walked in with cup of water. Security said we could not bring water inside which was understandable however my friend & I waited for our other friends to come out when he demanded us to go outside in the freezing weather. I was visiting & on my last night wanted to buy a souvenirs. Security was rude.

2021-10-09I had a blast visiting grand slam today! Even though I had to pay a lot of money for a customized Detroit Tigers jersey, I was able to eventually take it home with me to my apartment the same day I bought and customized the jersey. But although I had a little bit of trouble with the communication with the store employees, they seemed kind enough to help me and even if there was an issue or so, I did end leaving with a happy face and the jersey. So I wanna thank Grand Slam NY for a great customer experience and I totally recommend this store to anyone who comes to New York City and wants a souvenir and/or a customized sports jersey.

2022-06-05One of the biggest and best stores to buy souvenirs.It has a huge range of products, from clothing to decoration, note books, pens, cups and everything you would imagine.It also has a 0.99$ section where you can find cheap keyrings, magnets, pens etc.Great store

2022-08-02Want your mood wrecked? Then visit this store with its unfriendly staff. Apparently, business is so good, they have no need to show curtesy to customers. Visited the store in the morning, a peaceful time were you would expect good service. Staff was good at informing about “no drinks in store”, and chatted away with colleagues, while customers waited…

2022-07-13Very affordable compared to other souvenir stores in midtown. Down below the first floor, the underground floor, there is a dollar section which I loved. They had items for only $1 that other souvenir stores sold for like 5+. Great way to save money for great quality.

2022-07-31A lot of stuff to choose from. I was in a few of these souvenir type shops my last visit and I noticed this one in particular had the same items as the other stores at much lower, reasonable prices. They got my business.
