Ordered shrimp with lobster sauce. Not sure what that mix was - shrimp with this corn starch liquid and no taste. The place is really dirty! Windows look like they haven’t been cleaned in years. The floor had dried muddy boot prints all over it. Had ordered triple delight before, but the beef is real tough. Not sure if I can recommend anything.
Ordered to be delivered! Firstly the delivery guy called me and told me he was in my driveway. Okay so come to the door! Was he thinking I was going to his car to get my delivery? Who knows he barely spoke English!Then the meal I got general sou chicken and it tasted like it was coated with cough medicine!🤢 The meal came with pork fried rice 🍚 that made me feel like I was eating gravel! Also all the vegetables and pork mixed in the rice were hard as nails! One of my most disappointing meals in my life!!! Waist of money 💰 I advise anyone that this is not a restaurant anyone would enjoy. If I could give this place minus stars ⭐️ it would be minus five stars ⭐️
Worst chinese food i’ve ever tasted. Fried rice was extremely dry, the wonton was mostly wrapper with a pinch of meat, noodles were bland. Not to mention theyre always out of stuff on their menu and dont inform you until after you placed your order.
Food was hot and prepared quickly. The meat was a little tough and lacking flavor.
Very affordable and the food is amazing. Customer service doesnt really exist here as they are very covid cautious. But the food was piping hot and degintly fills you up. I will certainly be back here again when I need a quick lunch.

Being vegan I was nervous about ordering from here, but I ordered the vegetable fried rice with no egg and asked if they could add in tofu, which they did! It came super fast and tasted great!! A very happy vegan I am! Wonderful place!
Nice people with great fast service. Just got a ton of food for my mothers birthday from here and fed 10 people for $145 with leftovers. They gave us a huge bag with extra sauces, fortune cookies, and silverware with a whole pack of napkins. Definitely recommend!
The food is no worse and no better than every other Chinese buffet.The atmosphere, quite frankly, sucks. Its dark, the seating is more akin to a cattle feed chute than a restaurant, and the bathrooms need better signage and a complete overhaul. Heck, the whole place needs a complete overhaul.If you are starving and just want something to eat, its not a terrible option. Not a great one, but not as bad as going hungry.They no longer accept American Express so I wont be going back.
Food was fresh and great. Love the fact I can order online and pick up. Thier covid procedure kinda amused me but hey it works. Overall Im satisfied with my experience!
The great wall is unfortunately becoming not so great. Since the transfer of ownership Ive noticed a rather big difference in this establishment. Frequently ordering from here I noticed a difference quickly. The service isnt as pleasant as it was prior. The food seems as if it is never on time. They completely forgot to put my order in last time I went, making me wait 45 minutes for my food. Other than the service issues the food is still rather good, and very cheap.. Might be because they are newer, I hope the service and the foods consistency improves.
We order through here at least once a week and usually the food is good and on time. Today in my husbands shrimp egg foo young he finds a screw. I called and whoever picked up the phone said they can give me a gift card and for us to go back to get another one. I’m not going back to a place to get a new dish especially if it took me 15 mins to get there. There is no way I’m going back ever. God knows what else would be in the food. Never EVER will I be going back. This is not a tiny screw it’s about an inch long and it’s a bolt screw so it’s not small at all. Very disappointed. For some reason it won’t let me add the picture of it.
My college class would pool money together every tuesday to order lunch. They delivered huge orders (for 8-12 people) right to our classroom, sometimes as quick as half an hour after ordering. Always a delicious hot meal. Matthew was a favorite deliveryman. Solid place for quick food. My favorite is their steamed dumplings. The sauce that comes with it makes them the best dumplings Ive ever had.
I probably ate here too much when working at convergys. They make an awesome sweet and sour chicken (thats all I ever get from Chinese). Sunny is super nice and remembered what my order was when I called. They made that food fast like 7-10 minutes and boy did I love it.I miss eating here since my change of jobs.Ill stop in for a bite with my family sometime soon! :)
Would be more stars but due to one of their drivers stealing a tip off my debit card after being given $5 in cash I am putting 2 stars. We placed an order and paid half with cash and the other half off my debit card and like i said gave the driver $5 tip and He was late by almost 20 mins at that and we still tipped him. He put another $3 on my reciept in front of my 0. Other than that the food is always delicious, the portions are great and the price is better than alot of other places. They just need to hire better delivery drivers who will be on time and not steal.

