I called Graves Bros on a Thursday about a roof leak. They sent an estimator, Kailer, on Friday, and he was able to come on Monday to do the repair. I liked that the estimate was broken into labor, materials, tax; other estimates were only the total cost. I especially liked that the estimate was significantly lower than the others. Kailer was pleasant and professional. He kept me informed of how the work was progressing and made sure I understood what needed to be done. He did a thorough cleanup. A very good experience from start to finish.

Our roof was leaking in and around the original fake wood and Hardie board “chimney” and I called 2 companies for an inspection and estimate of repairs. I selected Graves Bros. who came in with a significantly lower bid. The job involved a complete rebuilding of the chimney structure and repair of an extensive area of the roof covering (water shield and singles) around it, along with the installation of a “cricket” behind it. Dustin came to do the work over a weekend (Saturday and Sunday) and completed the repair and cleanup is a fully satisfactory manner. Moreover, the final cost, based on time and materials, was under the original estimate by a significant amount. I am really happy with the job and will certainly choose Graves Bros for my future home improvement needs.

The company was responsive to my roof leaking problem. Every appointment was made on time. Folks I came in contact with were professional but mostly made me feel as if they really cared about my situation. Once a solution was found a fix was made as soon as the material arrived, which was before anticipated. The installer, Dustin, was always courteous and helpful. I was extremely pleased with my whole experience with Graves Brothers.

Great experience with Graves Bros. Dustin was early, walked me through his inspection process and areas that need attention up front. He showed me pictures of the issues and easily resolved them. Great service, would highly recommend.

K a i l e r Lockwood came to our house to repair a small hole in our siding. He replaced a strip of siding neatly and promptly. He was very courteous and professional. We would use Grace Brothers again without doubt.

Excellent all around. Kailer was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommend. Other contractors either didn’t call back or never sent estimate. Great work and very pleased I contacted a Velux authorized installer.

This company was absolutely fantastic! Kailer was wonderful explaining everything and dealt with chaos within my household preparing for a piano recital! They were amazingly quick tearing off and installing the roof in one day only!!!! I have recommended this company to all my family and friends. I would so use this company again!!! Large shingle roof replacement with two new skylights. Additionally a epdm rubber roof over a enclosed porch. Found the foreman and crew to be professional, hardworking , cleanup was excellent and work was completed in a timely manner.

Professional company that responded to inquiry the same day. From the initial communication, estimate of the required work to the completion of the job, Kailer was professional. He explained what was required and how it had to be done. His estimate was exactly the cost of the job. The work to fix the soffit, new gutter and all the flashing was excellent and I have already discussed future work.

Graves Brothers fixed a hole around our gable vent. Took less than 2 weeks from time I reached out to the job being completed. They were easy to get a hold of and always answered calls/emails promptly. Would use their services again.
