Great place to get breakfast for vegans and non-vegans alike! I was happy there were so many options and the establishment was super clean. The food was not only good but reasonably priced. Also the bright pops of yellow throughout the establishment are definitely a great mood booster to start your day!

This used to be a Starbucks and the coffee is pretty much about the same as Starbucks. its a nice big open place good place if you want to meet somebody a lot of tables a lot of power outlets and the coffee is pretty good
Got 2 bacon egg, cheese sandwiches with a potent taste of perfume. It was disgusting. Food handlers should wear gloves and wash their hands after spraying!!! Or not spraying at all. Dont go to this place.
I come to Gregory’s every.single.day. Each morning the ladies greet me with the friendliest smile and they are always so sweet and the customer service is amazing. They even know my order now! LOL. I was an avid Starbucks drinker for years and I recently switched over after I tried the Hall and Oats iced coffee and saw how amazing the staff and environment is. I give them an infinite rating as there is no number to display how great this coffee shop is and the people in it. Thank you ladies!
A must try! I ordered the vegan breakfast sandwich, banana chocolate chip muffin and a decaf latte (I’m nursing a newborn). Everything was delicious. The coffee was my favorite. It was smooth and had chocolate-nutty notes. I was ready for my second cup a few hours later. This will be my new go-to-spot! Can’t wait to try more items from their menu.
Edited- I spoke to Gregorys Coffee and they apologized for what must have been an error. I was offered coffee to replace the previous order. Emily , the store manager , made sure the drinks were correct this time. Huge difference! Thank you for the excellent customer service.Previous post-Bought three different drinks today. Smashing Pumpkin, Gingerbread Latte and Black coffee.All three were terrible. Tasted like watered down cheap coffee. Had no flavor at all. Really disappointed as it was our first time. Will not got back. Had to throw the drinks away, that is how terrible they were.
Love this place! I’ve been a longtime fan of this establishment. When I used to live in Brooklyn, the branch on court street was amazing. The quality has persisted and has not let me down. Definitely my new spot to grab a cup of joe on the weekends in Deer Park!

Super friendly staff!! the drawings on the cup sleeves and takeout bags are always a cute start to the day. Love the Dark Enough coffee blend with a warmed up cranberry scone. I will be stopping in frequently!!
Glad this chain is out in Long Island! My preferred coffee over franchised spots like Starbucks or Dunkin. The taste of a simple drip coffee puts a smile on my face :)
Finally went to their deer park location. Loved it. Staff was friendly Gave great food suggestions. Settled on and iced coffee banana pudding and a chocolate chip cookie. All were amazing. I will definitely visit there again. I cant wait for the Melville location to open as well 👍🏻😊
I am obsessed with how this store looks, how friendly the team is and how amazing the coffee is. ALSO they bake their pastries onsite daily so everything is super fresh. Gregorys in NYC has amazing blueberry muffins but these ones are truly out of this world!

Charging an extra 60 cents for no ice in an iced coffee is as petty as it gets! It’s like a bagel store charging more for “extra” cream cheese on a bagel. I guarantee more people ask for extra ice or very little cream cheese to make up. And on top of that they don’t keep the cold brew refrigerated and it was just bad! 2 stars for the cool lady at the counter. One n done for GREGORYS
I must say that I was looking forward to this new place opening where a Starbucks was originally, I like Starbucks but Gregorys seemed like it would be just as good??? Hopefully. WELL I have now been here-(I am sitting inside) 4 to 5 times, the Ladies behind the counter are all a pleasure to speak to, The Coffee is VERY good however the food OMG BLOWS away Starbucks, banana bread, 🍌Carrot bread is INSANELY GOOD and I just tried banana pudding-**HOLY AWESOME. GO GO GO to Gregorys.....
Amazing atmosphere, fresh coffee and the breakfast food is on point. I sat safely and comfortably to enjoy my meal and got to meet the team leader himself. Ill definitely be back! The music selection is actually really great too lol!
I always give establishments a second chance unless the place is filthy and staff is rude. The location is clean and the staff is nice, the only problem I have is the coffee is not very good. I had their cold brew and vanilla latte and each time the coffee was extremely bitter.
Everyone that works there is very nice but they need to learn how to make the coffees correctly. Whether it’s a latte or regular coffee it taste like water. The former Starbucks was better.
This is the best coffee in the area, and it isnt close. The cold brew is delicious, and the vegan burrito is fantastic. They have a great selection of pastries and specialty drinks. Excellent addition to the neighborhood.
It’s so great to see a local business come in and take over this space. The staff is so incredibly sweet and I love that they have so many vegan/vegetarian options in a really convenient location! The chai latte with oat milk is unreal. I’ll definitely make this my morning spot from now on.
Love coming here to study. The coffee is great & the place is cute. The only thing is that I always have trouble with the WiFi. It disconnects ever so often or I can’t connect :( Besides that love it here!
Really nice to have a Gregory’s in Deer Park. The staff is friendly and accommodating, and even if you don’t drink coffee, there are plenty of beverage options for you. The shop is always spotless and the food is baked fresh in house!
I have to admit that I’m very impressed with the quality of the coffee and the efficiency of the staff. My wife and I mobile ordered and were in and out in under 2 minutes. The coffee was piping hot how I like it and had a very unique, bold flavor to it.
Outstanding local coffee shop. Replaced the former Starbucks at this location, and I must say its a BIG upgrade. Havent tried this chains locations in NYC but I will now. Fantastic coffee.
An “iced mocha” which is supposed to be a blend of “flavorful espresso” milk and mocha, topped with whip cream. I got a large cup of iced milk with some chocolate syrup in the bottom. Clearly forgot the main ingredient, the espresso. They forgot the whip cream too, but how can you forget the coffee component of an iced coffee drink!!!?
Excellent food and coffee...The workers were very nice and helpful..(AND THEY FINALLY GOT BANANA PUDDING BACK:) so excited about that... and they wrote a cute note on one of the bags, we have it hung up in the office...
Really happy with Gregorys! Great location and they have been buzzing for sure. Their coffee is strong and I love all the different options they have for milks and flavors.

