The cashier was so friend. Food was good
Beef and broccoli didnt have much beef. The General Tsos was some kind of road kill. It was definitely not chicken! Never had anything taste as bad as this. Ordered food for delivery at 4:30 and didnt get it until 6:30. 2 hours to deliver is ridiculous. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!
My family ordered take out, as first time patrons, on May 22, 2020. We purchased a very large order, as we were feeding 14. The food was fantastic! The portions were very large and we were given extra items at no charge. We will be going back often! We highly recommend.
Decent food, no dining area due to COVID restrictions...
My husband and I stopped in on a spur, we were craving chinese food. This place was amazing! The food came out fast, and it was absolutely delicious. The staff was really friendly and attentive. Its a bit of a drive from where we live but we will happily drive back!
Ordered Hot and Sour soup and an egg roll. I have been in pain since. I have had food poisoning before and I have it now. Its the second time that I have ordered. There wont be a third time.
I had been going for years. My last delivery I prepaid but the driver did not have have that information so I paid in cash and called the restaurant to tell them. Naturally it showed up on my account and after 4 phone calls and two weeks I was finally told no refunds. I dont eat there anymore. Much to my sons dismay.
Love the take out, so fast! Good food thats hot.6/15/20 The general sous chicken is different. Bad different. And they keep making it spicy :(Yes!!! 8/17/2020 theyre back to being show stopping!
My family ordered over $100 worth of food and they messed up the order. When we called them back to let them know they hung up on me 5 TIMES. They finally sent the driver back out with the correct food but had the nerve to ask me to pay extra for it. After an hour and a half they finally got us the food free of extra charge. All the food was good, just the worst possible costumer service.
Im not one to totally complain. Especially 1 star. If I could they wouldnt get any. Delivery took over an hour. The chicken lo mein was dry. The general tso was chewy. I dont think the peppered steak was even steak, and might even have it tested. Flavor was non existent. The only flavor I tasted was the cabbage in the eggroll and dont even like cabbage to begin with. I guess I should have figured it wasnt a good idea ordering from a buffet. I imagine they cook big portions even for delivery/ takeout. I wish I didnt have to give a low rating, but, this is one unsatisfied customer. Do you even know what a chili pepper is?
I love their food, the service is great! They have some of the friendliest ppl working in their place. Take out is great, its fast and always hot. As far as their buffet i think the other reviews are wrong, if there is something that you want in their buffet they are more they happy to prepare it for you, all you have to do is be respectful and ask.
My mother and I got to there at 12:30 on a Friday and they were not even ready for the lunch hour, the ice wasnt even ready. They didnt seat us so we just sat anywhere while they scrambled to get food together. We told the girl we wanted Pepsi so she brought it over with no ice and it was piss warm. So when the ice was ready she brought over a cup of ice. We asked for her to get us new drinks with ice already in them. She didnt get it so my mother had to show her if we add the ice to our already full to the top cups that they would overflow. So she took them back and gave us new drinks... She slammed our cups down and walked away. No apologies. Piss poor customer service all around. So we told them we were leaving. This young girl demanded that we pay for our drinks. Needless to say we said to her that her customer service was horrible and we were not going to pay for drinks we didnt even touch. This place is OK for take out but horrible for buffet lunch.
Ordered general tsos for myself. Super dry and hard with almost no meat inside the breadding.ordered sweet n sour chicken for my daughter that was ok . Gf got the Phoenix whatever with the steamed veggies n shrimp and the shrimp were cold and gooey. They advertise a buffet but dont even have one
Food was good, until we found long pieces of hair in all of our food. This was the second time. Wont be ordering again
Have been getting food here since I was kid. I always choose to go into Medina for my chinese food because its the best around.

