I found hair in my food. The shrimp was looking like something else beside shrimp and it was just overall not good. The hair in the food did it for me, please wear a hair net when cooking for your customers! I didnt even bother to call because if theyre not careful the first time why trust the next time.
We ordered beef and broccoli and the drunken noodles.Pros: good time on delivery. The beef and broccoli was a good enough dish.Cons: drunken noodles is one of my favorite Thai dishes. This was not drunken noodles... Just lots of chili oil and no flavor. Im not a picky eater, but I put my fork down on this one after a few forced bites.
Well the food is amazing but when you order out it takes like 1 hour for just one dish
Green Lake is a good Chinese food restaurant. The prices are great and the food is great. I love their fried Chicken dishes and their fried rices. I recently started having their red curry and I must say I believe it is even better than their fried chicken. This is a place suited more for grabbing and going than dining in although there is adequate seating for about 12 diners at once. I will be grabbing a couple more orders before the week is over.
Omg!! Before i ordered my food from this Chinese restaurant i read the reviews first. Yo these people are indeed rude, no professionalism. I called to place the order first they put me on hold for like 10 plus minutes and the guy that was finally taking my order didn’t even let me finish then hang up on me smh.
Dont get me wrong, the food itself is fresh and the taste of the food is OK (Thai food...not so much)......but thats all offset by the fact that you always have to wait an hour or more for delivery when most neighborhood Asian food delivery is about 20-30 minutes max! Then on top of that, the person I spoke to was nasty and snarky, telling me I should order from somewhere else and to hurry up on the phone because he didnt feel like being bothered . That attitude coupled with super long wait times and higher than average prices means this place should be avoided. Especially in a neighborhood where you can toss a stone and hit a Chinese restaurant in any direction!
I ordered food from here on Grubhub, it was highly rated (4.5). Delivery was projected to be here by 8:05, it showed up an hour later, after I had already cancelled the order. What annoyed me, cause I get things can be late, was they don’t answer their phone so there was no way to check your food. Very Unprofessional. Honestly if they had just picked up their phone I might’ve enjoyed a delicious meal. I was so looking forward to it. Not recommended
Green lake restuarant sent me the wrong flavored drink. I asked for a iced tea which they always sent lemon tea in the past. A few minutes ago they sent me peach tea which I hate. I called the restuarant and they said it is cold outside and they are not coming back outside. Kevin who was not polite told me I will get a free drink on my next order. I asked him how will he track this since I do not order often. Well, he never answered my question and basically hung up on me. I will never order from this restaurant again. No customer service skills and very rude. I will definitely leave a review on Google and yelp about this disgusting recipe.Do not order from this restuarant. I will take my business elsewhere. The food is not even that good.

Everytime I order in person, the lady or the man behind the counter always gives me attitude. After reading some of the reviews I noticed that people claim that they are racist. I decided to see if this was true and began a little experiment.I went in to order a small meal, as the man taking the order seemed annoyed at me and my girlfriend (who are black and hispanic). Afterwards the lady behind the counter said to me “you ordered so sit down!” Very aggressively. 15 mins later (while still waiting for the food to be done) a white lady came in, took a menu, slowly decided what she was going to order then was asked very politely by the man in front, what she would like to order.10 mins later we noticed noticed that our meal still wasn’t ready. My girlfriend began to get annoyed asked if it was ready and the man at the front told her “oh yeah it’s sitting right here” so she told him that no one called us over. His reply was that because it just came out, as the lady behind the counter snickerd in disgust.Just before we left the man called the white lady over because her food was ready.This is racism, and green lake you will never seen another penny from us and the entire community should follow to show that RACISM will never be tolerated.
Ive been eating here since they opened, they provide good service, the owner is really nice and food is delish. Prices have gotten a little high now but

They dont like black people!?I was in there once and the guy behind the counter told a customer that he doesnt like black people.He was dead serious.They dont like black people but they operate their business in a black neighborhood.Eat there at your own risk.
The food is spectacular. the shrimp and the broccoli are cooked well along with the rice, but they take WAYYYYYYYY too long to deliver your foood and expect a tip.

Food is good, but many of the times Ive ordered food, the sauce would leak out into the bag. Their delivery person needs to be more careful.
Greenlake bought a commercial refrigerator from Kitchenall and we can say that, from a business perspective, they were a pleasure to deal with and we wish them great success.

I order this all the time its great but my only thing is, whenever i order anything with sauce it always leaks, please be more careful with that. I reccomend the chicken and broccoli with white sauce, or the steamed dumplings.
5 stars for the bubble tea- delicious and a fair price. Taro is the best flavor. Their food is okay, all the sauces taste ketchup-y, but nothing is bad. The sushi is made to order. We come here all the time, but only really for the bubble tea, and very occasionally for a quick bite.
My go to order place on my lazy days off. Always gets to me way before given time and always great 👍.

2020-01-30I frequent this superb place from time to time because I like the ambiance that is part of this place. The staff is awfuly welcoming and experienced. The service is awfully efficient. Not to mention, the food they serve is good. I frequent many times and I was always pleased. The price is reasobable. I suggest this restaurant to to all.

2020-08-22Ordered this place for some late night food. Came quick and incredibly hot. Incredibly delicious and well cooked. Only one star off for a couple pieces of chicken in an otherwise vegetarian Pad Thai. Id still highly recommend and will most definitely order from here again. Please hit this place up, its phenomenal!

2021-09-07We order the combination plater pork fried rice with boneless spare ribs. The meat was all fat and no egg roll for $11:49 it got done to fast less then 2 minutes first timer never again. The place is not clean either 😡

2020-01-30I ordered from here on seamless and it took an hour and a half to deliver soup that was cold and not very good. I woke up with a stomachache. On top of all that, the customer service was terrible - when I called to check on my order (which was marked as delivered-it wasn’t) a woman on the phone yelled at me “you have to wait 15 minutes!”, and then hung up on me. Food didn’t come for another 35 minutes. Unless you want bad service and a stomachache, go elsewhere!

2017-12-30I love this place and its where I go to get my sushi. Its very affordable as well...but it takes about half an hour or more for them to male a simple dish. Other than that amazing place and highly recommend.
