I would like to give recognition, where it is due. CHRISTINA SILVA, who is an outstanding Real Estate Agent for Greenview Properties, is a well experienced agent. Mrs. Silva is always professional, and personable when it comes to satisfying the potential Client, as well as being very Proficient.
This is the first review I have ever written, and I hope it saves someone from living here. Jennifer Buzzeo is the worst landlord I have ever had, and I will never rent from Greenview ever again, nor would I recommend it to my worst enemy. Save yourself the trouble and rent from anyone else. Every question or request was either ignored, or met with hostility. Jennifer would not lift a finger to help you with anything. If I could post conversations that I have had with her, I would. She should be ashamed. NEVER SIGN A CONTRACT WITH THESE PEOPLE. I wish I read the reviews before I moved in here.
LOVE my apartment. been here now for about 6 months and I love it. Any issues with maintenance or anything at all the office has been super sweet and prompt with any of my requests. the grounds are kept beautiful and clean which is such an added bonus!
I have lived in Chatman Square ( Charley’s ) Place for three years. The staff have always been absolutely wonderful! Jennifer Buzzeo the Property Manager is very attentive, she’s kind, and truly cares about the people, and families who reside in Chatman Square. Her expertise doesn’t go unnoticed! She has shown outstanding professionalism. I had the pleasure of meeting Jennifer this week, She’s pretty amazing folks! She’s a very positive and wonderful person! So I decided to write a review......I recently decided I wanted to once again live in a house. I missed having a backyard, being able to bbq, and just having the ability to sit outdoors on beautiful days, as I once did in my marital home for 30 years. I found a house I loved, I gave GreenView my notice that I would not be signing another lease. I packed, and moved out, and into a “ rent to buy” home, mind you I still had my townhouse for 15 days, before my lease expired. The move was a complete NIGHTMARE! I can’t go into detail, I ended up moving out of the house, the next day. Boy, was I thankful I still had my townhouse until the 15th! I didn’t know what my next step would be.....I was told by a tenant that she would be moving in August. I contacted Christina Silva, who was my broker in 2016 whom I thanked all the time, for bringing me into the GreenView Properties community, and wrote great reviews about Christina’s and her dedication and commitment to finding the perfect home for myself, and others!So, I informed her about the townhouse that would be available. I was in a bad situation not knowing where I would go, because my townhouse was leased... so... I applied for the townhouse.I’m happy to say, I now will be moving a few doors down into my new townhouse in September! I read some reviews on here regarding Fairfield! Fairfield isn’t GreenView! You can’t compare the two! The Townhouses here are noise proof! I believe they may have a few firewalls behind our walls, because you can’t hear your neighbors! Your privacy is respected, my neighbors are wonderful, and the property is well maintained! I’ve been told by friends who reside In fairfield, not only can you hear your neighbors through the walls, but you can hear them walking around, if you live on the ground floor apartments! They are and all were disappointed, with the staff and management so please don’t compare the two, Unless you’ve lived in both, then you can make a comparison. Anywho... I’m happy that GreenView accepted my application, even though I was leaving. I can’t tell you how relieved I am to know, I will be living once again in the GreenView Properties community!!I received a phone call from Jennifer Buzzeo today, congratulating me, and welcoming me back to GreenView Properties, she wished me well, and told me if I ever have any questions to feel free to contact her... now thats a property manager! She is here to make sure every tenant in GreenView is happy.Thank you Jennifer Buzzeo!

The worst management company I have ever had to deal with. For over 3 years I’ve had a leaking window and door which has resulted in a damaged wood floor, window sill, and dry wall, all thover responsibility of this company, and they have done nothing but drag their feet. I have been as patient as can be expected with Brenda but this is ridiculous.Recently I had a leak in my ceiling that they tried to blame on my plumbing which was not the case. I spent 3 months arguing with them about the leak only to have them cut a hole in my ceiling to confirm it is the roof leaking and then leave me hanging. It’s now winter, I have a hole in my ceiling, it leaks water onto my floor which I constantly have to be home to monitor and they are doing nothing to fix the leak. It’s almost the holiday season and I have a damaged apartment that I cannot leak because I have to tend to the leaks and Greenview is doing nothing but dragging their feet and getting nothing done.Never work with this company.
If I could give this company zero stars I would...worst most unethical company I have ever worked with...I moved out of the property I was living in because of them. They never sent me a statement after requesting one multiple times and never told me my star credit stopped and decided to charge me late payments for paying the same amount. They stole my money and tried to say I should have known the amount I owed was different because apparently Im a phycic... disgusting business practices and horrible customer service...owner should be ashamed...DO NOT LIVE IN ONE OF THEIR PROPERTIES!!!
The worst. Windows are so old that the drafts will quadruple your utilities bills. I suggest u knock on other residents doors to hear how horribleI fell several times in parking lot do to no lighting and holes in ground and grass areas .only parking usually is in back. where lighting is poor . If your over 55 run there are plenty other places that take more pride This is a horrible lil place
Not trustworthy. Very misleading. Do not believe the numbers in their income statements. Warning use another management companies.
Lived here for the last couple years, well built building and well maintained grounds. Landlord and property managers were always respectful and responsive. I highly recommend.
Dont ever rent from this management company. They have no empathy and dont care about their tenants. Its very sad

2022-02-08Overall I have been very pleased with Greenview in my years with the company. I have resided in two different properties- I started in Greenview Towns then moved to Greymore Flats because I was looking to be closer to Main Street. Both buildings are beautiful, but getting closer to town was a great move for me. Im walking distance to tons of restaurants, night life & the Fire Island Ferries. Both management and maintenance have been very responsive to any requests I have made & theyre super pet friendly too!