This place sells vegan breakfast foods that actually taste good!! I am very glad they make vegan breakfast sandwiches especially a vegan croissant. I will be coming back!

This place is not good. I come in and ask for the best thing they have because I have not been there and the worker tells me that it’s the salted caramel. My friend and I couldn’t even drink it, it was so sweet and salty. Pretty scenery though.
The iced salted caramel coffee and blueberry scones are a delight. Service and atmosphere is exceptional.

So much better than Starbucks! While Ive never heard of Gregorys Coffee only because theyre mainly out near the city or farther away Im so glad that theyre local. 2022-06-18I used to bring my dog here, but got kicked out by the cash register since she hates dogs and claimed they weren’t support dogs. My dog is a support dog. She should have told us after we walked in rather than having us decide what to order and wait online. Never going back again.They used to have nicer workers when they opened. I added pictures of my dog when he was greeted by nice dog lover employees who are no longer there. :(

2022-01-04Absolutely loved the vibe here! The plants, the music, the decor and customer service was great. I sat down to drink my coffee and I love love love the vegan options they offer. You can choose almond milk/oat milk and I can’t recall the other options as a replacement. I would highly recommend stopping by for coffee with friends. They have outlets if you bring your laptop or want to charge your phone.

2021-11-19Im really funny about my iced coffee, but this iced mocha was a tear jerker for me!!! It didnt taste like an artificial flavored coffee, it didnt tasted like iced mocha creamer with some coffee in it!!! It was perfect! And the breakfast sandwich was delicious. This was my first time buying from here, and I ordered on the app(the $5 off was a pleasant surprise) I walked in and felt like Ive been there a million times because of how I was greeted! ❤️❤️❤️This is big for me! This might be an extensive review but I typed what I meant and I meant what I typed!!! I will be back!!!

2021-11-20This has been one of the worse experience at a coffee place.I ordered vanilla latte and they gave me a cup full of milk.I went back again to let them know this is not vanilla latte.I typically do not like to post negative until I have given the business an opportunity to correct themselvesI gave them an opportunity to correct their mistake but they failed in that too.Second time they just have me back a cup of coffee when I asked for vanilla latte (see picture)There was no apology for messing up the drink.In my books if customer gives you an opportunity or feedback take it seriously.I will not waste my $6 on coffee here.To be fair Greg’s in NYC are pretty good and consistent in quality but this location (Deerpark) needs to seriously work on quality and customer service.

2022-02-10Ordered a black coffee with sugar and milk, they got it out quick. The atmosphere of this location is rather simplistic, but it works in this shops favor by being inviting. I like how well heated the place was when I entered one cold winter morning before work. I will definitely come here again when the time calls for it due to the nice aesthetic, staff, and coffee.

2021-11-13I LOVE Gregory’s!! Having lived in the city for two years, I used to get their coffee every single day and loved it so much more than other brands!! I always wished they would open one up in along Island (where I live now). When I saw signs for it on the road today, I immediately pulled into the parking lot with excitement and bliss! I love their iced coffee with oat milk, and love their pastries too! They have sweet staff, open space, clean environment, and it’s great for studying, working, dates, and anything really. 2022-01-09Love the vibe of the store as well as the smoothie. However I do have a few things i wasn’t pleased with. The menu behind the counter is constantly changing, so you are missing the chance to fully look at it in one go. It also neglects to show there specialty drinks for longer than a few seconds. The “toasted marshmallow” latte tasted kinda funny and after watching the menu I realized there was “ground cloves” if knowing this before hand I would’ve had the chance to ask for the drink without.Overall, I’d come back for the smoothies over the coffee

2022-01-23The girls working there were rude and seemed to be annoyed at the fact my girlfriend and I were asking too many questions about the menu. The online menu and the store menu are extremely different. For example, Gregory’s advertises Açaí bowls on their website, but this store doesn’t have. The girl also told us to put masks on even though she and her other employees were wearing them below their noses. To the manager and/or owner, hire better people to run your store because the concept is great - your employees are just rude and hypocritical. Will not be returning.
