Normally like Gregory’s Coffee and their service/coffee, but not the last time i went to this location on November 13. the interior is clean and well maintained. foods on display and brightly lit. there’s some seating toward the front.ordered a Salted Caramel (small) because for some reason, they said they could make a Nu Brew (Nutella cold brew). got the drink after a few minutes, the coffee was more than 80% ice. the ice chunks were so large that i couldn’t put a straw into the cup. had to call to the employees several times about this. one said she’d take care of it and proceeded (from my pov) to use an ice scoop lying on a sink to scoop some ice out (gross. Cross-contamination?) as opposed to remaking the drink the right way. got the drink back and it still had more than 50% ice in it and a decent portion of the coffee was also gone. pointed out to them that this was not right. employees seemed to ignore it and kept cleaning. the employees seemed more concerned with closing up as quickly as possible (it was about 1/2 hour to closing) and in fact they were telling customers they couldn’t make certain drinks (most likely because they were trying to close and leave once 4 pm hit even though it was well before 4). not a great plan on their part, tbh. i left and tried the drink—it was super saccharine as if the cold brew was the bottom of the batch where all the sugar/flavoring typically settle. drinkable but far from the typical quality at Gregory’s. $4 + tip for the Salted Caramel Cold Brew.the staff i dealt with? not great, based on my last experience. i get that there is a labor shortage and service industry jobs are not easy but this was wrong way.

Iced green tea 10/10 , staff ok but somewhat robotic. When asked what what flavor is available the response was it’s written on the menu. I am sure of that but wouldn’t be just easier to answer? Pastries are good we tried jalapeño and walnut scones.

Its a nice small coffee shop with minimal seating. Its best to take out from here.

I’m not one to leave bad reviews but this was some of the worst coffee I’ve ever had. Ordered the Flower Power coffee and it tasted like battery acid. The burrito I ordered tasted like the cheese was expired. Felt sick afterwards. Ended up throwing everything out and was a complete waste of money. First and last time coming here.

Can’t exactly recommend the place based on the coffee or the staff, but as a vegan I always frequent Gregory’s to get a BEC equivalent. My gripe with this chain is just their quality of service. It’s not up to par with Starbucks or pret, and items are frequently not made in a timely fashion for customers, or forgotten entirely. I’ve had multiple times I’ve added a substitution to a smoothie or paid for an add on where it was not provided, resulting in me having to wait for it to be remade. Additionally, their “vegan deluxe” is the same price as their non vegan breakfast sandwich, yet they surcharge for non dairy milk in coffee, and as a plant based eater it feels inconsistent, when just yesterday I visited and the barista forgot to make my sandwich, and upon receiving it, my vegan deluxe didn’t come with cheese, and had to be remade yet again.TLDR: You will often wait 1-3x the time you should for coffee and service that doesn’t match competitors, and if you order a food item you can expect to have to explicitly ask for it to be remade more often than not.For the establishment: please get a more coherent ticket system for orders so your staff can attend to them in a timely fashion and not rely on verbal communication only, and ensure that food that is ready to be sold has gone through multiple quality checks before being wrapped individually.

The inside is kind of small but the vibes were so good. everyone was so nice. sometimes you get your drink and sometimes they bring it to you. overall a good place.

I’m glad I popped in as I randomly walked past this awesome coffee shop. Super friendly service not to mention the awesome coffee! It actually reminded me of the quality you get back in australia - shock! Cool space with cool light fittings and a few indoor plants

This is my favorite coffee in the city without any doubt! I just love the boldness of the flavor without burning aftertaste like Starbucks has. Besides great coffee they do have very delicious baked and fridge goods. They are selling them 50% off after 5 PM, so use this lifehack to save your $😉
