This company has totally revamped the way they do business. A lot of changes were made to get this company back to having the great reputation it once had many years ago. For all your irrigation needs, give them a call. You will not be dissapointed.
After using them for a few years, Im officially done with them. They are very unreliable. They never show up to scheduled appointments. And whats worse is they never call to cancel nor do they ever answer the phone or return phone calls. Ive been trying to contact them for over a week and left several messages. Save yourself the headache and use another company.
All I have to say is Wow! I had Greco Irrigation do a full sprinkler system and they did a fantastic job! My grass has never looked so good... Great price and service ,Thank you!
Ive been a customer of Greco Irrigation for over 10 years. Ive never had an issue. Very responsive and professional. Always happy to support local small businesses!
These people were hostile and impressional. they can in with dirt into the house with no respect to my home - then broke a pipe and flooded my house.stay away from this company. terrible customer service and not skilled
The worse company around.. Never show up to do the work.

2022-08-02We had our sprinklers put in our yard and the Greco team did an amazing job! They got here on time and got the entire front yard, back yard, side of the house, and all the flower beds done in 8 hours!!!! Jim was very good at explaining what the plan was and communicated to us the entire day. He really knew what he was doing and We felt very confident in his expertise. James at the end explained in detail how to use the App and gave us step by step instructions on how to work the system properly. We couldn’t be happier with their service!!! Thank you so much!!!

2021-04-21I had a new system installed before I seeded new dirt. And to say the least I am very happy with the installation. Jim and Mike gave a great competitive price to start. I am very picky about everything and when we went over all the details I was initially happy but wanted to change it up a little. They made all the changes and also educated me along the way. I know they did a great job because all my grass grew with no bare spots. I love the controller they installed and taught me how to use. They even came back to make adjustment to the heads after I regraded the soil over there installation. Highly recommended!

2020-12-15This company also installs and stores our Christmas lights. We first texted Jim Greco on 11/21/00 to have our lights installed. No response, called again he said to all the office to schedule an appointment. We called about 4 times and texted with no response or acknowledgment. It’s been over 3 weeks, I even left a message saying just drop my lights off and we will install them ourselves. No response. We are disappointed and just expected a little more courtesy.

2020-12-02I’m not sure how a company stays in business and doesn’t show up for appointments or return phone calls. They installed my sprinklers in 2014, and did an ok job. Since then it’s a nightmare trying to reach them or set up an appointment. So we are officially done this year. Your type of company is a dime a dozen..... I’m loyal to a point..... that point has been reached when you set up an appointment after someone finally answers the phone. Then never show up or call.... see ya.

2019-11-05We have been using Greco Irrigation for several years and we cannot say enough good things about them!! Every single member of the crew is warm, personable, and above all, professional. They are honest and fair when it comes to repairs and work that needs to be done. Appointments are easy to make and they are ALWAYS on time! If we could give 10 stars, we would. Thank you for being the BEST!

2019-08-05I am sad to say I will no longer use Jim of Greco. Like the other reviews I have had a terrible time of them not returning phone calls, not answering the phone and Not showing up for scheduled appointments. Additionally they said I needed a new timer and replaced it which they charged me dearly for and now the sprinkler goes off in the middle of the night.as well as the programmed time. Turns out they didn’t give me the new plug with the supposedly new timer and it doesn’t work properly. Jim said he would come back and replace it but never showed up for the appointment and has not returned any of my phone calls. And like the other reviewers they always seemed to find a couple heads to replace. It’s a shame as I used them for years and the last few they have become completely unreliable and I suspect been scamming me. Don’t waste your time. Not worth the aggravations.

2017-12-01After several years, Im not using Greco any longer. First, and foremost, Greco is unable to keep appointments, even though each one has a 5 hour window. They dont even manage to call, to see if the time window can be extended. Second, it seems to me that there is always a need to replace a sprinkler head, or some other component, each time they do manage to show up. Are the parts theyre using substandard, or is there some other explanation? Do the technicians have an incentive (e.g., commissions) to replace these? Finally, one of the technicians made off with my wifes sneakers. I wasnt sure it was him, until I called Grecos office. They told me that he had been fired, but not why, but it was understood, from the hints dropped by the representative, that he had done what I suspected he did. Are they doing adequate background checks before hiring? All the other technicians I dealt with were professional, and did good work.

2018-07-13I used Greco Irrigation for my sprinkler systems and Holiday lighting. Like others have commented, I always needed a sprinkler head replacement. My disgust is with the holiday lighting. Due to personal issues, I was unable to put the lights on my house one year (needless to say the price also went from $600 to 1500). When I asked for the lights back to save on storage fees (almost $300), my calls were never returned or no longer answered. In short, I called and left messages for two years while the company held the Christmas lights and 5 foot wreath I purchased. It is now 4 years later and my items have never been returned.
