The owner is extremely nice and Constantina that works for him was amazing. One of the best experiences I had shopping, period.I shopped around looking for a specific spout for my bathtub — the part was on a massive list of Delta back-orders that weren’t being fulfilled until next year.This was the ONLY plumbing supply showroom in all of New York City, Nassau, Suffolk and Westchester that had this spout. Their price matched online prices including tax and the items as packed perfect and never opened.I walked in five minutes before close and they sorted me out in 10.5/5 stars for service.5/5 stars for showroom.The showroom is WILD. They had faucets I’ve never seen before of varying quality. I would say this business carries more high-end items.A true hidden pluming gem. You would never know how massive of a showroom it is for the location.

This Plumbing supply Warehouse has been around for quite some time. Interesting place. Its very deceiving. Show rooms could use a makeover and finding help is not easy. As for the plumbing supply side of it that this place, it is known for, one would think theyd have everything, but they dont. Something very simple they didnt have which I found very interesting and I had to end up going to Home Depot in which is something I didnt want to do. As for the workers being helpful, their claim is not every part is worth stocking. Well folks this particular washer does get lost in many instances. Such as Plumbing I guess. The overall experience was not spectacular.

This company is horrible . Clayton Lande told my mom an automatic feeder was included in a boiler that she purchased from this company. When the plumber picked everything up they charged an extra $275 u. Which Clayton said it wad a mistake as he assured me thought the whole buying process it was. This guy seems to think this is funny and to rip off an older lady it is not. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.. I had to take them to court. they will fool you as to make you think they are good honest people.

Purchased fixtures (vanity, sink, shower, tub, faucet, etc.,) here for a full bathrm reno. Sean was pleasant, patient, personable, and guided me with the professional expertise I desperately needed. Things don’t generally flow precisely with contractor work because unforeseeable situations just happen and I will state that Sean came through for me time and time again to talk me off the ledge by offering solutions that made sense.I highly recommend Grande Central and would not hesitate to buy from this branch again in Yonkers when I reno my kitchen.Also, the plumbing parts next door is all aces! A special thanks to Sam for his tribal knowledge abt pipes from this damsel in distress. (Waiting in the queue with all the subcontractors was like watching a comedy club skit.)

I called to ask about purchasing a farmhouse sink, and I could not be happier with the Customer Service. Constantina found the sink I wanted, called the vendor multiple times, and kept me updated throughout the process. I wish more locations were like this one, as the renovation process is stressful and support like this would go a long way in relieving some of that stress.

Walked in patiently waiting on long line noticed guy behind the counter talking to another customer about how he doesn’t need to wear a mask during this pandemic and the importance of it. I walked up and simply said while things calmed down and he wasn’t talking any more and asked “excuse me before I wait on line can I purchase a toilet today” everyone in the counter area (three individuals) looked at me acknowledged I was talking to a specific person. The one person closest to me ignored me and I repeated excuse me can I purchase a toilet today. His response was I’m busy taking care of something your going to have to wait I simply walked out and gave the Bronx the business. But he felt it was more important to talk of the pandemic and masks. I felt that was highly unprofessional. Mind you these people make a lot of business in Westchester to be treating people as they please.

I visited Central Plumbing to look at some items for my bathroom renovation. I was there three times. The first time I was there I met a women named Margaret who did not know what she was doing. She was suppose to get me a price on something and never came back to me. She was not helpful at all. The second time I went back in I met a young girl who was having her breakfast and she had an attitude when I asked her for a price on a vanity. I guess I bothered her while she was eating her grapes, the third time I went back I met a lady named Candis. She was helping another customer for 15 minutes. She never even looked at me once and did not acknowledge me at all. When she was finished with her customer she got up from her desk and went into the back room, I was sitting at her desk waiting for her for about 20 minutes. I went to look for her and apparently when she saw me she walked the other way. How rude can someone be. When I asked a worker for the name of the owner I was told that she could not give me the name. I have never heard of anything so dumb in my life. I never met a bunch of unprofessional people in my life. I cannot believe they are still in business after the way I was treated. I left that store and will never return nor will my family and friends. I will never give them any of my business. I went to Best Plumbing on Central Avenue in Scarsdale and they were very accommodating in fact when I walked into the store they all came to me to greet me and see what I needed..

I was adding a kitchen and two baths to my home. Grohe fixtures were recommended to me. They are a dealer so I made an appointment with Candice. My wife and I sat down and were given plenty of advice and guidance for the many different bath and kitchen fixtures we needed, and where we might save a little money. Everything was delivered on time and all my call backs and emails to Candice were promptly attended to. Being in sales I understand the multi-tasking involved in a retail/service position and dont believe I am the only customer they have . Have nothing but positive experiences, and Grohe is a great company and have stood by everything with lifetime warrantee on all products, just call and they send it out no questions asked.

Just called to follow up on an unreturned call. Was told that no one could call me until next week and that I should have called back (isnt that what I was just doing?).Inexcusable decorum in customer service, I never in my life spoke with clients that way, even the most unpleasant ones, and actually as a secretary, customer service rep, & administrative assistant I would always follow up myself with customers when the associates they were trying to reach were swamped so they would be kept in the loop. Therefore, perhaps instead of putting the blame on me and saying well, you should have called back! in response to asking why I must wait another 3 days for a response when I was told days ago I would receive a call, put the blame on yourself for not taking the initiative to update clients on behalf of your showroom & employers; that is what quality admin/customer service/secretaries do. You just lost your company a customer.