2022-02-01Epitome of corporate snobbery. Was about to sign a lease for an apartment after dealing w Christina but when it was time for a tour of apartment and building she became deceptive, evasive & insisted on blind trust, insisted that I sign a lease before I lose the apartment without knowing what I was really getting. I believe she was using Covid as an excuse to hide the flaws of the building and apartment. Greenview is a million dollar corporation and the only thing they provided me with respect to a tour or virtual tour was a homemade video from the previous tenant and 2 separate videos of the building. Not only did I quickly lose trust and confidence in the company I thought I was right in the middle of a scam. When I subsequently spoke to Christina’s supervisor Evette she just alarmed and concerned me even more and did nothing to abate or diffuse the situation or Instill confidence in the company. I regret wasting my time and energy dealing w these people. They only needed to deal w me in a straightforward and honest manner and they would have had a good long term tenant.

2021-03-23I don’t think I have ever written a review for anything before, but I thought it was important to let any potential renters know about the property manager at greenview towns. Her name is Jennifer buzzeo. I never had any specific issues with her until I moved it, and am probably somewhat biased because I didn’t get a portion of my security deposit back, but this woman is the epitome of the classic unresponsive and rude property manager. She probably sent out 12-15 written/emailed notices to all of the tenants about various issues throughout the two years I was living there and every single one had this rude, authoritative tone it. Almost as if she is speaking down to you or has a threatening sense to it. Just thought I would give people a heads up in case they didn’t want to deal with that. Aside from her, I thought greenview was a good place to live.

2020-08-27I would give this review a 1 star if that was possible.I dont waste my time writing negative reviews unless they are genuinely true and needed for future persons safety or sanity.Moving in, everything looked great, clean and nice. then once your here for a few months it all falls down hill. You are promised luxury style apartments, as well as luxury service and YOU DO NOT ACTUALLY GET THAT. You literally get the opposite. NOONE returns calls, emails or maintenance requests and the property manager has no clue how to be a manager. All this place cares about is getting new tenants and receiving the monthly rent.THERE IS NO SECURITY WHAT SO EVER. THERE IS RANDOM PEOPLE FROM SURROUNDING TOWNS ENTERING TO WALK THE PREMIS at very late hours of the night (2am-6am). DO NOT MOVE HERE IF YOU HAVE A FAMILY WITH CHILDREN OR ARE PLANNING A FAMILY. Your safety comes first.Also based off previous reviews I think that testifies my review!!

2019-06-07I’m not one to write negative reviews. I own a business myself and I know the neg impact neg reviews can have on a business. But today was just my breaking point. A simple maintenance request turned into anything but. I was insulted and made to feel as I was bothering them and shouldn’t be calling them at all. They can not be bothered. They want on time rent every month and that is it. This is not the first time either. This place is by far the most unprofessional business I’ve ever had to deal with. The women in the office act as if you are a bother to them. Everyone just seems so miserable it is actually uncomfortable to call there and even worse to stop by. They are so condescending and seem to enjoy insulting and belittling their tenants. I do like my apartment but if I had known the management company would be this difficult to deal with I would have never rented this apartment. Yes it is that bad. If you are looking for a company to manage your property or if you are thinking of renting an apartment that Greenview manages I suggest you stay clear of them. There are plenty of great management companies that know how to be professionals and appreciate the business you give them. I’m not sure who owns Greenview properties but this person needs to know that they need an entire new office staff like yesterday.

2021-05-19Takes a lot for me to come here an leave a google review, but when I do.. Its Shakespearian. The Greenview buildings themselves are pretty awesome. I lived in one for a year and I have to say, it was a pleasure.. Aside from the absolute monstrosity of section 8 housing across the street and some of the animals that occupy the actual greenview community (feeding stray cats in a community property which is mind boggling. these tenants should be stoned, publicly).. But, the management never does anything about it.. I digress. Im arriving at a point.. And here it is.Hands down, the worst person Ive ever come across in my life. Shes been mentioned in a NUMBER of Greenview Reviews prior to this one. Lets call her JB, you can figure it out from the other reviews.. I dont want to mention her full name and go all the way here. This human being is at the top of the list for people that just dont get it. Aims to put in the absolute most minimal effort possible, go out of her way to spite clients, and just be down right nasty. Something happened to this person in a past life because WOW, she is freakishly awful. Its almost a superpower at just how miserable she truly is.The properties are awesome, the rest of the staff is a pleasure. But, with this persons role and responsibility, Id strongly advise staying far far away from renting with any of these properties. The ripple effect of her decisions will impact your life negatively at some point. I wouldnt wish that my worst enemy have to interact with this person. Id wish a lifetime of nausea, pain, and agony on someone before I ever wished communicating with JB for more than 15 consecutive seconds.Greenview, I dont want to mess with someones life.. Im sure shes been with you a while and theres loyalties I know nothing about. But, if Im you.. The owner or a power above and I care about this person.. Seriously consider paying for counseling for her of some sort. Im not joking in any way, shape, or form. If it was just me complaining, ok, Im a moron haha lets all move on. But, scroll down. Thats clearly not the case here. For multiple people to take the time and go out of there way to express their frustration on google reviews.. Somethings wrong... Severely wrong.Im confident that any positive reviews here are paid for or friends and family. Because to reside at this place, youd have to cross paths with her at some point. And in doing that, anyone reviewing genuinely would end up right here with the same complaint. A lifetime of free rent isnt worth one conversation with this person. Dont walk. Run somewhere else.
