I have been utilizing this facility since 2016 and every time I visit I am so grateful and satisfied that my items are kept safe and secure.The customer service is excellent, friendly and accommodating and all areas are kept clean, well lit down to the elevators. I even recognized that it was used in the filming of CBSs series FBI and commented to the staff on my next visit. I five star this business to all!
Update: After a call with the owner who cleared up the misunderstanding and apologized, I am reinstating my original rating of 5 starsUpdate: I was charged after cancelling and moving out, don’t know if some shady business is happening or truly a mistake but beware! Would probably not use again. New rating 1 starOriginal: I had a storage unit at Greenpoint Storage plus for a few months. The prices were fair the staff was friendly and the unit was really easy to access. I especially liked the covered dock that allowed for loading and unloading during poor weather. Would definitely use this storage again in the future. Rating 5 stars
Everyone was so helpful! Monica was extremely friendly, informative and lovely. Guru helped make our move in seamless! The other young man(didn’t catch his name) was awesome too! They entire staff was above and beyond. Will recommend for anyone looking for a place to store their belongings.
Storage Plus (Greenpoint) is solid when it comes to customer service. Earlier this year Theo helped me out when I really needed a hand for a quick moment. That speaks volumes to me. Thanks again Theo!
This company was highly recommended to me by all my neighbors - they even connected with a mover who did an amazing job (I had a TON of stuff in a tight space). Moving is always stressful, but the woman at the front desk was incredibly friendly and helpful and made the day so much better.
This place is conveniently in an industrial area which makes it easy to find space to unload and load up any car or van. The customer service is great and courteous. The place is very clean including restrooms. They have a few different exits which is convenient and the prices are fair considering the area.

The building has AC and heating, and everyone there is just so helpful. They even remember your name and unit number. Also there hasnt been a time where one of the employees didnt have a smile on their face when you walk in. I totally recommend Storage Plus for all your storage needs. I honestly cant recommend this place highly enough! I had to leave NYC in a rush at the start of the COVID-19 pandemic and the Storage Plus team was super helpful with organizing a unit and recommending a great moving company. They even had boxes available to purchase onsite. Since then, theyve been fantastic at responding to any questions Ive had. The Facilities Manager, Monica, is particularly amazing and has gone above and beyond to assist me with downsizing units while Ive been abroad. If you need a storage unit, look no further. Hands down the best in Brooklyn!

Throughout the years Ive gotten to know the staff over there, theyre friendly, polite and provide excellent customer service. Its a big reason why Ive stayed with them for so long. Ive been storing here for 8 years. I’ve had 3 different units as I’ve continued to need more space and they’ve always been so easy to work with. The staff have always been positive and helpful which makes it so easy for me to stay for as long as I have. Appreciate you guys!

A family friendly facility that is very clean, well lit and I always feel safe there. The staff is generous and always willing to help and assist. I was in a bind and they went out of their way, above and beyond to make sure nothing happened to me or my stuff. I recommend them highly, you’d be a fool to rent anywhere else. Best storage place in greenpoint..... because greenpoint rocks :)
This place is great, a relief of a storage unit. Everyone who works here is kind and present. Special shoutout to my friend GURU, who works the freight. He has been on so many occasions a major helping hand and morale booster on big days. Ive been through other storage places and they pale in comparison. only thing id change is to have longer hours.
This place! Best service I have ever encountered. We were running an hour late due to traffic, on a Sunday, and they kept the facility open an entire hour late for us. Two of the staff stayed behind to make sure we got everything unloaded. Their customer service is unbelievable. The storage is safe, has great opening hours, and handy equipment to help you load or unload quickly. Highly recommend! You won’t go wrong by going here.

I hate moving. Not only is it difficult to physically move your items but the pressure of timing and coordinating with anyone helping and your storage facility is stressful. At Greenpoint Storage Plus, the whole team was super kind and flexible, which was a huge help with my crazy schedule. Wouldnt do it any other way if I had to do it again! Just moved out after a year and a half rental. The entire experience over that time was just so easy and friendly, which is not what you expect from a storage unit in an industrial part of Brooklyn. Would definitely use again in the future.
You can tell right away that this establishment is family built and everything feels personal. OMG! Love the staff. I rented a unit for close to eight years. Guru and Stephanie were always super. Everyone there is so nice and it is the cleanest place. I only left because I moved to another state and when I did they helped me with renting a UHaul directly from them. I Heart Greenpoint Storage Plus.

Excellent customer service from Carla at the front desk and Guru that manages the storage part of the facility is excellent.The entrance for the office is around the corner at 468 Kingsland Avenue in Greenpoint plus the have video cameras every where which is excellent.My Mom was bleeding from a cancerous tumor and had a number of health issues and I had in an emergency move her belongings and in a crisis Storage Plus was there and helped me. I was a wreck when I loved my Moms belongings and the stress of that and being a victim of violence at a doctors office in Soho left me a wreck so thanks for outstanding professionalism.
Such good customer service! I rented a uhaul and picked up from this location and the desk was quick and professional, and complimentary coffee/tea. Also really cheap packing/storage items compared with office supply stores.
Everyone was extremely helpful, friendly and clear in communication when confirming my unit and paperwork. They also have a wonderful book selection in the waiting room!

