Can’t honestly say I’ve had a bad experience living at Greenway,everyone I’ve had the pleasure of meeting seem to be very nice people.Management always seem to be right on top of thing’s and always there when you need them.

I lived here for three years, having left just last year. I was attracted to the unit layout. Early in my tenancy Vintage Mgmt was short-staffed and after a month or two they had gotten a property manager who was *really* good at getting things done. Most of my issues were addressed within a day or two.Near the end of my time there a new property manager came in and the tenor of the exchanges changed. I noticed that the property hadnt been weeded in a while, so I made a ticket ... and I got a response back suggesting that I round up the neighbors and weed the property (you know, because tenants always want to volunteer to weed someone elses property!)The buildings are old, and older buildings are prone to repair issues. Also, this building is located at an unusual place in National Grids infrastructure with more unplanned power outages than other properties. I could easily count on a power outage every four-six weeks. (At my current location just a few blocks away, Ive had one power outage since I moved in nearly a year ago).Also, there was a recurring problem with the fire alarm starting without provocation ... every four to eight weeks ... at any hour of day or night. Obviously, having been away for a year I cant speak to whether or not this has been fixed, but since the fire department is called when this happens you can check with SFD to see how many calls there have been to the property lately.So: generally a good place, but with some problems that may or may not be problems today.

Very good price, a lot of issues. You can hear your neighbors all the time and they were very noisy, the national grid meter was switched with another apartment and charged me more than double (although this was corrected 6 months later). People smoking drugs in the hallway. Hot water ended quickly. Heat in winter is not enough, especially in the room. After a month leaving the apartment I havent received my deposit back yet.

Very unprofessional. Maintenance had walked in without knocking on more than one occasion. Also continuously came in to do services without any notice. Always took longer than 2 weeks to get any repairs done. Alarms were still beeping even after they were ‘checked’ (security and FIRE alarms). They do not take care of the parking lot in the winter, multiple cars were always continuously stuck. Also, if you don’t give a letter stating you will not be renewing your lease (even though the fact that you’re not renewing your lease and going through with more paperwork should be enough) you will not be given your security deposit back. It’s tucked into the agreement, but they don’t come right out and tell you. It’s a little sneaky. These apartments have a lot of potential but unfortunately they are not managed better.

Do not rent here. The maintenance super is lazy they don’t keep it clean. They take forever to do a workorder or call pest control.The manger has an attitude an speaks beneath you. As if my rent does not pay her salary. The secretary is always helpful.But the manager needs an attitude adjustment or go work in Beverly Hills. I work an deal with people too an would never give attitude or speak beneath or belittle any one. Disrespectful an I can’t believe CRM keeps people like this!!!! Maintenance super joy rides all day! An my ceiling still hasn’t been repaired!

My experience with Greenway has been great! I lived here for just over three years before having to relocate out of state. Had it not been for my job I’d still be there and my cat wouldn’t hate me for moving him a thousand miles from his home. The staff and especially the on-site manager Melissa genuinely want to help and make your home at greenway great. I had very few issues while living here and when something did arise the staff was professional and quick to respond. Definitely recommend checking out Greenway.

Be cautious when moving here. The place is very hit or miss depending on the property manager. When I moved in a year ago we had a great property manager, as of right now the current manager is not professional and maintenance, although is nice, is also unprofessional as well. The location is great and the layout (upstairs downstairs) is good.

They ordered me a new fridge and replaced it without trouble. Parts took longer to come than usual due to covid, but once they were there it all.went smooth.
