The last two times that we have gotten take out here, we have been very disappointed. The food has no taste. It used to be very good here. Wont be returning. Waste of money

We have been happy before but not this time. Moo Goo was watery with no sauce, steamed rice was like glue, and the beef with snowpeas was overcooked to dry. Not pleased this time at all.

No good, every time my husband and I order from here the food is cold, over cooked and disgusting. Twice now we have had to take our food back because it is not prepared right, or whatever they called beef was most certainly not beef. The only good part about the review was the woman working was very friendly and apologized that we had so many issues with this place. We wont be returning.

They are always so nice and make rather decent food for the cost. The Mom is a sweet lady and the family are polite and friendly. I would recommend the food - I often get sub gum w garlic sauce and fried tofu as a vegetarian option and its great. (I also get the chicken options lol)Anyway check it out

When we ordered the wonton soup there was metal shavings in the dumplings. We told them about and they asked if we wanted another bowl of soup. WTH if the first had the rest is contaminated. They had no compassion. My daughter got very ill from it. Because she didnt notice the metal shavings in the first dumpling we will never go there again. We go to Akron. They have awesome Chinese food

Ordered take-out from here tonight ( 12/12 ) and could not be happier with my order! I had the orange chicken, steam pork dumplings, and lobster lo mein - all of it tasted wonderful. The delivery person was extremely polite. Will definitely order again and I recommend it!

I ordered online after visiting the website. Paid for my order was charged 4.99 for placing the order even though I was picking it up. I get to the restaurant the female said we don’t take orders on line. I was confused because she put a bag in front of me with what I ordered...she said I needed to pay for it. I said I paid online. She said we don’t accept online orders???? I explained. Showed her my email confirmation the texts saying order ready. Yet she insist they don’t do online ordering..... ok I paid for it. Called my debit card and yes charged at store and online. Never offered apology. Female was beyond rude and disrespectful. I paid $40 for food I never got. So now my son and I are hungry and have no more money because they stole!!!!!! My money. I have been a customer for 30 years never again. If they offered an apology and understanding I would have forgiven. FTB!!!!!

We’ve lived in the area for a few years but never ordered because we’ve heard bad rumors about the place. So we decided to be brave and place an order. It was pretty good so we decided we’d try them again another time.Tonight, however, was a poor experience. I ordered delivery for a large sweet & sour chicken, general tso combo, small chicken w/ broccoli, small shrimp lo mein, and small fried rice.When it arrived the large sweet-and-sour chicken was a large General tso chicken. I called the restaurant and told them what happened. She asked me to hold and put the phone down and I heard her take someone else’s order. She came back to me and said I didn’t order SS Chicken, but she’d send an order back out with the driver. I told her that it was already late enough and I didn’t want the food, and would appreciate a refund; we had enough of everything else to share.She asked me to call back. I told her I wasn’t calling back. She asked me to call back in three minutes to speak to the manager. I told her I was more than happy to hold and I was not going to call back. She mumbled something at me and disconnected the call. Worst customer service ever. Our issue was obviously not her problem.The general tso was either overcooked or mushy. The lo mein seemed like the shrimp was thrown in with the noodles, and not cooked with the noodles. Everything else was ok. My total bill came to $49 and I tipped the driver $5. Definitely not worth the aggravation, not worth the sub-par food, and I’ll never order from this restaurant again-because the customer service stunk.