I just came here to buy some boxes, but the guys who work here are beyond friendly and nice. They helped carry my boxes and load the car. Prices are reasonable and straightforward. 100% would return.

Rom and Jacob represent the best in customer service! I love this location near Greenpoints water plant! Storage Plus Greenpoint address says 425 Greenpoint Avenue but the entrance is at 468 Kingsland Avenue. You sign in there. If you have a truck or van, suv you can pull in just beyond in to their garage and borrow a trolley if you need to!That is where I met two of Storage Pluss finest staff Rom and Jacob! I love Storage Plus because there is good security with cameras so I feel safe and the staff are consistently kind, helpful and professional!Today a furniture delivery took forever and Rom and Jacob were so kind and thoughtful making sure I had the password for wifi as I sat and waited. The bathroom is clean and they even have a water cooler.For nerds waiting Storage Plus has used books to browse near the reception desk.They are the nicest and I know -- Google Dr Fagelman assaultan MDs office in soho where I was not safe and watch the YouTube. You know I can tell you about the best and the worst. FYI I dont like Yelp. I recommend Google review.
It was good for a few years. They have increased the price on my unit 150% with one month’s notice(via mail which went to wrong address and no communication through email or phone). Unacceptable business practice and communication.
We’ve just stored some of our belongings at this location. Without fault the staff was helpful, engaged and welcoming. The set up for a free pick up is great and works smoothly for us. The place is clean and organized.
I accidentally left something while moving out of my unit and called same-day to see if they had found it. They did! They were very nice about holding it for me on the phone, and when I came to pick it up. Friendly and helpful staff.

Relatively inexpensive. seconds away from L.I.C......right over the greenpoint ave bridge. tremendous amount of space to get your stuff in or out. but it will cost you around $50 to trash unwanted stuff that youd either have no room for or if you just want to get rid of some stuff to make room for other stuff that you might have. staff is professional.courteous. helpful and very knowledgeable. plenty of carts and dollies and handtruck. ladders. stepping stocks and plenty of ceiling space. my bin is 10 feet high to accommodate talk painting ladders and scaffolding. relatively inexpensive. Around 150.00 for a bin the size of a moderate dining room. theyve got m n f bathrooms. waterfountins and a comfortable waiting area that includes snack and beverage machines. finally two giant freight elevators to navigate four storage room floors. plus theyve got painted lines on the concrete pavement that directs you to the office so its hard to get lost. the lighting is more than adequate. 5 star rating....easily.
Quick and seamless process. In and out of there in 15 minutes. Never an issue in the 5 months using their services.

We recently switched from a LI.C STORAGE PLUS space to a climate controlled space in the Green-point STORAGE PLUS Building and the staff from both PLACES went out of its way to make it a swift, successful and easy switch- Wonderful People!

2022-04-04I’ve been using storage facilities across the 5 boroughs for years and I can say for certain this is, by far, the most reliable, convenient and customer friendly one I’ve ever utilized. The customer service manager, Rom, is super quick in case I ever need anything. Prices are also very fair.

2022-04-07I had to arrange storage for my daughter an international student at NYU from London . After a few hours searching I decided on Greenpoint storage plus. What a good decision that was. Over the next three days I bombarded them with questions. Everyone was responded to by Jennifer and Inari promptly and efficiently . Their professionalism is outstanding I would recommend this company to anyone.

2020-02-21Im here all the time and it is always clean and well maintained. The covered loading bay is spacious and convenient for loading and unloading. There are plenty of carts/bins to use as well. Also, the staff is absolutely amazing!

2020-03-16Besides being clean & secure, the people here are personable and patient, and go out of there way for you.I misplaced my cellphone while moving stuff into my storage, and Guru not only called me, he (or maybe Stephanie?) put the phone in a sturdy cardboard envelope with my name on it at the front desk for safe keeping.The Main Office has a cool little library made of choice books people left or donated when moving. From the Wizard of Oz to an Oliver Sacks Medical book, and you can keep them if you want :-)They also hung famous Manhattan street signs in the various hallways...which is a fun pick-me-up when moving stuff !..and They decorate for the Holidays! ( see photo)

2018-06-13By FAR THE BEST PLACE. As a Real Estate Developer I went through way too many storage companies(around 30). Storage plus is by far the best, they kept my stuff safely and clean, customer service is A++++. I highly recommend storage plus to everyone and to every business that needs storage. 2021-10-13I had the pleasure of working with Rom during crunch time with only a week left in my lease! Rom was understanding on the quick turnaround and did not take advantage of my short window. He immediately mapped out a strategy in regards to how much I would need to store and how he could get me the best rate possible. Rom worked with me, Truly worked with me! That alone was deserving of my business. I will be referring him to anyone & everyone that needs a moving/storage service.

2021-07-29I have been with Greenpoint Storage plus longer then I would like to admit and just closed my room out today . The team of Monica,Ron,Daniel and Guru have always been super accommodating and for the storage industry here you always get at advertised with no hidden costs or agenda. Thank you for a job well done and I would highly recommend this storage facility to all.