Very friendly and courteous. Food is pretty good and tasty. And if youre in the mood for chinese food its the closest and only one in Medina. Imo its better than Chia Sen in Albion.
Run down interior , kind of smelly, stains on the walls. Seem to have really low hygiene standards. I requested vegetarian noodles with veggies and tofu , I got noodles with eggs and I found a few tidbits of chicken meat in my dish. Ive seen this happen before - I request vegetarian and they serve me something that appears vegetarian but its actually a meat dish with MOST of the meat picked out manually...wont visit or eat anything from here again.

Having been all over the country and always eating Chineese every time the opportunity presents itself, this place isnt bad for being in a very small town, however, if you really like Chineese food, do yourself a favor and find a better place in Albion or somewhere else.

Not really sure what to say, had low expectations for this place but it was pretty food for a Chinese buffet. Food didnt hit you like a rock like some chinese places.

2022-02-27We have been happy before but not this time. Moo Goo was watery with no sauce, steamed rice was like glue, and the beef with snowpeas was overcooked to dry. Not pleased this time at all.

2021-10-26No good, every time my husband and I order from here the food is cold, over cooked and disgusting. Twice now we have had to take our food back because it is not prepared right, or whatever they called beef was most certainly not beef. The only good part about the review was the woman working was very friendly and apologized that we had so many issues with this place. We wont be returning.

2021-04-18They are always so nice and make rather decent food for the cost. The Mom is a sweet lady and the family are polite and friendly. I would recommend the food - I often get sub gum w garlic sauce and fried tofu as a vegetarian option and its great. (I also get the chicken options lol)Anyway check it out

2021-06-05When we ordered the wonton soup there was metal shavings in the dumplings. We told them about and they asked if we wanted another bowl of soup. WTH if the first had the rest is contaminated. They had no compassion. My daughter got very ill from it. Because she didnt notice the metal shavings in the first dumpling we will never go there again. We go to Akron. They have awesome Chinese food

2020-12-13Ordered take-out from here tonight ( 12/12 ) and could not be happier with my order! I had the orange chicken, steam pork dumplings, and lobster lo mein - all of it tasted wonderful. The delivery person was extremely polite. Will definitely order again and I recommend it!

2021-06-09I ordered online after visiting the website. Paid for my order was charged 4.99 for placing the order even though I was picking it up. I get to the restaurant the female said we don’t take orders on line. I was confused because she put a bag in front of me with what I ordered...she said I needed to pay for it. I said I paid online. She said we don’t accept online orders???? I explained. Showed her my email confirmation the texts saying order ready. Yet she insist they don’t do online ordering..... ok I paid for it. Called my debit card and yes charged at store and online. Never offered apology. Female was beyond rude and disrespectful. I paid $40 for food I never got. So now my son and I are hungry and have no more money because they stole!!!!!! My money. I have been a customer for 30 years never again. If they offered an apology and understanding I would have forgiven. FTB!!!!!

2021-03-31We’ve lived in the area for a few years but never ordered because we’ve heard bad rumors about the place. So we decided to be brave and place an order. It was pretty good so we decided we’d try them again another time.Tonight, however, was a poor experience. I ordered delivery for a large sweet & sour chicken, general tso combo, small chicken w/ broccoli, small shrimp lo mein, and small fried rice.When it arrived the large sweet-and-sour chicken was a large General tso chicken. I called the restaurant and told them what happened. She asked me to hold and put the phone down and I heard her take someone else’s order. She came back to me and said I didn’t order SS Chicken, but she’d send an order back out with the driver. I told her that it was already late enough and I didn’t want the food, and would appreciate a refund; we had enough of everything else to share.She asked me to call back. I told her I wasn’t calling back. She asked me to call back in three minutes to speak to the manager. I told her I was more than happy to hold and I was not going to call back. She mumbled something at me and disconnected the call. Worst customer service ever. Our issue was obviously not her problem.The general tso was either overcooked or mushy. The lo mein seemed like the shrimp was thrown in with the noodles, and not cooked with the noodles. Everything else was ok. My total bill came to $49 and I tipped the driver $5. Definitely not worth the aggravation, not worth the sub-par food, and I’ll never order from this restaurant again-because the customer service stunk.