I order from them all the time! Always fast and taste great! For the people complaining it takes to long and they live close you arnt the only one waiting on food they go in order of who ordered. Also i have always gotten sauce and forks/spoons when I order and they have never messed up my order ever. The best part is they deliver all the way out to the airfield on fort drum and are pretty fast! Love this place! Ill miss it when I ETS.
Decently priced Chinese food. This is the second time Ive eaten here. Most of the food Ive had here was really good. Although, Im not sure how consistent the dishes taste.I dont think they use white meat(hard, dark meat resembling beef strips). Thats my only complaint.Oh yeah, get delivery if you can. Its hard to get in and out of their parking lot :/.
Awful and RUDE! They gave me the wrong food. When I called to tell them that I got the wrong food, the lady started arguing with me. She just kept saying you order and we make what you order, like that would change the fact that they gave me the wrong food. I assure you that whatever it was they gave me was not what I had ordered. She was extremely rude and got even more so when I told her I either wanted my money back or the correct order delivered. Then she started with the you order and we make what you order again. I asked if there was anyone else that I could speak to and she said let me call my driver. I asked again if there was anyone else to speak to and she said no. I again told her I either wanted new food or my money back and she finally said not to eat the food and her driver would come bring the money back... and then she hung up on me. Horrible food and horrible customer service! Next time I will be taking my business to United China.
Looking at my call history last night; I called this place at 5:51pm and placed an order for delivery. Order was just for myself and was two menu items. Girl who answered said they were busy and it would be 45 minutes. I live 5 minutes away. No problem Ill wait. I called again at 7:42pm, 8:50pm and 9:35pm. I was told their driver was in an accident and the girl that answered the phone was going to deliver and she was leaving in a minute. I had even said I lived nearby and should I just come and pick it up. I was told no, She was leaving soon each time. I was stuck in limbo. I didnt get my food until 9:45pm. 4 hours from the time I placed the order. Needless to say it was cold. Ill never patronize this place again.
My dear God. Im not sure how old the food i bought was but it was NOT fresh. Never had a worse chinese experience in my 30+ years of life. Not sure if everything was a week old or what but it was BAD. All vegetables were rock hard, sesame chicken tasted like what garbage smells like, all fried items were stale and tasted the same (like month old grease). The chicken was most definitely not chicken in the sesame dish/terriyaki sticks. The wonton soup was edible.
Waited so long for my food that I went and got food elsewhere before they were done with my order. No help or assistance of any kind. It was just a handful of people sitting in the lobby for over an hour and a half.
As a poor college kid, i greatly approve of their weight to cost ratio. The food is al-ight, delivery is very fast, and very hot. Will eat if i can keep finding change from the drive thru, the kind that lazy drivers dont pick up. As long as those drivers exist I will eat here.
This is one of our go to Chinese Places. They are fast 10 minute, 10 minute. Price, quantity, and variety seem reasonable for the area. We usually do takeout but have eaten in. On one occasion I asked for a a glass of water, they didnt have cups so she put water in a pint container, at least they tried. Lately the list of health code violations has gotten a bit scary. Hint. You can get in and out the parking lot from the Massey St. or Arsenal St.
Best Chinese food within 100 miles of Watertown! Large portions, tasty sauces, real Chinese food like you would find in NYC, Princeton or Buffalo. Some American/ Chinese, but mostly the good-stuff!

Their food wasnt fresh.. the sesame chicken was crunchy i felt like i was eating more bread than meat & their wings were salty.. it tasted like leftovers.
Best Chinese in town! Great portions for a good price. Place doesnt have much seating inside so mostly to go orders or delivery. Everything Ive ever ordered (Which is a lot) has been fantastic!
Im giving 2 stars because the food is great, but the quart take out containers are the same size as the pints! I just found that out tonight. i dumped a pint of rice into my finished quart of lo mein, and it was the same exact size! Im not sure if you get the full amount while dining in, Ive never ate inside before. I will never, ever eat here again, as I have wasted money on quarts, when in all actuality Im getting a pint. I am going to let my friends and family know about this. Hopefully they will stop ripping people off.

My favorite Chinese restaurant. Great food and prices, friendly staff, they pack the containers, never skimp, and make your food in about ten minutes. It is hot and delicious.

Only ordered once, but when I want Chinese, I will definitely order again! Portions were generous for price and seasonings were spot on.Be warned, however, this is NOT a sit down and eat kind of restaurant.If youre ok with that, this is one of the best Chinese restaurants in town.
Hot off the wok! Watch your tongue. Smells so good I couldnt wait to taste the yummyness. Shrimp were tender and plump. Veggies crisp. Noodles fresh. Ill be back.

I like Chinese food. I have my personal preferences. So do my children. However this is also not an everyday option for healthy food unless you cant make a meal on your own.
Horrible service. I called to place an order for delivery and the lady kept rushing my order. Didn’t even confirm anything with me and said “Ok bye.” & hung up on me. 40 minutes later the guy shows up with THE WRONG order. never ordering anything from here again!

This food is gross. Everything is overly greasy, bland, & looks/tastes like its been sitting under a heat lamp for days. I couldn’t even force myself to eat a full serving. I will not ever be ordering from here again. Ew.

2022-03-14Ordered online, super easy to make substitutions, costs more to do but we expected that. From the start of ordering online to food on table was 35 mins. Delivery guy was super nice, and actually quite funny. Food was hot fresh and quite good. Egg roll was delicious! Not the best Chinese food Ive ever had, but one of the best strip mall/ plaza Chinese take out place weve ever been to, Yall there were actual vegetables in my vegetable lo mein 🤯(if you know... You know.) All in all price was reasonable, food was good, service was great!

2022-01-09My kids got food poisoning were throwing up within 1 hour of eating the food.From eating sweet and sour pork and shrimp lo main, I don’t know which one it was or that maybe someone was sick and didn’t wash their hands right or at all and went out and touched the food. Be careful

2021-09-10It took over an hour for delivery! The food was warm, but uninspired. We ordered a side of fortune cookies which is suppose to be 5 cookies. We received 4. The General Tsa we ordered was good but had no heat or spice to it.
