2020-08-27Before booking with Green Solutions carpet, I’ve gotten quotes from other companies in my area. Green Solutions was by far the most affordable. I booked my appointment fairly quick via phone. The receptionist was very helpful & professional. The technician arrived on time and remained friendly yet well mannered. I am thrilled with the deep cleaning done on my love chair. It looks brand new! I look forward to booking with Green Solutions again. I will definitely refer friends and family to this company.

2020-09-27Us New Yorkers truly value good customer service. Time is money, and Green Solutions certainly values each customer’s time. I’ve booked with Green, for years! And over the years they’ve managed to keep their quotes consistently inexpensive. Each time I’ve called to book I was greeted by a kind receptionist. They’re awaiting and eager to take your call! They even offer discounts on google! I highly recommend this upholstery cleaning service to anyone looking to save money.

2019-08-22AMAZING!! I got a couch and rug from friends that never cleaned it before and was full of stains, I called few places but they the only one that actually showed up and on time.The tech called to confirm and was very friendly and professional.The sofa look better then new and I couldnt even recognize the rug its was brand new !!Everything smell so fresh and clean and I couldnt thank Green Solutions Carpet enough that was be able to save my sofa and rug and helped me save so much money.Ill definitely use them again and already told all my friends about them.

2017-09-25I have to say by far the best cleaning company I’ve used. They did such an amazing job on my rugs. I have had many rug cleanings before and by far they were the best! From the costumer service to the price quote! They sent out a technician the same day to grab the rugs. I have to say I’m extremely happy and as a New Yorker we like things done fast! Thank you so much guys!! I Will definitely be using this company again.
