2020-11-07Very helpful personal and friendly. Mitch is one of the staff members which was courteous and spent time with me until I found what I was looking for. We browsed through a catalog as well as looked at displays and eventually found what I was looking for. The store is not fancy but equipped with a lot of supplies. I will definitely go there again. Very satisfied with my purchase.

2021-07-23Part I bought was missing gasket, I opened packaging first without checking. Went back right away, Even with it opened, they replaced part with new part that had both gaskets in. Excellent customer service.

2019-03-25These guys are absolutely terrific. If you ever have a question or problem with plumbing bring the part or take a picture and they will tell you how to fix it. They are incredibly fair on price and only sell you what you need. If you have a issue while doing the work, give the store a call and they will walk you through it. They have enabled me to do a lot of stuff.

2020-05-27How did I not know about this place before? Needed a specific toilet flapper for toto that no where else seemed to have. These guys had it and at a lower price than even Amazon or home depot. Definitely will be coming here again

2017-10-08They were the only ones that had this fixture. Non of the big box stores had it. Really happy with this store. The best plumbing supply store in Nassau NY. The counter guy was really cool too he told me how to install the part. Thanks a bunch!

2015-07-06Recently I renovated my bathroom and did some of the work myself.Being far from a master plumber it was a god send to get the advice ofexperienced guys at Great Neck Plumbing Supply. Conveniently located rightin my town they had everything I was looking for and all the tips and adviceI needed. They were extremely patient and professional and gave me a discountas a brand new customer. I have no doubt they helped me save money andwould highly recommend them to DIY people like me or Professional Plumbersin the area. They seem to have it all.

2020-11-02Walked into the store for some plumbers putty forgot my wallet guy at the counter just gave it to me and said he’d catch me next time It wasn’t an expensive item but I have to admit that was a pretty cool thing to do also when you need a part they don’t talk down to you they try to help you figure it out.
