2021-09-22Staff is rude. Called to make an appointment and they said they took my insurance. Arrived at appointment and the staff said the procedure was not covered. The staff member said she left multiple messages. However she had the WRONG phone number and instead of apologizing she tried to tell me that I gave her my wrong number. The cell number she had was not remotely similar to mine. She said she called the right number right before my appointment. I obviously did not get the message right before the appointment. She then gave me an attitude because I did not fill out the paperwork on line. I filled out the paperwork manually.. After all this was done she told me that my appointment was 30 minutes ago and they cant see me because they have another patient coming in. I walked out. They wasted my time and money and will not be back.

2020-02-26I honestly cant say enough about Dr Anderson. I have had him remove 3 teeth already and each time has been great. No Pain and the tooth was out before I knew it - he has been awesome. I am not sure what the problem has been with other patients going to him but Ive had good experiences with him and the staff there. Sometimes they have very GRUMPY people come to the office and give them trouble which doesnt make things pleasant - I know the last time I was there there was a very grumpy old man who was miserable to EVERYONE - heck he even put me in a terrible mood so I know how the staff felt with him - he was terrible and Ill bet he was worse as a patient.

2017-08-04I have been to Dr Anderson at Greece Oral Surgery a number of times. I have always had a good experience--with my extractions, the doctor & the staff. I will always recommend Greece Oral Surgery to anyone looking for a good oral surgeon or someone dealing with implants. I am apprehensive of going to the dentist, but everyone there does their utmost to put me at ease! I am thankful for that & the excellent work that Dr Anderson does.

2017-12-06Went to Dr. Anderson to have my two lower wisdom teeth extracted.Very professional, well trained, knowledgeable staff. Had minimal pain, and virtually no swelling after the operation. From start to end my appointment was 30 minutes max. Highly recommend!

2020-01-07My appointment was a month out and we discussed that I needed a 3D X-ray and that it was $350. I agreed, asked what the office visit fee was, $93, and then they called twice before the appointment. Once was to remind me to fill out the registration paper online and the second was the day of my appointment to discuss insurance which I never said I wanted to use. I told her AGAIN I was paying out of pocket! 3D X-ray was down although they called me earlier that day. So I never received an estimate for the surgery I needed and was told I could come back for the X-ray but did not schedule. Still charged $94 which wasn’t consistent with what I was told previously. There was no one in the office and they made me wait almost 30 mins. I should have just walked out. I have more than enough funds set aside for this surgery. I will not be back.

2017-06-02My regular dentist had trouble extracting a difficult tooth. I was already numbed up and nervous. They called Greece Oral Surgery who said to send me right over. I got there and was taken right in. They made me feel calmer. Dr. Anderson made sure there was no pain and QUICKLY removed the tooth. I was given detailed post-op instructions and was made to feel I could call if I had any question (which I did).

2017-11-03Doctor Anderson is a pro! My wisdom tooth was grown in sideways and was a royal pain in the mouth. The doctor took it out in what seemed like 3 minutes. I didnt feel any pain with the local anesthesia. And now one day later I feel 90% back to normal.Cindy was the nicest and most helpful person youll ever come accross in a dentest office.Thank you doc and team!

2010-09-22I am a customer who is looking for a Dental Clinic. Since I am new here in Rochester I searched a Dental clinic in Google and Greece Oral Surgery Clinic appears on my computer, so I called the number of Greece Oral Surgery Clinic which Google gave to me and a certain Katrina answered the phone. I ask her if I have their correct address and she told me that they dont give their company information over the phone. What the HELL.... They dont like customers? So why they put up that business? So fron then on I told my friends and I advertise it in any medium not to go to Greece Oral Surgery Clinic.
